The two young men that showed up were quick and professional. They moved my gutter over down the side of my house just as I asked. They came in just a few days after the quote (even during the holidays). All around a very professional and expedited experience. Would use again and recommend.

Never returned calls multiple attempts

I had a wonderful experience with Rainbow Gutters and it started with Scott. He truly is an honest human being. He was a pleasure to talk to. The installation went very smoothly. The guys came and did what they needed to do and left. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

I got my gutters done by this place about two weeks ago and have many complaints which they have not even tried to call me back about first of all they said they are legitimate company in business for 32 years but once I did my research I found out that they had been bought out about 10 years ago by someone who has never even done got it was before they claimed that all their employees have worked there for over 5 years but when I asked the guy working on my house how long you had been there he said just a couple months I went with them even know that they were higher priced than their competition but I definitely regret it they destroyed my drip edge and only use a little teeny nails to put the downspouts on the walls which two of our very crooked and after this big rain we had none of my gutters are training I would definitely not refer them to anyone even someone I hate stay away from this company they have no experience and no professionalism

Rainbow Gutters installed my gutters. I now need them to be cleaned. I have called them 3x & left messages each time. They have not had the courtesy to return my call. I had initially recommended them to several in my community. I give them a zero for the worst customer service.

I just got a quote today from Rainbow Gutters. Their price was substantially higher than most companies. Because theirs decents reviews, I decided to call then to make sure that wasnt a mistake. To my surprise the lady that answered the phone was somehow cocky, and she basically said.. oh well in others words : Go somewhere else. And I will.

I called their company at the end of March and immediately signed a contract to have seamless gutters installed on one of my projects. I am still waiting (June 8th) for my gutters to be installed and when I call, Frank always says that hell check with the production manager and promises to call me back by the end of the day...which not once has he done! A lot of promises and NO ACTION.

Came quickly, gave reasonable estimate, did work the next day, very satisfied. Quick, efficient, job got done within a day.
