I go to Joes Gym 5 times a week, for both 1on1 and group sessions. I have gained strength and flexibility. The sessions are fun and Joe keeps the atmosphere light and enjoyable. Definitely not the place for the heavy metal lifters, but most folks arent. Though, the flexibility he teaches would greatly help a heavy lifter avoid injuries.

It is clean and is setup much better than some of the other ones. The equipment is maintained well.

I like the size of the facility, the amount of the various equipment and the friendly and helpful staff members.
