Very professional. Mr. Knight not only cares about policies, but cares about people more. When my dad shared some health problems with Mr. Knight his first question wasnt about policies but about if he was right with God. That is something very rare in todays world. I have a lot of respect for people who put their faith first. Mr. Knight does that.
