The employees are great, very helpful. I never get a machine operator. The office is beautiful and comfortable. Overall I have been using this insurance agency for 5 years and I don’t have one complaint.

Absolute incompetent employees, they will penalize you for THEIR mistakes. Dont trust anything done over the phone because it will not get done. My monthly payment for $71.00 was deducted from my account, I changed to Geico and canceled my policy with State Farm, 24 hours after, that took them over 3 days to put in the system after several phone calls on my behalf. My prorated amount returned to me was $34.00? Ive never had such problems with an insurance company. Be careful
