Everyone is so nice here!! When I called the gentleman that answered was so kind. Its appointment and he got me in same day. The woman that did my nails was so gentle and so sweet. The massage chair is so great. Im so happy with my nails and the service was amazing. Thank you!!!

Love my nails after coming here. I normally do dipping and they lasted for a few weeks. Although it’s super busy whenever i come they still managed to run it so smoothly . Everyone here is awesome.

I went here on a Saturday July 10th to get my nails done. I must say the Ambiance is wonderful! I really felt like I was at home and relax the customer were as welcoming as the nail technician. I felt so comfortable and relaxed till I was falling asleep getting my nails done. Her voice was also soothing as she was humming to the delightful music. This is my first time here and I must say this will be my number one spot for nail service. Ive already booked my appointment 2 weeks in advance.

Jojo did my nails and I never do anything but French tip and I have been coming here for 5 years and we changed it up today and I love it... will not go to any other place all staff is amazing and friendly! Best place for pedicures and nails!!

It was my first time going to luxe nails. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left they were super nice, professional and very welcoming. Amy did my nails and Kim did my daughters nails. We absolutely loved them. Highly recommend them. Definitely will be back .

Everybody in this business is so attentive, so kind, and SO good at their job! I would suggest making an appointment though! They always have availability and that way, you won’t have to wait when you arrive. Super knowledgeable about styles, colors, shapes, totally recommend!

This is a cozy & serene atmosphere with HIGHLY skilled professionals. I go natural with my regular mani/pedi but they offer all the latest nail & beauty services. Oh & I love the massage chairs & HOT towels. Ahhhhh. Treat yourself without ruining your nails or budget!😊

WORST NAIL SALON EVER!! They are extremely rude and speak poorly about you in their native language. I had an appointment at 4:30 pm for a full set of gel nails. They close at 7 pm. And they told me that they couldn’t take me and that I didn’t book that appointment. It’s not my fault that the associate made a mistake on his end. I’ve been seen before at 5 pm for the same nail look and finished well before 7 pm. They had 2 available nail techs and proceeded to take the girl that arrived after me even though my appointment was before hers. Recommend that you go to Sun Nails across the street next to Kroger. They treated me very well and respected my time and money.

There is no place else I would go to get my nails done even though this place is 30 minutes drive from my house. It’s well worth it. I got so many compliments for my nails since I started coming here.

The customer service was awful. The nail techs do not disinfect the surfaces between clients and reuse the same nail care items with all of the customers. That’s horrible, especially since they have a sign up stating that they maintain a clean space due to COVID precautions.

The best experience at a nail salon by far for me. I’ve always had a problem with other nail salons making my nails look crooked but Kim is a true artist . She took her time ( still quick though) and made sure my nails were perfect and what I wanted. The place is also very clean. I recommend Luxe Nails to anyone and everyone!!

Finally found my new nail place. Their sanitation is on point and their work is even better. Nicest people too.

I recently went there to get a brand new full set less than 24 hrs my nail breaks. I pay to get it fixed the following day. The next morning 2 more break. I called got hung up on, I called ask for a manager and complained about how I just paid for a full set and a broken nail and that this shouldnt be happening. The quality seems poor. This has never happened before at the other places. He said he didnt care. Once I leave the door its my responsibility. Never again‼️‼️

Due to the Covid 19,I was nervous going back to the salon even though my nails needed major work . This place erased all my worries cuz they make sure everyone follows the CDC safety guidelines once inside the salon . They constantly sanitized their stations before and after each use. Everyone practice social distancing and guards are in place on their work stations too. Nails look great.❤️

Ive been going to this nail salon for a while. I love the owners Linh and Amy, they are super nice and very accommodating. The salon is clean and nicely decorated. All the techs do nice work and are friendly. I highly recommend this nail salon.

They are very accommodating, even when busy. I’ve tried other places in the area for dipping powder and I have to say this place is second to none. My nails lasted for weeks and a lot stronger . Amy is my go to girl !!

There was a great amount of colors and the service was pretty fast but, the lady I got didn’t even put the polish on my nails and she didn’t push back or cut my cuticles, she also got glue and polish on my skin. What also really bothered me was that she didn’t stop talking to the other people and when I asked her a question she would stop doing my nails and try to understand what I was saying. But the nails overall only lasted like 4 or 5 days before they all fell off and that is why I give them a 2 star

I am new to this salon and so far they have done a great job. Nails looking awesome and they normally lasted for weeks. Love that they really showed their appreciation of my business every time I walked in.

Horrible customer service and no respect for their customers whatsoever. I went in to get dip powder on my nails and they turned out absolutely terrible. They were super thick, not filed correctly and were so bumpy and just looked nasty. The shellac was all over my skin and she just kept globing it on my nails. I let the lady know that I didn’t like them and she just gave me a bunch of excuses and let the other lady try to “fix” them. I ended up paying and just walked out of there very unhappy with the service I received. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And the wait time is insane. I sat there for an hour and a half before it was my turn. I won’t be coming back here.

It’s slightly out of my way but it’s well worth it. Under new ownership that just knows how to treat people. Love the new look of the salon. Classy and clean. Recommended it to my daughters.

Nicest people and the cleanest salon I’ve ever been to. They have a wide variety of polish selections. Took her time on my nails, and for the first time in a while I actually feel relaxed in a salon👍.

Clean everyone was wearing masks and were distancing. Every thing was wiped down between customers.

Just called here and asked how much a pedicure is. He responds $25. Okay perfect. How much is it with shellac? He responds saying $50. I asked “$50?!” Just to clarify, he says yea. Lol at my own salon I usually go to that’s booked the entire week and half and is very luxurious on the interior doesn’t even charge $50 for a shellac pedicure. I literally laughed and said bye.

Should be zero stars. I got my nails done here, a full set, 4 days ago...the side of my middle finger is STILL bleeding. The man who did my nails was extremely insensitive and careless with the drill- knicked the sides of about 4 of my fingers. 3 out of 4 of them were bleeding when i left. I even warned him that i had already injured by thumb and he still was so careless and rushed through. My thumb is not even the one that is still bleeding, its my middle finger...this guys says oh youre sensitive! no, a******, youre just horrible at your job. He didnt even offer to put alcohol on it. I dont care if your English isnt the best, you and I both see that you made me bleed multiple times, and its your fault. bottom line DO NOT GO HERE. Worse experience Ive ever had at a nail salon.

Pedicure was amazing! Feel like I left with a new pair of feet =). The shellac manicure was also very nice. I believe she may have taken a tad bit too much off one of my cuticles though. Otherwise I was in and out in an hr and everything was great.

Horrible place, the lady does not know how to do a basic Shellac. She took an hour and a half, It was all smeared and had bumps and when I complained to the Manager she acted like she didn’t hear me. Never again. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

This was my first time there ever. I found them on Google. There is a closer nail place to me but they didnt have great reviews compared to here. Place was really nice and clean. The gentlemen that did my nails did a good job and was very nice. I see myself going back since my nail tech that use to do my nails no longer works pass 5pm or on Saturdays.

I am forced to believe that any good reviews about this place are fake. The rudest people I have seen in my life. I witnessed them ridicule a potential customer today. I was mortified and sickened how they treated that customer. I am not coming back here again. I am also going to make sure that many people stop using their service. Respect your customers especially when your customers are being respectful. How sickening. Save your money everyone and go somewhere with class and civility.

While my nails look good I will not return to this place. The files were obviously used and not sanitized and the woman who was doing my nails was insisting on using the file drill rather than file my nails by hand. That machine can ruin your nail beds and she was getting super pushy. It wasn’t until I was like “ok.” And I grabbed my things to leave did she acquiesce to my demand not to use the drill.

The only nail salon I’ve ever been to that hasn’t been rude. They are so nice and pleasant and honest about their wait times. Also the only place I’ve done acrylics at that lasted long and didn’t lift. I saw a few negative reviews that made me roll my eyes because ppl will complain about any little thing and leave a bad name for a business so when I have something bad to say I usually stay quit and when I’m really happy about a service and place of business I like to make sure it’s known. Also the owners are so nice and they deserve the credit and pat on the back. It’s so easy for ppl to complain and takes a lot for some ppl to go be credit when it’s due.

I went to this nail salon on friday and waited 30mins with no one greeting me, though multiple staff came to the front area. After still waiting and no staff asking me what service I wanted, I left to a different nail salon across the plaza called Sun nails and spa near Krogers, CVS, Dollar Tree. Luxe Nails and Spa have poor customer service.

It wasnt a HORRIBLE experience but i Definitely wont be back here. Came with a friend, they didnt enjoy their experience either. I did not like the fact that they used a brand new pack of fresh nail tools, versus the tools that were utilized for my manicure were obviously previously used. I think i even saw a bit of rust on the nail clippers. From my manicure my nails werent evenly clipped or evenly filed and they were also cut too low so my nails pressed into my nailbed whenever i apply pressure or pick up things. And i wont repeat what was said, but Im pretty certain some of the employees took too much comfort speaking in their native tongue under the assumption that no on would comprehend what they were saying, but now i more fully understand, especially after the visit we had, what all the reviews about the staff being disrespectful are stemming from. $40 dollars for both a manicure the pricing wasnt terrible, but the price doesnt matter if the finished product leaves me unsatisfied. I came for a qualify service, & in reality the nail technician i had did a worse job than if i had just done it at home myself

This nail salon is very nice. Polite staff,which does have ongoing conversations in there native language. Salon is very clean,even the restrooms. The best pedicures ever. This salon is very traditional. Most of there Clientele is based on people who Love shellac Polish, they have a wide selection of colors. Basic colors in regular polish colors. No color or glitter powders. This is why only 4 stars. If you want more of trendy Instagram designs this may not be the salon for you. My nail tec took her time,even when a client was waiting she did not rush and she told her how long her wait would be. The tec which does eyebrows is on point. This is the spot to take your mom. Great spot for girls day. A great quite, relaxed atmosphere. If you want a more relaxed experience go in Monday to Thursdays.They do take appointments and honor them up to about 20 min.Hope this review has been a help.

I have been going here for little over 6 months in the beginning the service was great and they listen to what you want. My latest the lady argued with me with what I asked for and did not do vut tried to charge me the same price i will not be going back.

I had a huge headache after getting my hair styled there. The hair stylist kept yanking on my hair the whole time. It was very painful. Never going back there again. Worst service ever. I could have done a better job if my times wasnt limited.

Terrible. Long waits, and the service is not worth it. my no chip lasted less than a week and that has happened multiple times. they made me bleed, they are unsanitary, and they don’t know how to prep nail beds correctly. My nails are all different lengths and my no chip peels off in big pieces. very disappointed. never going again.

Absolutely horrible. i told her time and time again i wanted them SQAURE and she just kept saying later later and a half hour goes by and my nails are still round so i was like nevermind ill just do them myself and took the nail file and had to FILE THEM SQUARE MYSELF. then i kept telling her she was hurting me and then she made me bleed. my nails are absolutely awful and i just paid $70 to pretty much do my own nails, ridiculous.

Been going here for a while but will be looking for somewhere else to go. They have limited nail colors and dont ask them to do a certain nail art they will tell you no before they even try. They can be rude at times and will take other people that walked in before you

Take your money somewhere else and thank me later! Only about 2 ppl in this shop know what they’re doing and if you get someone other than those two you’ll be there 2 hours and have bloody cuticles and acrylic all over you.

Quick, cheap, friendly, convenient, good results. Can usually get a mani/pedi within my lunch hour, cant beat it.
