Patrick Johnson has been our insurance agent for 5 years, and he and his staff are the best. We have had the best customer service experience - if we have any questions or problems whatsoever, we know that Patrick and his staff will take care of it.We recently went through a complicated two-step house move - and one of the agents that works for him, Michael Hitt, is just awesome. He made the entire process of getting our policy on our new home, rental insurance on our temporary rental, our PODs and storage unit coverage, our auto and other personal items coverage - everything we own - he made it PAINLESS! He even helped us find an agent for our daughter, who is attending college in Florida and needs renters insurance.We have moved to Huntsville, but we are keeping our insurance agent! :)
