Wow!!! I am so happy with the service and customer service!!! My tire exploded on the highway and I was calling tire shops to tire shops to find that this location was the only place that offered my kind of tires but they could get it next day. Since it was the only place offering my tire I went ahead with them. They called me the SAME day after I dropped it off to let me know they got my tire quicker than they expected! They had my car ready the day of!!

Honest people, don’t try to over sell. If tire can be fixed they’ll do it. Very competitive tire prices also.

I visited this location to have some service done as well as a quick balance and rotation. As I walked through the door, I was greeted very politely by the staff. I B walked up to the counter and explained to the gentleman what I needed done. As I glanced to the shop area I realized all of the lifts were taken. I followed up by asking “how long will this take?” The gentleman at the counter responded “I was just curious about it I promise. 4t ? I will personally take care of you” while this was not a direct answer to my question. He got up, got all of the necessary info from my vehicle and proceeded to drive it around to the shop area. Little did I know as I was sitting in the waiting room for no longer than 25 minutes, my car was done! I was amazed at how fast they got everything done, and the personalized service I received was unmatched. I finally was able to ask the gentleman what his name was, and it was John. Come to find out this is the store manager for this location. The fact that they have someone in this store that is leading by example is amazing and is why I will always come back here. I have never had a problem with the service or the customer service as everyone is nice, caring, and understanding. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Ha 160$ just to tell u whats wrong with ur car. But no worries they say they will put part of it towards the repair. Sounds more like they want u to get invested so u wont go around shopping for a better price. Heres a better sujestion to keep u customers from looking at other shops. Mabey dont charge 600$ for a job that is worth 250. Just a thought.This is the definition of why people hate going to the mechanic.

About two weeks ago about 3 in the afternoon, I was traveling through on I-595 when I had a dashboard warning indication that I had a low tire. I searched for a Tire Kingdom (as I normally use NTB at home) and found this store. I limped there watching the tire pressure drop more and more.I pulled in with 9 lbs in the tire according to the car. I went in and explained my situation. The manager John Tomarchio said they had quite a few cars in, but theyd work me in. He thought it would take about an hour. In ten minutes the car was in a service bay and after about half an hour my cars tire was repaired and ready for me to head on my way.The waiting area was clean and had lots of space to social distance.

I highly recommend this store, store manager John T. was excellent in clearing up some mechanical questions and got my oil changed with no delays.

Always take my cars here, even the company I work takes our vehicles here. Never had an issue! All the front counter stuff is always so helpful.

Horrible! My vehicle was mistreated while in the shop, it was more expensive to repair it at a body shop than having an oil change only, they always offer to upsale something even if it isnt needed yet. BEWARE! Take a video and pics of your vehicle before turning it in to this careless mechanic or mechanics.

My dad had run something over and it damaged one of the rear tires beyond repair. I went ahead and ordered two new tires, one to replace the damaged tire and the other rear tire (we kept the good one)... After asking if their machine would scratch the wheels, I was told no, so we went on with the process. I took both wheels and tires up in my truck, dropped them off and came back home until they were done. They are factory 20 inch Camaro wheels, nothing fancy. After paying for the service we rolled the tires out to my truck and guess what... They werent scratched, but gouged on the inside from the mounting machine. Ive mounted and balanced tires before at my previous job while working at a dealership... You are not supposed to mount tires on these aluminum wheels the standard way, otherwise you end up with damage, just like we received. After pictures were taken by an associate, we were told that the manager would call the next day (today) because he wasnt there at the time. So far and weve heard nothing! My advice to everyone is stay away from this place! Their equipment damages your wheels and they dont seem to care! Im extremely glad we didnt bring the car there, God only knows what kind of damage it would have come home with! Take your tire needs to a reputable company, not this tire kingdom!

Hello Complains,I am writing here the wrong information given by the technician and taken $21.99 for looking at the problem without fixing it or advise it.I recently changed my brake pad and for some reason, It was not adjusted few days back. Because of the pandemic of the car we are not used to much. So rather than going to Toyota dealership, I went near my home Tire kingdom.And I thought tire kingdom should be cheaper than the dealership.So, the salesman Jon took my sign with papers and he didnt explain to me any kind of conditions like I have to pay $21.99. But I have my work so I left the car and they ask me to repair the front two rotors with a new brake pad which needs $395.The car is below 30 thousand and a new brake pad it does not make sense to buy new rotors and pad.Then I went to Toyota dealership Auto nation Weston and they did my job with rotor cut and brake pad change only $200.This is the really bad experience I ever got such a big company.

Ladies beware, the service i received this morning was terrible. Two attendants, one on phone and one doing paperwork when I walked in. No one even greeted me. I waited patiently to be attended to. Next moment a few guys walked in and were greeted immediately. I was appalled, never seen this kind of discrimination in a service oriented business. Of course I protested that I was first and was waiting patiently. The rest was history, bad service, bad demeanor from service attendant. Walked out.

Got an oil change before a trip.The tech didnt put the cap on and suggested a new belt that didnt need replaced ☹️

I got an appointment for 16:00, I came at 15:45. I left my car there, then I went to McDonalds to take a lunch. Returned to TK at 16:35, TK didnt start to work in my car. Just tires balance, alignment and rotation. Its right now 17:30 I am still here. By the way, restrooms are dirty and no paper on it. I Never will came again to TK

John and Ronnie were very helpful! I have dealt with this location for several years. They are always kind, courteous, and best of all they are ALWAYS honest. We called them up on a Saturday morning on our way out of town hoping they could fill up our tire that had been low. Francois helped us get seen quickly, and Joe saw us right away, checked our air pressure and found the nail that had been the source of the leak. We decided to go ahead and get a new tire instead of patching, but he did it quickly and swiftly to get us back on the road. Everyone was kind, courteous, and moved so quickly to help us not be too delayed in our travels. I would definitely return. Thank you!

Not honest!Previously went to this location because this its the closest to me. My car was overheating at the time and needed to have the radiator hose replaced. While there, I asked for an opinion on the oil leak. I was told the rear main seal (which isnt a cheap fix) was the issue. Which is funny because my cousin (whos a mechanic himself) had already fixed the rear main seal. And more recently, just after going to Tire Choice on 84 & Nob Hill, they confirmed the rear main seal IS NOT the issue. Dont plan on going back to this location.

Have been here many times over the years. This location depending on the time of year is very busy. The staff are friendly but seem to be always up selling. The waiting area is simple and clean. Look for the coupons in local news letters to help save a bunch. Because of its location on East bound St road 84. You can pass it quickly.

New tires and alignment. All went very smoothly... very happy with the result. Very professional and finished a little before promised time! Cost was very reasonable, especially with 4 tires for price of 3.

Honest, nice and thorough. i had my coolant system flushed and prepped to go to North Dakota in the winter. about an hour after i left, my car began to overheat. nothing major, just a bubble didnt let them fill the radiator. i called and they came out roadside w/in 20 minutes of my call to assist me. thats great service

I used to live out west and always took my cars there for various reasons and when I got married and moved to East Fort Lauderdale, I took my vehicles elsewhere and, as a woman, always felt I was being taken advantage of/ripped off. Low and behold, I decided to return to what I was familiar with and drove more than 30 minutes to this location for brakes and tires and I was so happy that I did! They didn’t try selling me unnecessary services and had me in and out in no time, all while providing friendly service and conversation. Needless to say, I’m making the trip once again out west for an oil change this weekend despite there being a few dozen other places closer to home. Thanks guys!

100% done with this place. It’s a shame too because they’re just around the corner from me. I’m not sure if it’s under new management, the but the last three or four visits here have been absolutely abysmal! A mountain of attitude ranging from disinterest to ice cold rudeness from the guys at the front desk and full neglect from the tech team on the occasional pressure check. Zero customer service after years of excellent service. Used to love coming here. I’m out. What happened?

They harassed my mom, wrongly telling her that her battery was dead and she would have to pay $150 . Person at the desk told her we will see how you leave, then. Would not return her keys. If you want the modern experience of awful shops, this will be the one for you. Now Ill gladly take my business elsewhere.

Guys were great, took longer than expected to fix a flat.

Changed power steering fluid on the recommendation of the shop. Now I have a terrible whine and they want to change the pump now (for an extra $400). Not impressed at all, obviously this was either bad advice or a setup for more business. Not going back. UPDATE: After looking over the power steering myself over the next few days, I noticed a clamp was not sitting correctly and adjusted it, which fixed the problem immediately. Just saved myself $400, and Im definitely never going back to this shop.

Bought two tires for the front end from this TK in July of 2018. Went back on Thursday June 6th 2019 because of one the tires developed a horrible wobble. I left the car. 19 minutes later I was called back and told I needed 4 new tires and an alignment. I was told the wobbly tire wasn’t one of the front tires I purchased from TK. I know for a FACT it was the front passenger side tire that was wobbling. He told me the price for 4 new tires and an alignment would be $511. I asked about a warranty only having driven 14,000 miles in 11 months on the 2 tires in question. I was told he’d drop the price to $491. Last time I ever take any of my vehicles to this place. Tell me how in 19 minutes, they drove the car, took off the front wobbly tire off, determined somehow that tire wasn’t faulty and conclude I need 4 new tires and an alignment? Complete lies. Took my car elsewhere and this new place I went to has earned my business.

Had a flat on way home on I-595. Came at 645pm told to come back next day. They close at 7pm. Next day they replace all tires (it was time) and neglect to reset TPMS. Back today, I had to read them the manual to get it done. Drive on hwy and car shakes. Back to TK. Almost 2 hours later still waiting for them to finish re-balancing my new tires. Asked for manager, told there is no manager. He apparently left early leaving no one in charge. This is a serious customer service and satisfaction issue.

I had a horrible experience at this place. This is an advice from a regular customer just like you. Do NOT go there!Here is the full story:I left my car overnight to replace the drive belt and when I picked it up, the passenger headlight was out, same side that they did the work on.After I brought it up at the front desk, they asked me to bring the car around and they called Luis(apparently the mechanic that worked on it). From this point everything went downhill. When he approached the car, his first words were that he had not touch that. He was told to take a look at the problem. As he was making his way to the headlight socket he was criticizing that certain spots were bent, and other areas messed up, bringing up that the connection of the headlight was rotten and damaged, in my opinion, with the intention to shift any blame that could arise.He pulled out the light bulb and he said it was burned(I know it was not), I asked him to replace it and if a new bulb would work, then I would pay for it. He brought a new one and it was not working either at this point he starter checking the fuses and another guy Ronnie(I think that was his name, he seemed to be in charge that night at the store), came over to help test the fuses, they were all fine they used the same device to determine that there was no electricity coming over to the headlight cables. At this point it was clear that the problem was somewhere else, even if the bulb was burned as they said.They could not figure out what was wrong, the mechanic named Luis said he was going to need to take a look at it, and asked me to bring the car to one of the bays but…. He asked me to agree first that the problem was NOT their fault. … what is that ! ….and once I could not agree to that, he became irritated and started saying that he was not going to touch my car anymore, that I should have stayed quiet and he would have taken a look at it for free but now I had to proof that that light was not broken before I took the car in. He continue to make nonsense arguments like telling me to take the car to a dealer and if they confirmed that he broke the light then he would fix it, adding that I had paid very little for that job, just for reference, they charged me $110 but initially they wanteds to charge me $172 for replacing the drive belt(depending on the car, you are looking at 20-30 min work, look it up).He left me talking to myself several times and the he brought Ronnie (the guy in charge that night apparently) who to my surprise had the same arguments, I had to proof that the light was not broken before I left the car there. After disagreeing for a couple of minutes about all this, that guy Ronnie also left to the back of the store. I was there with no one else to talk so I approached one of the mechanics and asked about the manager that Ronnie reported to and he said that he would be there the next day and his name was John. At this point Ronnie came out and asked me if I wanted to live the car overnight and they would inspect it the next day. I left my car there and after leaving I started to think back and I don’t trust the outcome of the inspection or that a mechanics won’t attempt some wrongdoing, after seeing the way they conducted business. After this I might need to seek legal help and/or report them to the Federal Trade Commision.Let me emphasize that I was always respectful and polite during the entire time even we were disagreeing. There were other people there that I cannot say anything about, they might be good people, I hope they are, I didn’t interact with everybody. However, I strongly advise you to stay away from that place. Drive an extra couple of miles but save you some trouble.

Courteous and worked quickly to fix the nearly flat tire I had. Another Tire Kingdom told me I would need to buy a new tire despite the fact it only had a small hole due to a nail. Took it to this one and they fixed it without a problem.

Awful attention, the mechanics where free from work but didnt want to attend me,I just wanted to check the condition of one of the wheels in my car. On top of that they asked me to leave my car but how was I supposed to return home, thats absurd!!You guys have very bad customer service

Place only worrys about money and not costumer service. Had 2 front tires replaced, payed 200$ Tire stem on one leaked and was flat by the time I got home. Put air in the tire enough to drive 1 mile from my house to them and they tried to charge me for a new tire and installation saying I drove on a flat tire. Never will be back there again. Tire had air in it when I returned there and by the time they got to my car for service it was flat again. No damage was done on my end. Their mistake. Meanwhile Im here 2 hours. Should have been priority and was not. Never again will I go there. 0 Stars

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been a customer for many years getting oil changes, brake pads and tires.Last week I brought my car in to have the engine light diagnosed. After 6 days of not being repaired I was called and told to have my car towed someplace else! Did me a favor by not charging me. Right.Now my car is at the dealer and I was just told that the wrong size spark plugs were installed. By Tire Kingdom.Lionel in the front is a very nice guy who tried to help me. The manager John lied to me. And when I called to speak with him about this situation he was condescending and dismissive.The thing that pisses me off the most is that this place is within walking distance to my house and now I will have to get my car maintenance somewhere else.You suck Tire Kingdom. You lost my business forever.

Awful service. I took my car in for oil change on Saturday and they asked me to go back on Sunday because long waiting time. Got there on Sunday at 10:00am and they said service will take 3hrs (until 1pm). I showed up at 3pm (5hrs later!!), to find out they have done nothing to my car. They reason: appointments from previous day showed up and the manager gave them priority.... pure BS... if that was true then dont take walk-ins. Truth is that they were taking friends in without making they wait.Very bad service. They guy at front desk dont even apologize. Just asked me to go back next day that he will put me in “front of the line”... come on!

The was service by the dealer, they told me I needed a new car. The car broke down on me had it tow to them since they were close to me and it late. Kurt was very professional, got his master mechanic to look at my lexus, had to leave the car overnight. Kurt called me explained in detail, I agreed to go have the car repair through them. when I left very satisfied with the service. Now its been 1 year now and now problem, have been going there since for service. Thank you Kurt.

Scratched my girlfriends wheel during a simple tire patch job. The wheel clearly fell over while they had the tire off and scratched the face of the wheel accordingly. Also they aired the tire pressure up to over 45 psi setting the tpms sensor off my best guest some rookie let the wheel fall over and aired the tire to pressure BEFORE the tire was mounted on the car. Do a full walkaround on your car before and after film it on your phone so you can prove it. Avoid this facility at all cost.

Ran over Tire getting on the interstate to come across Alligator Alley at 2:30 on a Sunday pulled in at 3 and had my truck tire patched and had me and my wife on our way home at a quarter to four just like they promised three weeks later Tire going strong no problem

I bought some NEW tires from here. My car never came with a spare tire.. I had a SPARE tire in my trunk from the last car I had. I asked the guy when they have the tireS off of the car could they check and see if it fits. The guy answered SURE THATS NOT A PROBLEM!!! Nice customer service huh...So I drop the car off came back a few hrs later to pick up the car.. I’m paying the bill and I then ask the guy.... DID you ever CHECK that tire and see if it fitted? “YES we did.. it DIDNT FIT”. I was bummed out because I had to purchase a spare tire now for the car.. few weeks go by..it was a long shot but I just took it another tire shop and asked them how much would they charge to see if it fits...the guy was very nice just jumped right in took my car around back took the tire off put the spare on..... AND GUESSS WHAT! Fitted PERFECT! It honeslty took the guy 2 mins to get the tire off and on... There goes to show you who you are dealing with when you get SERVICE done here at THIS TIRE KINGDOM.

Make sure you get back your keys and lug nuts. They will take them and swap them out.

This is the worst place ever. A guy named John was very unfriendly and cold.I took my car in for 1 new tire and before I took in my car nothing else was wrong with it. All of a sudden I need 2 tires because they put the bad tire on the front instead of changing it like it needed. Now I have to buy another tire. I left and my car is shaking terribly and pulls to the right. I take it back and now they tell me I need to replace 2 tierods and get an alignment. And they want to charge me $500.00Ridiculous!!I took the car to another shop called Alignment Specialty in Hollywood and the owner was great. He helped me with my tires and replaced only 1 tierod and alignment and only charged me $250.This Tire Kingdom is a complete rip off and they are crooks. Do not trust anything they say and definitely do not trust a guy named John that works there. I would have given no stars at all if this review let me. But I had to pick one.

This people left tires in the parking lots. I parked and when I was going backward a tire stock under the car. I could here a funny sound and when I look at the rearview I saw workers of the TireKingdom looking but they did not come to say anything to me. I drove about 50 feet when I tried to open my door and saw a tire that didnt allow me to open my door completely.Then one guy appear who start giving me directions but because it was raining he was not willing to get wet. So when I asked him if he could take it under my car because it sound awful, he asked me to move closely to him. >:T. The tire came off and another guy took it. But just by this incident I will tell they are careless and untidy.
