Last week I took my 02 F150 to Paul at Quality Used Automotive on the Beltline in Decatur. It was my first time using them. They were recommended by several friends. I will definitely go back. The truck was missing and I was afraid it was breathing its last. Quality Auto diagnosed and fixed the problem in a few hours and I had it back the next day, running smooth. They saved me $$ by installing an original used coil they had on hand and only charged labor. Paul and his staff are very personable and made me feel comfortable with their business and at home while there

Love these guys, they always shoot you straight and you can trust them. It was my good luck that brought me to them, but I will be back for any automotive needs. Anytime you try a new mechanic its a roll of the dice, but quality is a win every time.

I was told by my roommate that he knew the owner Paul. I front bumper had came off due to my roomate using it. I need to move out of state. The car is a 40 thousand miles on it 2014 Accord. Never had any problems with it have the Carfax. I said while youre fixing the bumper do a service check. I paid 75 dollars and gave a 25 dollar tip. I made it 3 days when for some reason the engine would not star up. The maintenance man at my motel tried to jumped it he said you got screwed Id call that garage. I called and explained the situation to the phone guy I said I never had any problems with this car the bumper was esthetic can you just check everything for a 5 hr drive. The guy said sure Ill treat it like my own. I got it back went to subway down the road and it wouldnt start . I pushed it to a motel then cried for 2 days because of money problems. I called them and they basically said f you. My roommate also said he would never consider buying a car from them they were sheisters. I made bad decisions from untrustworthy people because my mom had just died from covid. I am taking it to the Honda dealership. Do not trust this business

Horrible place to go in Decatur Alabama! First off I called to see if they could fix my timing chain and they said yes it will take a few days (3) . I drop my car off on the 1st and got it back on the 22nd making the same sound as it did when I took it in !!! I paid $1600 to get my car back doing the same thing plus now my check engine is on now !!! It wasn’t on before I came there. I drive back up and got into it with the owner about how can I pay $1600 and my car is in worst shape before I came and some guy come out of his office wanting to fight ? What kind of business folks do this ? I’m on disability with a bad heart and wanted my only car fixed to get me back and forth to my doctors and have to deal with this bs !!! Worst place in Decatur and I’ll never step foot back plus tell everyone I know never trust this place !
