On 10-02-2021, we left our car for repairs and were given the total cost, normally they have us to sign the agreement of the repairs along with total cost. Without warning, this time when we return to pick-up our car we were charged over a $100 dollars more and to make matters worse they gave us a oil change that we didn’t ask them to do because we just had an oil change days before. I really felt that we were taken advantage of. IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN PERIOD!!!We have been a loyal customers for years

I was pleased with my experience.I had two rear tires, Goodyear Wrangler SR A, installed on my 2010 Ram 1500.I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and checked in at the desk. I was told theyd get to my truck soon. About 30 minutes passed before I saw them move my truck into the maintenance bay. The facility was very clean and comfortable, so the wait wasnt bad at all.The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and once they got started, the work went fairly quickly.David also recommended an alignment, which I agreed to, knowing it was about time to have one. 👍🏾I received price quotes from 3 retailers and decided to go with Neighborhood Tire Pros because their price, including warranty, was about $20-$30 better than competitors. And the location was more convenient, too! Thx, guys!

This was a very professional environment which made me feel better about leaving my car. I had an idea of what some of the issues were, but upon inspection you receive a full report of your car. Images of the issues, what is recommended on how to fix, and everything that works well with you car. The transparency, as a female in particular, made me feel better about what I was agreeing to happen to my car. This is where I will be going to get my car serviced from now on.

Passing through Atlanta, I experienced having a flat tire. I stopped in at Neighborhood Tire Pros & Auto Service and I received outstanding service. Corey Willingham was the person who waited on me and assured me that they would take care of me. Several other service employees assisted in making sure safety first as if my tired could repaired or not. My tired was repaired. The rest of my trip was great. I returned home and tire is still doing great. Thank you to all the employees who do an amazing job assisting others. This is an excellent business establishment.

Horrible memorial DR location made me drive from Conyers GA just to turn me around. I called at 3 for a nail in my tire got there at 4 but they don’t close until 5. Maybe closing time should be changed idk… but did I mention I paid 260 for one tire with warranty… they was happy to take the money but care less about fixing it…a waste of time and money on a place that doesn’t pay time to it’s loyal customers… so I guess I have to drive a flat tire home until they have time to fix it…. I could have gotten these services for free..

Fantastic experience here! Very helpful staff members, and quick service (in and out with 4 tires, balance and rotation) in about an hour! Also ample seating to chill and watch tv or work on a laptop… I will definitely do more business here!

This service station is the BEST. I was driving to Florida to pick up my daughter. I got rerouted to the area due to a wreck on 285. All of a sudden my car battery light came on. Thankfully I saw the Firestone auto shop and pulled in. Needed a new alternator. 4:15 in the afternoon. Was so stressed because I had no way to get home or to my daughter. The mechanics chose to stay late to fix my car for me and got me back on the road. I am so grateful for their compassion for me and my situation. I know this is not typical! One of the staff members also loaned me their phone charger when my phone battery got low. Appreciate you all!

My service advisor, Mitch was professional. Once he figured out what I was expecting he was helpful and had the car ready when promised. While I did not wait for my car I noticed that the store and waiting area appeared clean. Mitch also explained the invoice and the warranty in detail. He also waited a little after closing for me to pick up the car. I will recommend to others.

I was charged $173 to replace a part on my car that did not fix the problem. When I asked what else they could do they said they could charge me another $150 to do a diagnostic to then figure out the problem…. To then pay more money to actually fix it. The man checking me out asked his supervisor if he should still charge me since they didn’t fix anything and he said “ya go ahead and charge him.” Never going back.

They said I needed parts replaced that were in good shape, glad I got a second opinion because the tires were way out of alignment and actually did need to be replaced. Big miss for a place with Tire Pros in the title. Very disappointing, I paid for a diagnosis and a tire rotation which was a complete waste of money. Go literally anywhere else, this is not a trustworthy establishment.

The actual repair seems to be fine but the technicians filed to put protection down to cover my floor mat. Now I have to get my floormt cleaned. NTP said they will clean it so I do appreciate that offer.

Ive always used this location for my oil changes and the guys are very thorough. But, the price was kind of high for the cabin filter.

Mitch was helpful and efficient. He kept me abreast of their progress with my car and showed me the evidence of what needed to be done. Didn’t try to sell me unneeded or unwanted services. It didn’t take all day either! I had a leak coming from a broken axel and needed new tires. Mine were quite worn!

Great service I had a flat tire and it was almost closing time. I was willing to just do one new tire because they were closing soon. But they were able to do all four in a timely manner.

I brought in the car. They performed my requested services. But, I identified a problem with the front passenger turn signal (even provided the replacement bulbs). Bulb was replaced, I was charged, but the problem persists (fast blinking speed on dash). No diagnostics, no waiving of replacement fee. Nothing. Ive gone to this location for years (through a couple of ownership changes). Disappointed.

I came here for a oil change on my car and was told that it will be a two hour wait. I agree to wait, at the time it was 12noon and it’s 3:23pm and my car still isn’t done being serviced. On top of that no one came to update me or follow up with me the status on the service of my car. When I inquired with them front desk the two mechanics had a very nonchalant attitude. I’ve had my car serviced at the dealership several times before, and had wonderful service...This establishment is Unprofessional and Inconsiderate. Someone also need to emphasize time management on services and customers time. I won’t be bring my business here again.

When I got there at 830am they were already swamped🙄 Mitch said it would be 2pm before my car was ready. Well I had no ride so it was me and them lol. Wiggled out of tire warranty after they couldn’t find matching tires. Manager spent 15 minutes looking for a replacement tire in the warehouse. Then came out and looked at the damaged tire again and said this isn’t under warranty after all because of tread wear. How convenient all the sudden. Avoid this scam house.

Im not happy with the way may car is riding had to take it back today cause its riding worst my car was riding better before they did the work on Friday 16.I dropped off my car at 11:00am Friday16 they said it will take 1hr and half to maybe 2 hr before they could get to my car we will call you when its ready I said ok. They never call me back I had to call them at 4:26pm I asked was my car ready the manager said there finishing up now! I got there at 4:40pm got my car at 4:58pm once I pulled off and drove down the street and realized something wired about how my car drove it was already to late because they were closed. I couldnt take it back on Saturday because I had a family emergency,and tire place is closed on Sunday so I had to bring it back in today and be late for work. What has me so up set is my car was driving good when I brought it in just needed new tires and a front end lineup get my car back with new tires and front end lineup car is worst then ever! So who ever will read this I need my car right free and clear cause I already pay my money. If not I want use this company ever again and I will let people know that, that tire location is a bad Goodyear shop stay away poor service. With todays internet you know its possible have a great one!!!

The guys have always been quick, efficient, kind and professional. my previous service through this shop was really awesome, i just didn’t have a google account at the time. i’d needed a fair amount of work done on my box of rocks ford explorer. there were, of course, more problems than anticipated with my ragged out ride. they were gems! i recall working with david in particular. he let me know what was pressing and needed at the time verses things that i might address at a later date. i told him my meager budget at the time and they worked within my means. i was so grateful for their service. they’ve always been on point. it’s good to feel like you can trust your mechanic & not have someone milk you for all you’ve got. this last time, i believe i worked with Q & David. again my explorer needed more work done & they took good care of me. thanks guys, keep up the good work 🖖

The purpose of my visit originally was to get air in my tire. The guy informed me that I needed a new tire(it looked very bad) . He checked his inventory to confirmed he had the size in stock..the tire was reasonably priced and I also received an alignment which I needed. In and out..in about 1 hour and 15mins. After getting a tire stuck in a deep rut, I came to Neighborhood Tire Pros to get an alignment and check for any damage. The folks at the front were nice and efficient and the job was done in a few hours for a reasonable price. I recommend this place!

My vehicle was towed in by AAA and I made it to Neighborhood Tire Pros & ... as they were locking their doors. Instead of telling me to come back tomorrow they allowed me to come and wrote up my work request. The next morning they called me told me the price of ybe job. When they didnt called me stating the job was completed the next day I called them. I was told they was sent the wrong part twice so they had to verify the part number from the dealer which they have ordered already and was expecting it the next day. I was told they would keep me informed which they did, calling me when the part came and after the job was completed.

The Manager is very helpful. The young man that is a mechanic there was very disrespectful, Corey . His level of respect for customers is totally unacceptable.

I was extremely impressed with Tire Pros. I was in a huge hurry because I had 2 flat tires and needed to get to work ASAP. They were polite and thorough and very kind.I would recommend them to all of my family and friends.

These guys were very responsive in getting me back on the road. Dave and his crew provided timely updates. The cost of repairs were less than previously quoted and I used my AAA discount towards the final bill.

Today I went in for an oil change they told me it will be a 2 hour wait and it was a 3 and a half hour wait I was so frustrated. But when they finally got around to start working on my car they did an excellent job and gave a discount for the wait I had to endure.

I am very disappointed in the service and the handling of addressing a repair that was needed for our vehicle. The car arrived on Friday, Feb. 25th and sat until Thurs., Mar.1st before a diagnostic was completed on the vehicle. During this time several calls were made to the shop to request for them to contact the warranty company to start a claim in which it did not take place until Fri., March 5th AFTER making a personal appearance. We were informed the diagnostic results determined it was a transmission issue which was incorrect. We were able to also find out that Quest Towing decided to drop this vehicle off at this location instead of the requested location on Clairmont Avenue because tow companies drop off vehicles where it is convenient although the requested location was only 9mi away. We decided to get a second opinion from the original shop we requested for the car to be towed to. Before the car was towed I paid $147.15 for a diagnostic that Failed to detect a broken CV Axle. The axle was broken and damaged. The invoice and estimate provided by this shop showed no indication of this key repair to the CV Axle that was needed.

Lied to me and tricked me into getting things I didnt need, turning an $80 bill into $280. Left grease all over my drivers seat and carpet. Took four hours for an oil change and never updated me about my car being ready. Absolutely the worst experience Ive had in a long time, and I will never be coming back.

Mike and David are awesome. They take care of three generations in my family and I feel confidant when I get information from them its right. They usually get us in same day and work very hard to make sure we have our vehicles as quickly as possible. They back their work and if theres ever a problem they fix it quickly

Highly skilled and efficient mechanics. Great customer relation. Diagnostic and repair is always on point and adequately resolved. My only gripe is with the length of time it takes them to complete repairs.

Had an unfortunate experience with this location. My sister took my car in and replaced four tires, oil filters, and brakes for a total of $1064.14 and had a fine experience. Unfortunately, I had a bike rack covering the spare tire, so they were not able to replace it with the best of the four tires they removed, but said we could come back at a later date and do that. I live abroad, so wasnt able to give her the key to the bike rack until nearly two months later, as were in the middle of a pandemic and travel from abroad is extremely limited. When I got home I told her I would get the spare mounted, but when I came in - the tech behind the counter immediately accused me of being a crook, by say this was over two months ago - I dont know where you got this tire from - you might have gone out and gotten a tire and then asked us to mount it - you have to pay for it. He then asked if I wanted to speak to a manager, and I said yes. He did not let me, however - and spoke to the manager himself. The manager made snide remarks under his breath and told him to give me a $5 discount on the service. Im amazed to hear that the best they can imagine out of humanity is that we would come in and spend $1064.14 only to later come in with an elaborate backstory just to save $25. This kind of rude disloyal behavior makes me sick. Wouldve taken them 10mins and zero dollars to mount the tire and we world always have come back since we live just around the corner. Instead, they chose to accuse me dishonest behavior and not stand behind their own work. Pick any other store - these guys dont deserve your business. Ill give my $25 (and the next $1000) to someone kinder.

I arrived at 7:36AM they open at 7:30AM. I checked in my car in for a oil change, they gentleman who checked me in told me there is only one car in front of me. I did not leave with my car until 10:00, ridiculous. Never mind my fiancé saw the guy that was supposedly working on my car dancing beside it. When I got my car he had adjusted the radio to his channel and never bothered to take off or change his gloves so I had oil on my steering wheel, gear and door handles in and outside of the car.... even the sticker was smeared with oil...

I was going to my car to leave for work and noticed my tire was flat.i called Neighborhood Tires to see if they had the tire I needed. David said they did...and just like that, AAA towed my car in and I was ready to go in a couple of hours.

Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable! I brought my car in for tires to be mounted and balanced, an alignment and an oil change. They have the best price for a synthetic blend oil change! I will definitely be going back. Also, inside was spotless! I was very impressed.

Never going back here ever again after being yelled at by a technician for parking my car in a weird spot. I was just walking inside to ask them if they could fit me in today and where I should park. Tried explaining that to the tech but he interrupted me and kept being rude so that was that for me. Pure in downtown Decatur took great care of me and they were cheaper too. Found my new shop.
