This place is over priced and they do not clean your car properly. I was hesitant of giving this place another shot and they fell short. For a 22-28$ car wash I would expect the most basic places in your car to be cleaned and not even that was done. The cup holder was not cleaned. The back seat was left with crumbs. The windows were not properly washed, and don’t let me get started on the rims. Very disappointed in this car wash. You pay for this service to have your car cleaned, not for me to clean the car after the “car was cleaned”.

A friend brought my car in for a wash to this car wash yesterday. Everything looked clean & upon getting home I look in the center console & it’s completely DIRTY!!!!!! I cant blame my friend for not double checking before leaving since he was in a hurry but the staff who cleaned my car that’s terrible on your part! I didn’t clean it cause I needed to put this up for review! Disappointed with this car wash! Before you drive off make sure your car is clean people!!!!! You need to get your moneys worth especially if we have to tip these folk who clean the cars! If I could I’d put 0/5 starts

The absolute worst car wash ever. the guy did not inform me that the wash was broken and decided to hand wash it with a black & mild in his mouth. after freaking out for 15 min, they finally gave me my $31 refund. do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. absolutely disgrace to car washes everywhere.

This used to be one of our favorite places to have our car detailed but they have been slacking the last two visits. I have young children and my car is always in need of a good detail. Yesterday they did a pitiful job! They missed many spots even those clearly in need of attention. I am quite disappointed. On the upside there was no wait, I guess I can see why :-(

Its been awhile, but always had good service for the last 20 years. Went in yesterday with my Toyota 4 Runner completely empty. Trunk and inside except for a jacket a hat some paper. I had a lot of dog hair, which the manager told me couldnt get 100% which is fine. When you have a lab, you know this... Within 10 min they came in and told me it was complete. Dash was not wiped off, vacuum was poor .. Went back less than 5 min for them to finish the job... it was still not great, but ok... opened up my trunk this morning and it was never touched. It was also laid down for them when I arrived so forgetting it is not an excuse they didnt vacuum or wipe the door jams. Horrible service.. so much for going to a place for over 20 years. I paid 30 dollars for a 10 min service that was so poor for 4 guys working on your car. I was the ONLY car so being busy isnt an excuse. I wont be back

This has been the worse quality service I have ever received at a car wash...I paid 48.14 plus tip and my car isstill dirty.. I have taken pictures of the entire car exterior and interior..I am calling the location over and over and no answer..And why i came home with car like that! Well because i had to keep showing the guy stuff that was not done and he was acting irritated and i was getting flustered with his answers..When i get home and took a good look at the inside and outside i was floored...1st time using them and last..

The worst car wash ever. I paid for Wish 1 which includes hot wax. They miraculously did the job in 10 minutes flat and bird poop stains remained after waxing. The attendant talked aggressively and even asked my wife where was she from. Like as though non-Americans are not entitled to basic courtesy and semi professional service. Never again.

I would give it zero if I could. Absolutely horrible. We arrived at 3 o’clock on a weekday afternoon and were told that they had too many cars and they could not do the work. There were only four cars outside of the car wash that were being dried, and one car ahead of us. Absolutely ridiculous! Why have hours of operation if you can’t even handle the workload. And the greeter said you can just come back later. We will not be going back at any time ever. And that is why the business will not survive. He did not seem to care at all.

I went to go get a car wash that cost me $12, I go and check my statement not only was I charge $12 but a different transaction of $31 on the same day. They are a bunch of thieves, every time I go here so unprofessional but it’s the only place around. I will never ever be returning!!!! They’re messing with the wrong person!!!!!They should be shut down!!! BIG HOT MESS OF A BUSINESS

I am so upset! I took my SUV to be washed and vacuumed at the Davie location, I paid 40 something dollars for a poor service job. The hood of my car is still dirty and the interior service I received was poor. The hard water stain that I inquired about was not even touched. To top it off, I was treated so rudely. I sat in my husbands car while my SUV was being washed and vacuumed. I then noticed that it was done. I went over and asked one of the guys if it was done. He did not know and went to get the guy that worked on my SUV. This guy came over with such an attitude. He jumped down my neck. He Told me that I was no where to be found when my car was done. I felt very uncomfortable at the way I was talked to. He wouldn’t move and let me in my SUV. He was waiting for his tip😳. I was ready and willing but after the way I spoken to, I did not tip him. Terrible customer service! I will never go back there again. Please be aware of this location. Save your money.

It all depends on what your expectations are. I got a wash/ wax. That includes wiping down and vacuuming the interior. They will vacuum. But I am not certain about the wipe down. The wax job was okay. I will return so I guess the service was acceptable.

This was.my last time that i visited that place i paid 28 dollars for a full cleaning and vacuum clean and when they finish with my car i wasnt cleannig at all. The windows glass still with the same stain i feel very disappointment with this because that can happen if you paid for a service they are supposed to give you a good service. Worst detail car wash I have ever seen!!! definitely would not recommend going here especially if you dont want anything stolen from your car my wife tried to surprise me with getting my car detailed after our road trip and wasnt aware that my wallet fell out of my pocket between the drver seat and the center console and when I found it all my cash was missing from my wallet I mean it couldve been worse they couldve just stolen the wallet but just pocketed the cash instead so I no longer be doing business with these scumbags

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to. $24 in and out and outside is cleaned by running through automatic wash. I was told my car is done and it has dirty spots all over everywhere. Whatever machine didn’t clean they did not clean by hand and didn’t even try to. I pointed out and they took more time to clean it by at the end it still wasn’t clean. Don’t waste your time and money, gas station $7 automatic washes clean better than this place

All of their advertising has them open till 6:00 I showed up and they shut the doors at 5:30. I asked the guy if he could get me in he said they were closed because they didnt have enough customers. Tons of people get their car cleaned on Friday nights.

Quick clean car wash. Recommend bringing your own towel to dry the car as the automatic driers arent that great but after drying myself, the car wash is good! I personally have the monthly subscription so I go almost everyday!

I brought two cars in and paid extra for the Wish1. Both cars had interior sections that were missed - windows, seats, carpets. One windshield still had bugs. Better off washing myself.

Paid $30 for a car wash in and out. My carpet was still dirty cracks and crevices were untouched trash left in cup holder. Definitely not worth what I paid.

Hi just want to say I went the other day to wash my car and never has my car been more clean as its been since I went to wish wash. The professional that helped me was Casey he did a great job on my car by cleaning everything he went beyond my expectations. Great experience and wonderful work thank you Casey!! Ill be back 🙂👍

For $25 I expected a better job. Guy didnt even dry the car after came out of the wash. Didnt wipe down windows. Car had dirt and water spots all over. Wont be going back.

I made an appointment over the phone on Tuesday, March 23rd for Friday, March 26th. I stated that I needed my carpets shampooed. I was told that they do not do detailing after 4 pm. I made at 4pm, the associate didn’t tell me there was anything wrong with it. Thursday comes and I decided to add another service. I called at 1:42 pm, no answer. I called at 3:29 pm, no answer. Then I called today at 8:03 am, no answer. 11:00 am, no answer. 12:48 pm, no answer. I called from my work phone around 3:00 pm no answer. Then I arrive at 3:56 pm. One associate told me they’re under staffed, and will speak to his boss. This same associate told her coworker, then his coworker proceeded to scream “I’m not doing anymore cars”. The manager came out, I explained to him that I had an appointment that I made over the phone. Instead of accommodating me, he proceeded to tell me they’re not taking anymore cars. I understand being understaffed, it happens, but I could’ve gotten a call to cancel or at least offered to be rescheduled. This experience has prompted me to never come to this establishment. They need to learn professionalism and most importantly, how to answer the phone.

I was there today drop my truck off at 8:30 this morning and got the pro shine detail wash and got a call saying it was ready at 2:00 so when I got there I checked out my truck my back seat still needed to be vacuum out and they dont waxed the roof of my truck the good thing is I noticed before I left the place so they fixing the problem

If you have an hour for a simple car wash then this is the place for you. I went in on a slow Saturday afternoon. Entered at 320pm. It came out of the wash tunnel 5 minutes later and sat at the end of the tunnel for a good 15 minutes before being moved under the canopy and then it sat there until 4:05pm and no one touched it. There were a total of 5 cars there. I couldnt wait any longer and drove off. I paid for their full service wash with wheel and tire shine (wish wash 2 for 24.60). Got none of that.I have been to many different car washes and this place wins the prize for the worse.Stay far away from this place. Never again.

Worst detail shop ever. I paid for a full detail with wax . There was dirt still on the car and rims. The tech went back over it again with the towel. I got in the car and they didn’t even clean all of the interior. Around my shifter was dirty, leather seats were not wiped, and the dashboard was not wiped . I waited over an hour for very sloppy work .

I would be very careful going to this place, I went there today and my car was damaged. It was put through the automatic wash and somehow it got off the ramp and hit the wall. My side mirror was damaged. They were very negligent and I have emailed the owner.Update: 11/7/2020I was issued a refund by Taylor and he also offered a free wash. I decided to purchase air fresheners with gift card since I do not feel comfortable bringing my car back to this car wash. I did not want to file a claim with their insurance, I am trying to avoid a headache. I appreciate the gesture, but as a first time customer I was very disappointed having my car damaged and no one informed me when I was there. I noticed a few hours later.

Aside from the few (3) imperfections; they did a great job. I gave them a car straight out filthy! It was covered with dog hair, dog drool and food crumbs the grandkids left. The car came back looking new. I paid $149+tx, Complete Detail, which included seats/mats washed (a two hour wait). As I stated, nothing is perfect but it came back 98% better than before. If youre a perfectionist, then do the job yourself but for a business, GREAT JOB GUYS! Seats are available to sit and wait, wear your mask, be mindful and patient, your vehicle will get cleaned.

New ownership and they immediately raised prices without having enough employees. The previous owners made use of a number of these young adults who at any given time you’d have two vacuuming the car and then another 2-3 wiping it down which means you could have on a busy day got your car washed in 15 mins max. This new owner seemed to have let go everyone that was keeping this place running like a well oiled machine, now it takes you 20-30 mins on a regular day with 3-4 cars in front of you simply because they’re understaffed and the worst part about this is they raised the prices from the previous owner

People are nice, but they do a sloppy job. Make sure you check the passenger side of your car before getting in. They usually are sloppy and miss something. It happens EVERY TIME. Not going back anymore.

I felt so guilty bringing my car in because I allowed it to get so dirty! Casey had a smile on his face the entire time while helping me, gave me options to choose from to save the paint and didn’t steer me in the wrong direction. Even though the car was literally a disaster, he made my car look perfectly new. I will most certainly be back again! Thank you!

I give this place 3 stars because these days this business has not been what it use to be. Sometimes I leave and I find dirty spots so if you get your vehicle detailed here make sure you walk around and check before hopping in and driving off!

The WORST car wash in the solar system. They use oily rags to clean windows. My windows had to be redone when I got home yesterday. I noticed today that the floors were not vacuumed - just the top of the mats were vacuumed. Awful terrible place. They should not wipe outside of windows after the car wash. The windows are clean and dry yet they do with oily rags so the windows are all streaked with oil. Truly, a terrible place.

Dont get your car serviced here! Especially if youre paying cash. They take your cash and dont perform the service (our case, an oil change). Found out less than 2 weeks later when there was absolutely no oil left in the car.Wash is usually decent but theyre a little careless at times, they use a pressure cleaner to clean off bugs and things but got WAY to close to my car and chipped my paint in two big places and did nothing to compensate. Barely even an apology.

Had to ask to wiped down Interior door panel inside... then when looked on outside bugs from travel (while reasoning of car wash) still all over front!

Sat at entrance for ten minutes.Went inside nobody at the counter. Gave it a few more minutes and left. Used to come here often. Price went up and service down.

The guys that work here are so friendly respectful and caring. I brought my RX 350 for a wash, and I told them I was worried because I had seen ants In my truck, I saw them going the extra mile trying to vacune in all the little crevices were they could be hiding. They combed fast but efficiently. I saw there concern for my 9 month baby, and they made sure they got all the ants out. I saw how respectful they are to each other, this place is a team work environment and I would recommend anyone to go.

I have been going there for about 5 months now. The workers are very friendly and take their work ethic pretty seriously. One very good worker that stuck out to me the most is Juan-Carlos. He was very helpful worker, and cleaned up my car very nicely. Next time you come to get your car washed at Wish Wash Car Wash, ask for Juan Carlos! I guarantee he will not disappoint!

I have the monthly VIP membership. Go there as many times I can to refresh my car. The lounge has WiFi so I can do some work while the car is being cleaned. Very friendly staff... like James that always welcome you with a good attitude. Nice deal with the VIP unlimited car washing :-)

Ive been going here for years, its a very nice establishment and the people who work there take great pride in what they do. I always come out with a nice clean car including the interior and exterior. Juan-Carlos has helped me in the past and hes done an exceptional job, hes great with making sure theres no spots or trash left behind and the outside of the car looks great. 10/10 would recommend.

The change is ownership really shows. Much better customer service and quality. And the prices are fair for the amount of time and effort spent on my Prius. I got the $45 wash and seat shampoo. They spent almost an hour on it and it looks almost new. My car was so dirty and they did such a great job I felt like I was taking advantage of them and left the guy a $20 tip! Will definitely return.

Was there last week, haven’t been in a while since last time wasn’t a good experience, have to say, they stepped up their game. Had a girl change my oil, she was very nice, and quick ( props to you guys for hiring a girl ) car wash was pretty good too. I’ll be back.

Windshield not cleaned inside or outside and my 3rd row wasnt vacuumed (which is why I went!!). Never going back and do not recommend as work is sloppy and my car was just brushed over when I purchased their best wash.

This place sucks! Have been bringing my cars here for years. It has changed ownership and has since went down hill. Prices went way up and quality went way down. $50 for an interior/exterior wash where I have to go back and wipe down the car inside and out myself. The employees take no pride in their job like the they did under the previous ownership. They do not do a good job at all! You can tell the place is going down it used to be slammed on a Saturday and it was dead when I was there. Do not bring your cars here. You can get a much better job done for half the price somewhere else. Too bad it used to be so good.

Overall good experience and my car came out nice. The workers seem to care about your car and make sure it is spotless. JC took extreme care of my car and made sure it was perfect and worked very hard on it I would recommend this place.

Too many cars not enough workers should not take you an hour to get your car cleaned and it cost you $25 and then they still leave the bugs on the front bumper you have to ask them to actually take it off wasnt crazy about it

This is my second time bringing my car here and I came in with my car filthy dirty full of dog hair and stains. I left with my car looking spotless and all shiny. They did a great job. James is excellent and so is the rest of his staff!

I have been coming here since place opened. No more!!!! Outside is filthy. workers dressed like bums...no uniforms.... no order in which cars taken for wash. 5 cars that came in after mine brought through for wash before mine. Waited over hour for wash. Ridiculous. Time to spend my money some where else.

On Saturday, I went in to get an interior detailing. I was quoted $130 (at the end they would say that was a mistake and its $134) and 3 hours (that was important because I had an appointment in 3.5 hours, but it took 4, so I missed my appointment). After about 20 minutes, they called me outside to ask what was toys and what was trash (doesnt seem like a stretch to me, I usually go to Sheridan Shell Car Wash and they just throw everything in a bag and move it to the sidewalk and then put the bag back in the car so I can sort it later, but whatever). I leant into the car and sorted some things into two piles, and while I was doing that, someone came from the other side of the car and blasted compressed air into the carpet, which sent dirt flying into my eyes! It took me two hours to get most of the dirt out, mostly in their bathroom, and then 2 days to fully extract it all. In the end, I spent $97 at an eye doctor to find out that I have a scratched cornea and can expect about a week or eye pain and using eye drops and so forth.When I went home, I could barely see, so I didnt really inspect the car until the next morning. Then I noticed that everything from my center console (4 headsets that came with the car, still wrapped because we havent used them, valued at $210 each, about 12-15 DVDs, and some glasses and so forth) were missing! I called the car wash, which took about 15 tries before someone answered, and asked what happened to them. They put on the manager who had been there that day, he said that he personally had put all that in a garbage bag in my trunk, but hell ask around to see if anyone saw it and threw it out and then call me back. He didnt call me back. THe next day, multiple attempts to call were not answered. I left a Google message, which went unanswered until Tuesday. On Tuesday, the manager called me back and told me that he has security camera footage of him putting the bag on my passenger seat, then the car goes through the wash and over to the side where they condition the seats (there are apparently no cameras on that side), so he doesnt know what happened to it. He agreed that someone must have moved it since they cleaned the seats, but said since they dont have it, and their dumpsters were already emptied, they cant help me. I asked for compensation and he said they arent responsible for valuables, but they can offer a free oil change. I explained that no one asked me to sign anything saying they werent responsible, and no one told me that in person. He said its posted on signs everywhere. I said that I didnt see a single such sign, but anyway we have a case of either gross negligence or theft and the law clearly states that those signs are not valid in such cases. He told me theres not else hes willing to do, and I said Ill be contacting the State Attorneys Office.If they offered me $10,000 in free services, Id turn it down. Ill never return there because I might end up in the hospital next time, or maybe theyll steal my whole car and try to claim they arent responsible for that either! There is definitely no way that anyone should ever go to this place. And I really hope the state ends up fining the place a hundred grand for gross misconduct and forcing them to repay me for what they stole.

They do a decent job of cleaning the car. Recently they damaged my car by allowing it to run into another vehicle. Nearly $500 in damages and it took dozens of phone calls, several visits and basically me being nasty to the management to finally get my money back after well over a month of hearing excuses that the owner has sent a check, they will call me back, etc. Finally after yelling at the manager and demanding my money, I was given $400 in cash. After again asking for the rest of my money, I was finally given the rest. I feel the manager did have good intentions, but it seemed the owner was dragging his feet to pay me. After much inconvenience (getting multiple estimates, waiting on calls, etc).... absolutely nothing was offered in compensation till I mentioned how horrible this was handled. Again, they do an ok job at washing the car and the location makes it convenient for me. Just know that if they damage your car, you will get the run around for over a month to get the owner to pay up.

I took my truck here 4 weeks ago to have an oil change and car wash. When my truck exited the wash tube no one was there to receive it. From the waiting room window I watched the next car behind my truck repeatedly hit the back of my truck 5-6 times. I stood up and started looking for the manager that was no longer behind the counter. The next thing I see is a detail tech run over and jump in my truck to pull it out of the way of what now was a stack of cars coming out of the wash tube. The tech pulled forward and made the left hand turn into the detail area, but cut the corner on the steel post holding up the canopy way too short. I watched as he proceeded to crush the driver side rear quarter panel of my vehicle. At this point I went looking for the manager, and found him in his office while the rest of the customers in the waiting area went to make sure their vehicles were ok. The manager had me fill out an incident report, which we both signed. He told me to go get two estimates and bring them back quickly so we could expedite taking care of the damage. This was a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend.The following Tuesday I returned with three estimates for repair, and one for a rental car. He took the estimates and said they he would send it to the owner. One week went by, no return email confirming the quotes or letting me know what to expect. I called at the end of the week only to receive a promise that it would get taken care of. Two weeks go by, no returned email, no phone calls. I called again, same response. The following week I sent another email with a release of liability document from my attorney. No response. I called again and the manager acknowledged he received it, still not providing any update from the owner. Three weeks went by, more of nothing. It’s four weeks now, and I have returned to the store only to find the phone message I left for the manager last Saturday on the counter, (his brother, another Mgr picked it up to show me). Then I asked again for a return email to put a response in writing, and for a return phone call. No one called or emailed again. Yesterday I sent a timeline of all of these events, and a demand letter to respond in writing with what they were going to do, and a date when I could expect it to be satisfied. Failure to respond would result in a court filing for the claim. Today no one responded, even after I called again to suggest they read the email.Now my attorney has sent me the forms to file, and what could and should have been a quick and less expensive option for them will now become a more expensive and cumbersome experience.I highly doubt that anyone else would want to go through this experience, so visit this car wash at your own risk. It is far from a professional operation.Edit: 3/11/2020-Received an encouraging phone call from the GM. this morning. Let’s see how it goes.

Absolutely the worst experience at a car wash Ive had. From no one greeting me when I pulled in. To a teenager calling another one over to point out a dent on my car instead of assisting me with which wash I wanted. To the cashier picking and choosing which customers got a rain day voucher as it just started to rain. Which I was not offered. Then to get my car and nothing being wiped down throughly and vaccum job was horrible. I paid for the emerald (wish 1) wash which is supposed to include everything. Did not get offered a fragrance and know that a towel dry or hot wax was not done nor offered for me to come back for that to be done when it was not raining. Completely disappointed with the service all the way around.
