Katie Leigh is attentive and quick to respond. While we’ve never had to file a claim (fortunately) she has always answered all of our questions and concerns, and managed our vehicle and policy changes in a timely and professional manner. Customer service beats price sometimes. It’s about being confident in the company representing you and the transparency they offer regarding their products and services.
