Always come to this gas station since it’s near my house but not anymore. I’ll never step foot in it again after this little Spanish dude was shaking a mask at everyone out front. No words, just shaking a mask! Is this your mask? Are you giving me a mask? You’re blocking my path to get in and not saying anything.I’m so glad this happened before I filled my 38 gal diesel truck up and my ski. Rather spend my money else where. I guess WAWA it is from now on! Actually compared the prices and I wound up saving like 8.00$ so I guess thanks? Shouldn’t be so rude to people.

Really BAD customer service or is it just an extremely LAZY clerk, I specifically went here to play Lotto it was approx 9:45pm and I wanted a slip to write my numbers BUT the cleark said it was closed, WHAT?I asked,,Why is the Lotto closed at 9:45pm?Its Saturday night....He just answered its closed andwalked away SMHThere is also a Lotto machine there andI asked if it workedhe said yesSo I got my quick picksbut NOT the numbers I wanted to play.VERY UPSET.....Safe to saythey have lost me as a customerI WILL NOT RETURN!!!!!

Was dying of thirst in the heat and was rudely told I cannot go inside by someone who works there shaking a mask at me. I wanted something to drink so bad and was told I can’t come in as well as a handful of other people. Newsflash, there’s no mask mandate and you don’t own the place! 5 or so others left without even getting gas including me. I’m actually so frustrated I’ll probably never come here again just because of this. Probably better this way since their prices are kinda high anyhow. First thing I did when they lifted the masks a few months ago was burn them all! Not everyone carries them anymore!!!!

I give it 4 stars because there is a lady who is in the customer service box that I do not like how she treats me, I do not know if it is only me, but it always happens to me and it is only with her. I dont think shes qualified to be there. she is the lady who has the photo promoting the sanitazer upon entering. I have the ability to not allow anyone to take away my peace. but she achieves it, although she always controls me and I do not give her that power, but no one deserves to be poorly attended anywhere.

Super clean bathrooms, great service. They even have a Cuban restaurant inside of here. At 10am on a workday, there were half a dozen tables filled with people eating breakfast. I love to find places like this. Their gas is good too, but generally a little expensive.

Bought a car wash. No sign that it wasn’t working. Drove through trying to figure out why it wasn’t turning on. The cashier, Anibal was standing around waiting. He already knew the car wash wasn’t working but refused to give me a refund, so now I’m out $12. Why not put a sign? And why not give a refund? Basically stealing money from their customers.

Garbage car wash that errors out anytime you push anything on the screen and the vacuum on the other side of the car wash steals your money and has zero suction. Junk

Went to buy a sub at 1pm Saturday 24 October..the girl did not greet me at the food counter...seemed annoyed that I needed help at the counter.in the end I just decided that I did not want to spend my hard earned cash at this establishment due to the lack of customer service and poor attitude...true you cant tell if a person is smiling with a mask but you can tell by thier body movement or tone, attitude!! or just a friendly hi how are you greetings what can I get you would of been nice..obviously this employee is not up to the challenge. this is managements decision to hire so they see something I didnt...its too bad I like to give my business to small business but I just went to jm sub shop next store for the sub and ws lol was treated like customers should be; appreciated not like an inconvenient.maybe the owner might notice something eventually if sales are not as good as they use to be or profits ..Ill just pass on the sub shop and just buy gas thier.i feel bad for the owner he probably has no clue whats going on when he is not there.

Left sandwich unattended and it burnt. Had to leave to work and received a refund but at least an apology would of changed my disappointment.

My husband purchased milk from the gas station yesterday as the grocery shops were closed. When we poured it in our daughters milk bottle there were lumps formed. I am glad she didnt drink it as the milk had gone bad. This is not right. It could have caused food poisoning if we hadnt noticed. Ridiculous.

BEWARE of CAR WASH!! Negligent ownership. My truck roof got DENTS and DEEP SCRATCHES down to bare metal. I used this car wash before no problems, but this time one of the brushedas slammed down on top of my roof and dented the rear right corner of the cab and scratches down to bare metal. Then the brush was stuck and I was stuck in the unattended wash. One brush continued spinning while the other was lodged on my roof. Only way to exit was to back out which then completly destroyed my standard tonneau cover.When I spoke with the owner Naz, she refused to take any responsibility and claimed not their fault and blamed everything on the tonneau cover. When asked for the legal contact information to provide to my insurance company, she became even more defensive and rude and hung up on me. Would not answer any more calls attempts. I just want the dents and scratches taken care of.I wanted to work it out nicely, but they refused to work with me. I will make one more attempt to speak with the owners, but otherwise will be following up with corporate and with my insurance company to perform full investigation. This is just not acceptable.

I really like the store is very clean and organized and the sandwich is very good and you find a lot of variety of merchandise, I love this store

Gas prices are good most times - in the past years always the best but sometimes we have to keep them in check to make sure as racetrack and Costco are my other go to spots.Staff is always pleasant and easy to grab a quick bite too.

There should be a star for zero stars. The car wash isnt working, but instead of a courtesy sign having consumers know this BEFORE they stop and buy gas here, this negligence is apparently part of their scheme. Theyve been getting away with this for awhile. Horribly operated place. Upon bringing this to the store clerks attention, utter indifference is the reaction. The corporate offices should be paying far more attention to these escalating oversights. Probably all in the scheme together. I have the Fuel Rewards program, but apart from this, Shell as a business entity leaves much to be desired.

I am always at this gas station and I also get my truck washed for the past year. Well tonight something in the Carwash went won’t and the roof wash piece shattered my back window causing me to replace it tomorrow. Hopefully they do the right thing and replace it.

The Best Shell Gas Station out there! The gas prices are always low, the inside is super clean, and they have the most Delicious Sandwiches, Tostadas & Coffee. Theres a microwave to heat up any food, they have a TV thats always on Fox News, and they have complimentary WIFI. I love this gas station, its safe too - cops are always hanging out here eating sandwiches. 2 Thumbs UP!

Good gas prices. Watch out for their car wash, though. I bought the next to priciest option, and the only things it did was wash (not undercarriage), foam, rinse and dry. Compare that to their list.I guess you could buy it from the attendant, make a note of what it actually does (and dont) and get back with the attendant.Or, just get it from elsewhere. Same warnings, though. Caveat emptor (sigh)

One of the best Shells out there. Its not the first choice to eat at a gas station but their wraps and subs are awesome. As well as the coladas and empanadas. The gas prices are good and its easy to access.

I know rules are rules, but they would not honor my (paid for) car wash code when it was only expired for 2 days. So petty, considering Ive been going there for years for gas at least once every other week. No more though, so it just cost them much more than a car wash.

The carwash is just OK. Does NOT do anything with your wheels. I have even sprayed my wheels with wheel cleaner. The brushes DO NOT touch the wheels, nor pressure spray them. You must manually clean up the mess!
