I was with Judy Larson - State Farm for a number of years and in the beginning the customer service was great maybe because I’ve never had to file a claim. In the end when I needed to make some changes to my policy like drop a vehicle they didn’t return my calls at all and when I did speak to someone it was as if they didn’t want to be bothered. Ultimately in the end I had to call the 800 customer service number to get my issue resolved.

I have enjoyed business with Judy Larson State Farm, the staff here is awesome and very helpful to your needs. I would recommend this group.

Tried to get quotes for a boat loan as I heard good things from others. First gentleman I spoke with was not a bank rep and gave me the number to the automated system. Went through this mess and finally got to a person and they said that my local rep would need to handle this. I called local agency back and was told they could give me a quote. I gave them all of my information and I was supposed to receive a call within an hour with the rates. I never received a call. I was told that the banking specialist was in on Saturday and I called multiple times with no answer. I went to the location to find that no one was working and no office hours listed on the doors. I would not recommend this State Farm location due to such poor customer service. I never expected it to be so hard to give away my money and give State Farm my business.
