I have been in search of a good oil change facility. I read the reviews for Big Rays and decided to go. This place is very good. They are very nice, professional and make you feel like you have known them for a while. They took time to explain and show me the oil before and after. I also had my transmission fluid changed. The staff explained the process and showed me the before and after as well. My daughter took her car for an oil change too. I have found my spot!!The customer service is one of the best aspects of Big Rays!! They get an A+

I don’t trust those people I went there to change my oil for my car and when they done and when I left less than one minute my car give me three signal It’s Sayes something wrong on my car when I’m returning to them they said maybe battery So I drive my car home before I get my home my car stoppedSo I want to AutoZone and I bought new battery for 200$ Then when I’m change the battery my car is still not working so I bring towing For 75$and take it to the shop to fix it and I fix it for 300 $ All this happened to me because they change the oil for me for my car don’t trust them don’t trust them ever I advice you don’t go their

These guys are the definition of awesome! Transparent, fast, friendly, and high quality work and products. In and out in 10 minutes, they give you clear options, clear prices, and they do all the extra little things that you don’t even need to ask for, like filling your fluids, checking the air pressure in your tires, filling them when needed, etc... plus the coffee is pretty good too.

Lincoln aviator 2020 they did a great job of changing the filter and my oil and showing me that they did I would definitely come back they were very nice people they are better than the dealership.

They are so nice there! The owner has helped me with my car numerous times and gave me great advice and wouldn’t take any money. He doesn’t care about the money, only cares to help people out! Got an oil change at Rays and drove striaght home, 3min away after the oil /c. On my way to work the nxt morning, my car leaked out all the oil, turns out rays didnt properly re-tighten my oil filter back on properly. I dont know if this was an honest mistake or not but I doubt because he told me he wasntable to replace my filter due to previous work. Got a second opion from Ford dealer, and they said he didnt properly re-tighten it. My review and advise are.. DONT USE THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO REPLACE YOUR ENGINE THE NEXT DAY. INCOMPETENT and DISHONEST. NOT the 1ST PERSON THAT HEs done this to, should change his name to, Russian Roulette oil change.

I went to this store to change my car oil, and they finished all services in just three minutes, and when I found some deficiencies and wanted him to fix them, he hit me and threatened to hit me if I didnt leave the place. After a verbal quarrel, I left the place .. I will not return to this shop again .. because there are employees who do not respect their work or their customers .. I ask the employer to monitor their violations and find their dealings. . Because their receipts are not documented or serialized ... so that they can evade recording the real number to enter the store ... and the way they dealt with me officially indicates that he is a member of a gang and not an official in the oil change shop.

A while back, I decided to get close and try Big Rays Lube and let me tell you, it was one of the best choices Ive ever made. They are not your average oil change who don’t care about your car or your satisfaction. They are truthful in every way and give you the best advice to ensure you a good ride. The owners are awesome and treat you like family. It is an energetic atmosphere and you’ll never leave that place without a smile on your face.

Biggest scammers in Dearborn!!!!! They used different Oil for my car. My car is a V4 and they put V6 Oil and I recorded them getting the oil. They lied but I showed them the recording and started to apologize and wanted to satisfy me. But a what cost? After I caught them on camera. Would never recommend going here and If you do, make sure to check if youre getting the right oil. DONT LET THEM SCAM YOU!

Will provide an opine later, due to fact, my car started smoking from under the hood and rear end, shortly after an oil change there. They said a certain type of oil (Delphi) would b better for my engine. It is now at the mechanics for repairs. I will provide an update later, upon vehicular diagnosis, but as of now, it remains a 1...More to come...Well, returned and the manager at Big Rays did replace oil and showed me that reservoir was full. All I can say at this time is that my car did NOT have any of these problems b4 oil change with Delphi High Mileage Oil. My car virtually remains in the same condition.Will post again, aft visit to Chrysler for additional inspection.Well, a brief update. In calling around in search of repairs for my vehicle, I found an auto parts owner in Canton, who had to have his girlfriends engine replaced due to an oil change at Big Rays. He used to perform work there and says these...most of whom r kids dont know what theyre doing & totally destroyed her motor. Now Ive reviewed all the other favorable reviews, but there r times when not so favorable things happen to ones vehicle due to errors, and I firmly believe this is one of those times. I will have diagnostic results soon, and if it b that I need to stand corrected, so b it, BUT not just yet. More to come, PERIOD!!!

They did my A.C and a oil change combination for a very cheap price!

I went to change my oiland they have very bad services. When I told him to please make sure that the old oil is emptied out good because the last time I came they didnt do a good job. He started disrespecting and be rude saying why did you come back if we didnt do a good job. He refused to change my oil!

BEST OIL CHANGE IN MICHIGAN

In my 34 years of life, I have never come across a more dishonest and incompetent establishment. I went in for a basic oil change, and now my car needs body work. Even after the camera footage clearly showed they were to blame, they kept denying all fault. Save yourself the money and the headache, go elsewhere.

I have been going to Big Rays without incident for a couple of years now. I only get mobile one oil change and he always pours it out of a sealed new quart. Never out of the nozzle or a gallon. The workers are very clean and always put fender covers on my vehicle. I couldnt ask for more. Im sold on the honesty of what I am paying for

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Brought my own Mobil 1 oil and Bosch Filter and and paid $15 service fee. The manager insured me they will take care of everything. 2 months later it’s time to change the car oil and I decided to do it myself. I go under the car and see an old rusty cheap filter that the shop uses. They stole my Bosch filter and used one of their cheap ones. I had a similar experience at another oil change. I recommend you find a better place to change your oil because these people don’t care about you or your car. I went back to tell them and the manager told the workers “don’t talk to him and make him leave”.

The customer service here is awful! The employee first accused the man who sold me my vehicle of lying. I have no reason to suspect my neighbor is a liar. When I arrived home, I observed a large pool of fresh oil under my vehicle. I have photos and a witness. When I returned to simply ask about the puddle, the manager tells me it didnt come from my car. He then tells me that I am lying, and that he has cameras all over the place to prove I am lying. I told him that is all well and good, but does nothing for the fresh puddle of oil under my car. (I never accused him of any wrongdoing to start with.) I asked to speak with the owner. He would not allow me. I will never go back here for an oil change. Treat paying customers with respect, please.

Best oil change shop in Dearborn. They do stuff no other oil change even looks at ( fill up your windshield wiper fluid, brake fluid, even your tires with air). Very friendly staff in the summer time when it’s extremely hot always offering you a cold water. One of my most recent visits I brought my own oil and 1 of the quarts had water in it without me even knowing any other place would’ve probably poured it right in their but I am soo glad they caught it and saved me time and money. Thank you
