It’s great here! They make sure everything is great with your car, while doing the oil change! Every time I come I know that I’m in good hands! The staff here is awesome! Especially the guys that do the oil change! Super nice and helpful. This is a must! Plus they have the best organic air fresheners !!

Expect to do some waiting here but the waiting is worth it. They do a good job.I had a great experience today here. the staff was very helpful and professional. I was happy with my car wash and I got a car deodorant.This place has a nice indoors waiting area. It is air-conditioned you can also buy drinks. I recommend to bring cash. The machine takes credit but there is a minimum.This place also does oil changes. Next time I am defenetly doing both

I take negative reviews with a grain of salt but $95 later left disappointed. No attention to detail. Poor wax job with residue left behind even on windows. Spent time getting wax off plastics which never should have been done. Cabin not even wiped down well. A lot of dirt and pet hair left behind and larger debris too. Paid extra to have the leather done but left with sandy seats also with bits of debris. Seats didnt seem to be conditioned at all despite that service being paid for. Staff was friendly but not worth a return for poor services.UPDATEIn response to the not so passive aggressive reply from the owner, Id like to remind you it was already specified above that I would not return. Regarding your comment of we will not engage in a dispute Id like to make clear there is no dispute as Ive taken no other action apart from this response. Please show some tact in dealing with your clients. Even if the services were subpar all of your stuff were exceedingly friendly. Take the time to learn from their example. Although clearly I will not be returning to your establishment, especially considering that reply, I do hope in the future youll earn more positive reviews and take any negative ones as useful criticism to learn and grow from. Youll keep some customers and hopefully gain more that way.

Brought my suv there for the bumper to bumper service thinking my truck would look great at the end however, I was definitely disappointed with the service here. My truck still had bugs on the front and the detail wasnt great. I wouldnt be upset if I paid like $30 but I paid almost $200 and I didnt get what I paid for. If I were you and you want detailed work I would go elsewhere.

BEWARE!!!!! Rude employee at drive up and total lack of quality. What a waste of time and money. Company/owner does not want to take responsibility for poor quality of work and even worse customer service. Instead he or she implies that the customer is in some way not being truthful and request date, time, vehicle, copy of receipt, ect. From your previous reviews Id be more concerned with trying to fix the problem and make the customer happy rather then trying to steer blame from the out right Garbage work and service you provide!!! BEWARE!!!!! Was greeted by a unprofessional employee at the drive up. Paid extra for bug removal but when I got my truck back It was dirty and I was told they could not remove the bugs from bumper. Then why charge me extra. Dirty door jams and vaccum was basically just a quick once over. Complete waste of money.

They changed my oil, AC filters, car wash and vacuum and it took them just 1,5 hours! Good job and location is grate, you can go to McDonald’s or Publix during the process. Recommend!

Everytime I come I get serviced by Luis. And he always goes above and beyond with my car. His customer service is amazing. He makes this specific car lube business my go to everytime.

While the most of the attendants are nice, Ive tried 3 times with different services to get a decent car wash. They have done horrible jobs every single time to the point where the manager had to give me 2 different comps to rectify the issue on separate occasions. Im very local to the location so I wanted to give them a few tries with different services but Ive been overly disappointed every single time. Today I had to have them vacuum my passengers side again because the guy forgot to do it when I paid for the premium service yet I got attitude for politely asking to have it actually done in the first place. I dont recommend going there.

Paid $187.24 + tip for the works on my 2020 black suburban and all I got was a mediocre detail. Should of know by the rude, dirty looking, unprofessional little Mexican whith a bad attitude and dirty long hair who dosent know how to tie his shoes ring me up. Get a mobile professional if you want something done proper. Company want to act like I was never there with their condescending response.Will never return and you should not either... Beware

The only reason they got 2 stars is because I didnt want the workers to suffer because of the terribly run business. Its not the workers fault but this is by far the worst car wash experience Ive ever had. Express wash for 7 bucks, no vacuum, nothing but a wash, with only 1 car in front of me took more than 15 minutes. Four cars behind me on line came out before me. How does that happen?

I’m not one to be super picky but for the price ($35 plus tip for a hand car wash) I was expecting a lot more attention to detail and a clean car. Car was subpar, outside was was ok nothing out an ordinary car wash. They only vacuumed the inside and did not clean interior such as the center console or dashboard or anything. I mentioned that the inside was still dirty when they said the car was done, so they wiped it quickly with a wet rag. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I usually go here to get a detailed wash, but today I was a little disappointed. Because one side of my car was clean but no effort was put in to remove the water spots on the other side. Car looks half clean. But the detail clean was decent 👌.

Cashwash lube is a very nice place to get a quality wash. The line was very quick and the workers there are very fast and efficient. I watched them as they clean my car and they took there time to make sure it was a quality clean. I would recommend this place for anybody who is looking to get there car wash.

Went u read the review u always try to give the establishment the benefit, you never know how things where running that day or how many employs they had working. After reading the bad reviews I still decided to give then no a Chace but a 3rd chance I spoke with the person that shows u the packages and explain to him that Im previous occasions they had left some spots on my car dirty (the same spots shown in my images) this was a good car was I dont understand what happen. Management please take a good look at what is been left this is the 3rd time this is left like this. If you guys dont want people returning plz let us know and we wont return.

When I brought this to their attention, they asked if I could come back tomorrow so that they could super glue it back together. No thanks. I had 6 quarters in my center console to put air in my tire after the car wash however the money was gone after it got to the drying area. I also handed the tip and receipt to the Latin girl that was wiping down the interior of my car and she put the tip in her pocket instead of putting it in the box. They are unprofessional they did a horrible job on my car and they steal. I understand that it was only $1.50 however it was not there money.... I will never go back there again. I called to speak to the manager or assistant manger however they never came to the phone...... 😡🤬

HORRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE. I usually always take my own car to Jeff’s car wash where it’s amazing, my friend told me to go here. I waited 35 mins, spent 29$ tip included and got my car back with NOTHING touched on the inside. I complained to the manager who apologized and took it back. Waited another 20 mins for it to come back with the seats down and still looking a hot mess. Don’t waste your money on this horrible place. You’re better off doing it yourself.

First time here taking my car for a carwash and detail and I have to say that I am amazed by the wonderful and amazing job they all do here. These people truly goes above and beyond in their service the car was left impeccable, their quality of service is excellent and price it’s very reasonable for all the excellent job they do. I went there today for the first time and spend $25 plus tip and all they did was vacuum and clean outside. I specifically asked for inside to be cleaned, cup holder was not cleaned, windshield was sprayed but not wiped, horrible job. Called to let them know and the girl said to go back and speak with manager because the good cleaning is actually $35. That is crazy. Will never go back, so upset lost $30 and have a dirty car.

Good staff they do automatic and hand washing, vacuum, windows etc. Been there a couple of times. Plan on about an hour for hand wash

I got a refund because my car was locked for over an hour and nobody came to let me know. I tried to leave but these incompetent people parked the cars so I couldnt get out. I wish for the first time in my long review history that I could leave negative stars for this company. They didnt even try to make it right. Never again.

First time coming here. You would think paying the extra money for a hand wash would be treated with more quality and service. 2 hours later and the car was pretty much sorayed with water and soap in the outside and missed a lot os spots under the doors and top. I dont think i will be bringing my car here again unfortunately.

I love this Car Wash. I can come here for an oil change, tune up, brake job, whatever I need the men in the back can handle it. Frank is awesome, respectful and kind. I had never had a problem until recently. Couple times I have had things taken from my car from the vaccum crew. I was very upset to know that I cannot leave my personal belongings in my car and someone steals it. My phone charger was stolen out my car. When I said I believe who knows about it, I was told, no thats not possible because she doesnt speak English. What do speaking English have to do with a thief. I will return because of Frank and his crew. The drying team up front rocks. They dry my car perfectly clean inside and out. Its just sad that employees are stealing from the companies customers.

The customer service was nice and the employees friendly but for the price I paid I still had water streaks/marks on my windshields and windows.

Terrible service! Had my car waxed if you can call it that. After they washed my car, They didnt clean my interior windows. Didnt clean or dry my door jams. Didnt clean my rims and on top of all that it looked like they didnt even wax my car.Terrible will never use there car wash service again

People stay at the vacuums too long like they have never cleaned their vehicles in 10yrs and then want to do it on someone elses time and the car wash is so fast it doesnt clean your vehicle the first time. I had to go through twice.........and after all that the vacuums still werent available and had to go up the street and pay money again to finish the job I paid for the first 2 times

Dirty facility, underpaid employees understaffed. They use cheap products and products that will damage the cars they’re claiming to detail. The owner of this facility needs to be fined

The manager was sitting doing nothing but watching me waiting In my car to be helped. Until I asked him if there is anyone coming. He answered me from a distance I don’t hear you. Then, finally he came to get my car. Poor customer service.

Pretty shady business practices. If you don’t say “specifically” that you want the “Oil Change Special” they will charge you an extra $20. Front desk staff are unapologetic about this.I asked for the basic oil change with nothing extra but they still charged me for a car wash etc...

The staff was extremely nice but also extremely unaccommodating and knowledgeable when it came to their product and service. I asked to have my car redone and their response was to go somewhere else... Very unprofessional and unproductive.My car was still dirty inside and out after paying 49.99 for their service. When I went back inside the lady told me I needed to tip better. Taking my business elsewhere and so should you.

Bad business. I went in for a bumper to bumper and got charged extra special request . just to do my seats. I thought it was included. This guy is a crook. It happened to my friend to. Special request ceramic coating. Like i didnt ask for this. Never going back again.

Watch their times, i pulled in at 5:30, there was a car in front of me going into the wash, they told me they just closed and the put the cones up behind my car. Just moved to the area, i will look for some place that has better customer service for our car washes and oil changes. Their close time is 6pm on saturdays.

I am very happy with my car wash, and also with the excellent customer service!Luis is great, I went to get my Lexus cleaned (it was really dirty), once I got home, I wasn’t all that happy with how it came out, I hadn’t had a change to detailed it before. So I called and Luis told me to come back and he would redo it, he wanted his customer to be happy. Now I love it! I will for sure come back, every time I need a car wash!
