My appointment was for 4:30, Id submitted what i was purchasing and service to be done on website. At 4:37 they were rolling my truck into the bay. The consultants were exceptional. My service was done expeditiously as i observed the process. Others were having their work done in quite the same manner. They tend some future business from me by informing me of future processes and thanked me for my business. This location I highly recommend...

Had 4 tires replaced at a different place, and car started pulling to the side once I got on the freeway and increasingly moving strangely. I pulled over here as it was the closest tire shop and I did NOT feel safe driving further, even though that meant I would be late to work. Andre D was incredibly helpful and patient and got my car in surprisingly quickly considering I (obviously) didnt have an appointment - quoted 2 hours and work was done with 15 minutes to spare. Mohamed did a great job and also alerted me to a muffler issue and did a temp fix and let me know what I should follow up with, which was above and beyond. Left with a printout of the alignment and balance which is getting taken to the first shop as soon as Im back home.Definitely appreciate their service and work here in fixing someone elses mistake and Ill certainly come here first next time I need tires.

William Gideon displayed patience during a very stress time for me that day. I wasnt all that pleasant when I came into the store.He told me it would be a 2 hour wait time. I was furious because it would cause a delay in my workflow.Thanks to Mr. Gideon I was able to get back to work within an hour.The service tech had a very positive attitude. Thanks much appreciated!

Refused to sell me a tire and put it on my vehicle. I called in advance and told them my care type asked if they could squeeze me in explained I needed this tire on before work and was told come on up we will take care of you. As soon as I got up there I was greated by Ricky who took my tire size down quoted me for one tire then asked me if it was 2 wheel, all wheel or 4 wheel. My car is 2 wheel with the option to engage 4 wheel drive. He then said well I dont have the matching tire in until tomorrow and I cant just sell you one tire. I said is this a policy? It is nowhere on your website? He pulled out some printed up website pages from google that had nothing to do with belle tire or a policy and then refused to sell me one tire. I called another belle tire that explained it is not a policy and it is a recommendation. I wonder if belle tire knows how much business this location is turning away with there attempt to force people to buy multiple tires.

Had an appointment to get my car checked, went there, the guy at the desk told me that they are busy and cant help me, which I responded with I have an appointment, like how can u not help me . Expected them to be more helpful.

The staff was polite to me, they were also informative about maintenance in the future which I deeply appreciated. I also want to give them credit for safety practices in ensuring that there were multiple sanitizing stations available for public use and each staff member kept their face mask pulled up. Kudos guys! I will be dropping by again

Service was fast and efficient... they were happy to help and price wasn’t that bad either... I dealt with Mike he was cool made me laugh and very knowledgeable didn’t make me feel bad when I couldn’t remember the name of the wheel lock ....

This is my second time coming to bell tire on Michigan ave.First time I came in was for a flat they were very rude and disrespectful. No time management thy will over charger you for a tire. Took 2 hours to fix a flat tireSecond time I walk in only two people are working.The first guy didn’t even care enough to come out and take a look at the car.The second guy tried to tell me I was impatient the first time. But yet the first time I came I walked over to marshals for a little to walk around anyone is going to be impatient after a 2 hour wait for a flat tire.Honestly if anyone is reading this and want my advice go to the one on telegraph they are much better and they don’t waste your time with disrespectful words and they care more for your time.

I brought in my Cadillac for a tire rotation and ended up having my tires replaced due to choppy wear and WOW what a difference! Im glad I came in so I can feel confident that my car is safe and drives as it should. Kudos to Darren the Manager and his Team! The staff are so nice and polite especially the manager Darren. I have gone here for new tires last November 2019 and today I got a windshield replacement and they gave me an amazing price that was unbeatable. They also got the job done in such a short amount of time, and I always feel comfortable talking to the technicians. I will continue going to this Belle Tire location.

Thank you to Sam the mechanic for diagnosing and fixing the issues on my car with about a 30 minute turnaround time. I was in and out in under an hour - arriving at about 7pm and out by 8 which was fantastic. Diagnosed quickly, I took about 15 minutes of my own time to decide next steps, and work was completed within 30 minutes.

Wow what can I say...besides the fact that I’ve never been treated better in my life, they literally helped me beyond belief with patching my tire, RICK and everyone else there are incredible and truly have humanity on their mind first to help people during this tough time, thank you so much for your service to the community during the pandemic I will never go anywhere else anymore and they gained a life time customer.

Staff was very nice and cordial. They are utilizing safety precautions - masks, distancing.

Some rude staff long wait and wanted to hold my vehicle hostage for doing nothing. Wouldnt even tell me where my car was parked after the non inspection charge.

Wonderful experience! Called ahead to find out the charge for a tire patch and see if I needed an appointment. They said $20 and I did not need an appointment. The drop-off and pick up processes were fast and hassle free! In the end, they didnt even charge me the fee but patched my tire! Highly recommend!

A day and a half to get a tire fixed

Belle tire is the worse place to get tire at, Sam’s club is the place to replace your tire. They lying, I change my four tires, I got Michelin for my BMW for all most $1000.00 and got insurance, is not even a year and all four tire are bad I took them to belle tire, they said your don’t have insurance on them how I don’t know. I’m positive sure that I bought an insurance.Don’t recommend Belle Tire or speak to either Bill or Rick they rude and Unprofessional.

I came to do car inspection for my car for the Lyft app, They didn’t do any inspection and they failed my car because of minors pint scratches in the front bumper and a side dent, and they charge me $15.00 for nothing, they could of at least let me know what is wrong with it !!Very bad customer care service

I came into the store on June 25th. I approach the sales desk. I asked if someone was available to look at my tire. The sales person said no because they have six that they are already servicing. It was 5:30 when I walked in the door. And they closed at 8:00pm.I have spent lots of money there. But never again!!! Customer service is horrible!!!!

Made an appointment several days in advance. 2.5 hours to change 2 tires. No communication regarding the delays. Overheard phone conversation about having only one person in the bays working and late tire delivery truck but was given a totally different bogus excuse. Why lie? Just be honest. If theres an acceptable reason for being late, then let it be known so the appointment can be rescheduled. Instead, youve lost a customer.

They did an okay job but it was super expensive and I had to wait for hours even though they told me it would be quick. Just go somewhere else. Save yourself the time and money.

What I thought was a quick fix turned out to waste my time and didn’t even do their job right.

The service was awesome. Called and got an appointment the next day. Was in and out in under 90 mins. Best price I could find. Drove over from Windsor to get them and got both cheaper than I could get one tire here for.

A good place to go when you need to find out a minor car problem. They will let you know and it is up to you if you want to repair it with them or they might give you a shop that will specialize in the problem.

Waited 4 hours for tire repair, which is understandable due to weather conditions. I had a nail in one tire and the dude told me that he couldn’t fix it and said I had to buy 4 brand new tires for $500 since my car was AWD (they are good tires except the one with the nail). At first I asked why he can’t replace the tire with the nail and he said no we have to replace all of them(what kind of logic is that ).Went to another tire shop to replace the tire and it turns out he ended up fixing it for $20. I’ve seen belle tire trying to hustle people throughout my 4 hour wait, it worked on some but it wasn’t going to work on me. Go somewhere else

I get the sense they really dont want to do business. They are quick to say they are unavailable to fix tires. I thought the name was Belle Tire. Next time I called they say come tomorrow. Each time I check and the lot is empty. More lies. No problem Ill take my business elsewhere.

Love Belle Tire. My son played hockey for a Belle Tire sponsored team for years, so I tend to give them my business if I can. Having said that, theyve always treated me right. Fair pricing for fair value....they always do try to upsell a bit, but never gouge, and the part they want to replace IS always worn. One negative about my latest trip....I made a 9am appointment online....told them exactly what I wanted done. It didnt even get looked at until almost 10:30. This wasnt a huge deal this time, as I had the day off....but why offer appointment times if you have no intention of keeping them? Funny thing is, if I had just walked in, I would have considered the service adequate....but dont give me an appointment you have no intention of honoring.

Despite the fact that this particular Belle Tire is located in that such a clean-looking area, the staff is awesome and their work is top-notch therefore I recommend that whenever you need Tire work or new tires or any kind of repairs then check these people out as I walked in without an appointment after obtaining a flat from all of that construction on Greenfield and they service my vehicle right away. Thank you Belle Tire staff as you guys are awesome.

Long day at the pharmacy and thought I would be here for a long time. They got me right in and fix my tire in 15 mins. Great work and customer service.

I would have paid the $150+ labor if I could have got the Walmart price match... I wanted the Toyo Celcius tires, they were listed at $122 @ BT. I researched every tire and this was the only one lower, I really didnt think it was going to be an issue. Walmart has them for ~$94. I finally agreed to order just the tires with no labor/warranty, cash sale @$450 out the door, about $110 a tire after getting a quote well over $550 with the Installation. I thought it over and called to cancel delivery, I waited a solid minute of ringing before hanging up, sorry. I really apologize for that and for the first time in my life not getting tires from this location (14 years) but I went to Walmart and they had them shipped to my door at $397.00. I saved over $50 and pickup from not ordering @ BT and Im gonna save over $100 on labor by having a different shop mount them for me, I didnt even want my vehicle touched just the tires dismounted and new tires mounted to the rims and balanced... Sorry we couldnt make a deal, but your a dedicated tire place with over 122 locations and a low price guarantee, Im not buying the were just a small chain I was sold. If I can go to walmarts brick and mortar and get the same product and services at a considerate* lower price I guess Ill have to, I would have rather had you guys match them and give you the business,but if thats not profitable for yall then maybe change the budget around, Im not paying extra for a 5 star waiting room Im not waiting in anyway. I still gave 4/5 stars cause the guy was respectful and probably did what he could for me and I dont wanna lower your ratings just cause you wouldnt price match Walmart, I understand completely just wanted it to be known why I couldnt do it, I guess Ill find out if you get what you pay for is true here....m

Awful awful service and experience ever. I’ve never went to Belle Tire and after this experience I never will think twice. The manager is racist. The staff is rude. I left my car to have the valve changed, something that shouldn’t cost or take too long to do. The manager calls me saying that because I drove too long on the car, which I literally was behind the building when it broke and just drove it to the front, it needs a whole new tire. He said changing the tire would cost $200.00, I refused to pay for a new tire at that price because with 100$ more, I can get all four changed!! I came back the next day to pick it up and I magically had another tire flat. When I refused to pay for that one to have air in it, I went to the back of the building to the self service air pump and the manager turned it off. Don’t go here don’t waste your money and that racist staff needs to be fired

Do yourself a favor and replace all your tires here. Period.

Mohamed, the guy that does Alignments, is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful mechanics i have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

I had this location dismount and remount my wheels so I could get them powder coated. The staff was knowledgable, polite and did an excellent job. Both interactions were quick and painless. Joe was very helpful and organized. I would have had no problem paying double for the services I had done. I would recommend this location to anyone I know. Great job guys. I will return for all future wheel/tire needs. Thank you!!!!

I have been a repeat customer for over 16 years and will continue to patron this store; not only for the product but the service is usually on point. Lets face it, we are human and will never be able to predict the future, so the fact that they call and keep you informed is an added feature which most places do not. Keep up the great work.

If you want A tire shop (shop that just sell tires please look somewhere else ) this is not the place. They are too busy repairing cars from minor to major repair to be considered A tire shop that sells tires. You will be waiting days to get your tire corrected if there is a problem with them. I bought tires for $240 dollars a tire at a discount price for $213 a tire brand new!!! 3 weeks ago and stop by today to see why were they loosing air and they were to busy until Saturday to look at them. Since I had the tires I had to constantly put air in them....
