Got my insurance about a year ago. They have done nothing but my my life hell. Payed months in advance the offer no discount for this. Had my van repossessed because of no insurance. They never called or anything to let me no I had to put a signature on a price of paper to keep renewed even though it was paid. Then my husband is trying to add a vehicle to the policy. Was given a quote of how much to renew and was fine with that signed the document n went to work for him to do the rest. Nope not that easy. Took 4 hours for them to finally get the insurance policy up so he can get the vehicle . And demanded a higher charge then when I signed. If that wasnt enough they tried to say my policy wasnt even paid when it was. DONE WITH THEM. Just money hungry thank God I never needed to file on the insurance no telling what would happen then.

I needed renters insurance before I could sign my lease for my apartment. They got me covered for cheap!! I now have my motorcycle insurance with them too. the ladies are very nice and always help me with all my questions

Cheap rates, but dealing with the claim service, has been the bane of my existence. Car was totalled by another driver, and not once could I get the adjuster to contact me back, or answer her phone. Ended up dealing 100% with the other guys insurance adjuster, through progressive, and they were 100x more helpful and pleasant to work with, even though they were the ones at fault. Now that the settlement has been accepted and the car signed over, I tried to cancel my acceptance policy, and they are making me jump through 900 hoops to cancel my policy, and dragging it out over 30 days after I originally tried to cancel, so that they dont have to pay back the money I paid on my policy through December. Literally am so done with acceptance. Ive been loyal for 8 years, and as soon as I actually needed you, I have been slapped left and right. Shop elsewhere, small company means less responsibility to its customers and service...
