Add another vehicle to my policy.. great experience and cheap insurance... and yes its actually a quality insurance company... I used them a few years back and had no problems after the accident.

Rude the Chandler Road office in every since of the word

I have as so angry with them the last time they tried to charge me $400 plus down because I used my really roadside 2 times which was so long ago last time I was with them and nothings since I had to put $100 plus down and that was the price every month 😡😡😡

I have been with them for so long. I love the customer service I love the way they treat me when I come in and pay my bill its just a wonderful Insurance Company and I love them Ive been with them a long time I had to leave once but I came back there are a good insurance company

The Customer Service at the Candler Road Location is HORRIBLE. Yolanda with your attitude, and the level of Education you have is why you are working at Fred Loya Insurance. If the public was not purchasing Insurance you would not have a job. Do Better young lady all that extra is not called for.

Im glad I had no accidents when I gave Lots insurance before. They did change prices on me. The two star rating is because today, Friday, June 17 Everytime I call any Lots office the person pucks up the phone and hangs up. Bad business practices. And for those who dont know different phone numbers are linked to one office.

HORRIBLE !!!!! Every time I go its a different policy . Or a new rule they done made upI had Full coverage on 2 cars then wen my car got wrecked an I got a new car an went to take the old car off an out the new one on she claim I couldnt have coverage on a car under an 05, when the car that I had taken off was a 02 an so the manager (the fat Mexican ) came out and was like who ever did this did this to get ur business and didnt follow our rules and I said mam ur the one who did my policy and she was like oh well then it was a typo like no because the Difference on what I had for what the new one was 150 so they was just taking my money, then I went to add another car and she says she cant take an old car off for free that I would have to pay something but remind u I just took my 02 off for free and added a 04 now to take the 04 off its a fee ? Talking bout its policy every time its a new policy she need another job because she Dont no not one thing about her job I cant wait to be done with loya freaking insurance they suck Im warning yall go to county finicial not loyal they taking all yo money
