Great car wash, a little higher but seems to be worth it. Ill be going back. And, hey, you cant beat free vacs!

This is my first time trying an automated car wash. It was decent, I got the ceramic ($25) paint looks great but it definitely missed some spots. Tires did not get fully cleaned, but it is not a big deal, my car was really dirty it did a good job, but you still have to dry it clean and go over to make sure you get perfect clean, I might try it again, but not sure! Maybe the offer with the monthly unlimited with a second card might e worth it.

I took my car there a few times and did the ceramic wash. It came out so clean and gleaming, I signed up for the monthly package. I think its totally worth it and my car looks great.

The next best thing to a hand wash! Without a wait, my oversized SUV was sparkling and completely dry in no time. The friendly staff volunteered their assistance. The entire property was so clean, I thought it was brand new! And the price cant be beat... Ive paid double for half the results. I will be returning!

These guys that run this place are so friendly I cant help but going back every time I need to wash my truck. Big bonus points for their vacuum setup too. They always work well and are always clean.

I absolutely adore this car wash. the staff is super friendly and helpful, it’s a pretty thorough car wash for it to be just machine, this is the only care wash i would ever go to. i decided to get a membership for the ultra package which is the most expensive one, the price for the ultra is $20 per wash but the membership is $35 monthly for you to get unlimited ultra washes. you can even add another person to your membership and it’d be less than $50 a month for two cars for unlimited car washes, which is an amazing deal in my opinion. the vacuum section is really amazing, it’s feee vacuum once you get out of the car wash. the vacuums work super well, and they even have small towels to clean up any part of your car that would’ve been difficult for the car wash to clean. my car always comes out looking brand new. the customer service is amazing, they always answer your questions, and they’ll even help you out with your tires or extra cleaning every once min a while if they see you need it. best car wash around here.

Got the $20 ultra package. Was told that I needed to clean my wheel wells because they had some dirt on them and that would mess up the next car. Gave me a brush and a bucket to do it myself. The whole reason I was there was so I didn’t need to get all sweaty washing the truck myself. I should have asked for a refund at this point. Go all the way back around and they let me through. For some reason the sides of my truck are clean but the front and back are still dirty. Pretty lame. It may be more expensive to go with a pro, but at least you have a clean vehicle when you are done. This is no better than the cheap gas station automatic car wash in my opinion.

Pulled up and started to read the signs about the services available and an attendant kindly approached and walked me through it all. I paid and once inside I immediately was kindly greeted by another attendant that assisted me through the wash process. The building, equipment, and outside grounds was clean. It was a quick, easy, and smooth process. I purchased the unlimited plan for the month.

The customer service was phenomenal and the wait time was beyond low. The staff member Justin who was helping me is great and made my experience well worth just getting the wash. I definitely will and have already recommended some of my friends to stop in

4 stars because you have to pay for the microfiber cloths, and they do not supply window cleaner or air fresheners like some other car wash locations. The vacuums have a VERY strong suction and my car was beautifully cleaned, it is NOT a touchless wash.

I never write reviews but felt one was needed for this business. My first visit was about a month ago and I was unsure of the process. I was reading the instructional signs and a very friendly attendant approached me to help me with the process. He gave me all the options and asked if I had any questions. As I pulled around to the other side, another very friendly attendant was waiting to greet me who was also very helpful. The property was clean and very well maintained, the vacuums worked great. All in all is was a smooth process. On my next visit, which went just as well as the first time, I purchased the Ultra unlimited plan.

Very professional place! But gave it a 3 because i paid $20 and my front bumper wasn’t even touched. It’s still as dirty as it was when i brought it in. This was my first time ever here so maybe a fluke. Will give it a go next week again. Hopefully it’ll be better as this place is very convenient on my way home. Everything else was perfect.

Been coming now for 3 to 4 months now had ultra package thought that was good until I tryed nano X wash wow ended up adding additional car. Very please they have the lastest equipment that treats hard water...... Car deserves the best take it to M-CAR WASH...... ONE WASH YOUR HOOKED

Im not too thrilled with the car wash itself it doesnt seem to get the car all the way clean and it did take a little bit of the frame by the windshield wipers somewhat off however the employees there were very helpful they let us run through the car wash one more time without charging us you get the vacuum when you get the car wash but the vacuums dont have the best suction I was little bit disappointed

Price keeps increasing and vacuums keep getting worse. When I told the manager he said and yet you keep coming back. Then asked for owners contact. He lives in Russia and doesnt speak English

Love the clean towels to wipe down the car after the wash. Machine is also top notch and actually cleans your car.

These guys are always eager to assist. ANTHONY IS SLEAYS A SUPER ASSISTANT willing to help with anything despite his handicap. GM is a great guy with super attitude. I do wish they had a floor mat vacuum machine like most car washes. I signed up for the monthly plan and return frequently

My cars side view mirror was broken. I asked my brother did me the favor of taking my vehicle for a typical wash and her returned without my side mirror!! The poor kid had to replace it due to the lack of accountability and responsibility. I have an 06 Mercedes-Benz and he was told by a MANAGER that the vehicle was too old and they wouldnt do anything for it How do you run a business in this manner? At least offer some form of compensation instead of intimidating and taking advantage of young adult. We are living in difficult and uneasy circumstance, which doesnt give you the right to treat customers in this manner. Id rather wash my own vehicle then ever return to this place. My money and my familys money matter to others. I will not be returning here. Guys make sure to take photos of your vehicle prior to getting it serviced here.

What a breath of fresh air! M car wash just arrived to this area where we badly needed a quality service like this. I chose the $20 service and my car came out sparkling clean like new! Vacuums were free and everything very easy to use! Would highly recommend for anyone in the area. Also, staff were extremely helpful when showing me how to use the their powerful FREE for unlimited time vacuum system.

The young men that work here are very helpful. They scrub the tires for you and leave them clean ready for the treatment of yhe $12.00 car wash.

Great service. Good prices. It’s a brand new building so the drive through car wash is all updated. It’s actually pretty cool they have lights that change colors as you go through the different parts of the wash. My son loves it he thinks it’s the coolest thing. Plus they have free vacuums afterwards. Only downside is they don’t offer any interior detailing.

After being ripped off by another car wash I decided to try M Carwash and I cant say enough good things about them. My car looked amazing! I am so glad I decided to give them a shot and will definitely do business with them again! Staff are friendly and very helpful, the loader guy Justine was nice enough to spray off wheels with the pressure washer gun.

This is probably the most pleasant experience I ever had with car wash services. They provide very high quality service, very good attention to details for reasonable price. It became obvious from the work the do, that those who operate the M Carwash love cars and know what car owners need when they come to car wash. Every time I return to this place I am more and more satisfied. Highly recommend.

This was a great place to wash your car until May 11th when they stopped use of pressure washer outside & before you proceed into the wash cycle. We all know this is love bug season & for a commuter that drives frequently found this to be extremely useful here, not sure what management is thinking by turning this option off because I had to run my car through three times to loosen up the bugs before it was deemed acceptable. Lets do the math Pre spray before entry & bugs coming off the 1st pass through?? or three passes through car wash?? which uses more water. If this continues I wont be continuing my re occurring payments. Think about it Guys!!!!

My first visit here and have to say the 20 dollar ultra wash is awesome. Staff member justin was very helpful in my visit today explaining what was needed from me while going through the wash. My Car came out really nice and vacuums are free and powerful.

Great New car wash. Prices range from 5, 10, 15 and 20 depending on the level of wash you would like. I tried the ultra which is the 20 dollars option and my vehicle came out looking really clean and looking like new, it has a buff n dry feature for the Ultra which dries the car much better then other car washes. They also have vacuums available for use although I did not try them today. This definitely a great place for a wash, I have not noticed any scratches or dents from the machines which always is a concern for me.

M Carwash is the cheaper between them and spin wash really. its a quick fix and then vacuuming is free so. I havent had any problems there with my car. I also havent had to deal with staff there so🤷🏾‍♀️

Great service. The manager came to me and he gave me and upgraded carwash because the machine did not wash something very small. Thats a good service and responsible company. 100% recommended and worth it.

Amazing car wash uts brand new the machines do a excellent job at cleaning the vehicles. After the blow dry you also get a a rag dry if you pay for it in your wash package. I take all 3 of my cars here and I love across town where there are multiple cars washes but the only place I get my moneys worth is here.

At first I absolutely loved this place. I thought it was fantastic. I actually still do except for the fact that I paid for the monthly unlimited access and for the past 2 weeks the place has been closed and nobody ever answers the phone. I have had to go pay at a different car was to get my car cleaned. Very inconvenient.

I’m very happy with this carwash! I came couple times for a one time wash, really saw a difference between 5$ and 20$ wash. I mean $5 wash was really great for that money, but $20 wash really made me feel like I had my car detailed by hand... so after this little tests I decided to get top 29$ membership, because I will definitely be washing my car at least once a week and that’s great savings ! I also really like their vacuum area, it’s very spacious and I’m not scared that someone next to me will open their doors and scratch my car

My $12.00 car wash was good yesterday. The Self serve vacuums were very powerfuland did a good job for me.My only complaint is that the tire shine only covered half of my rear tires. Leaving half of each tire dull.

Problem with some vacuum

Excelent employees are very helpful.im sorry to say that I had to cancel my service for 2 vehicles today because I lost a part of my roof rack for one of my vehicles but that wasnt the problem. What upset me was the way it was handled. I informed the supervisor within 24 hrs in person and he told me that he was busy in a meeting and took my cellphone number to call me back but he never did a week pass and I went back an then he started like walking around in between the office and the tracks (give a break. A week later he pretend to find it).then he told me he was sorry but couldnt find it and there was nothing else that could do. I asked him for an incident report and had no idea what I was talking about and told me if I wasnt satisfied to call Nelson Altidor (grl.mgr.)Im been a business owner for over 20 years and before I was a city manager in Hartford CT for Laz Karp associate managing about 70% of the parking for the city. What Im trying to say is problem do happen under any normal circumstances. What makes a difference is the way theyre handled. They coulded easily save my accounts but the way handled it very very poor and didnt even try to convince me to stay like they wanted me to leave and get it over with. I know maybe the payment is not the greatest but I was once a $5/hr employee and always did my best at my job and thats how I got successful. Best of luck in your business
