I recently signed up for policies with Jeff Grimoldi and was pleased with his level of expertise and professionalism. He answered all questions and addressed my concerns with patience. The sign up process moved swiftly without a hitch and I hope this is indicative of the service I will receive in the future as a first time State Farm policy holder.
Ive held a policy with the Dan Barracliff office for several years and always had prompt, professional and courteous service. Jeff Grimoldi recently assisted me find the most bang for my buck (when adding some coverage). He is down to earth, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and importantly, as well as rare these days - FUN! If I could give this office zero stars, I would. I have experienced nothing but horrible service since the day I opened an auto policy with them. I have used State Farm insurance in the other states where Ive lived (Ohio and Washington) and loved it. However, this particular office has the worst communication and customer service that I have ever experienced. Getting a warm body that actually can help is nearly impossible, and when someone does answer the phone, they are rude and not professional at all. If you move and need to switch offices/agents, good luck! I tried and tried, and after being transferred over the phone or through email to several different people and having to provide proof of my new residence (which they had anyway because of the homeowners policy that I had), they said they would transfer my account to a new agent that was closer... Which never happened. I could go on for pages and pages, but Ill spare you. Please save yourself the headache and either go to a different State Farm agent or a different insurance company all together.
Theyre customer service varies. But horrible at communicating with customers. Rates change month to month. Paperwork is lost. Insurance agents arent very helpful at all. They dont notify you when your rates increase. I email Dan himself, no response. Seems like they dont value customers at this location. But I think in all, State Farm sucks! 👎
Ask for Nick Bernardo, he is great agent, protects your interests and advises best product(s)/ coverage for you. Really happy customer.
This office routinely increased my rates without advance notice and did not respond to my calls promptly. They scheduled a meeting to review my policy when I arrived the office was closed and no one called to apologize or reschedule. The only reason they are getting 3-stars is because when my auto-pay didnt go through because of a card change they did not cancel my policy but diligently tried to let me know there was a problem. Im done and going to Allstate.
I have never been with an insurance company that has caused me so much stress... I literally dread paying my insurance because I have to call them to make a payment and every time I call they have never had any correct information on my account ... this agency as a whole has caused me so much inconvenience Ive wanted to cry several times... I really want to go on to give people a heads up but I have suffered so much inconvenience I cant talk about it all... I am just going to say that this is not an agency you want to go with they give State Farm a bad reputation ima trying so hard to get out of this agency... do not go to DAN BARRACLIFF
I have been with this office for years and the customer service is horrible. Rate changed twice in the last 6 months with not reasoning and no one seems to care. I have left messages for Dan to call back and I havent received anything as of yet. I finally had enough and transferred my policy . You would think after being with the office for over 5 years they would care or he would at least email a response to my concern but nothing. If you want customer service please go to a different agent.
They will not renew your insurance when you have an accident and they have to pay for a total loss
