While the entire world is in a crisis mode, Giselle in the name of State Farm is taking advantage incresing premiums and hiding behind her desk to avoid explanations to her customers. Poor trained personnel. 19 years loyalty to State Farm doesnt pay. Got a different insurance company and saved 345 dollars a year.

I just left this agent for another one. I got tired of them being hard to reach over the phone. Even when I could reach them, I have a hearing problem so I use a relay service that speaks on the phone and types to me. Well apparently they dont even pay attention on the phone because I was continuously hung up on. For what, I am assuming, was mistaking me for a telemarketer. Forget trying to set up auto-pay with them either, 3 times they have failed to do this with me. I could not recommend this place on good conscience.

One of the worsed experience Ive had doing my insurance. Extremely hard to reach. Email response is next to none. Female employee one of the rudest Ive ever had to deal with. Switched office and they noticed errors on my policy or missing info. No notes from this office at all. They have to pick up their slack now.

Very annoyed with the service they offer in this office I have been waiting 9 months for them to be able to approve a claim. Now I have been waiting for 2 weeks for the check to arrive. I ask where they sent the check and they have no idea where they sent it. One calls and they see the number and they already ignore one. Loss of time with them.
