We have our house and car insurance with allstate and have always been able to speck with a person that is very helpful and professional. we have only been with allstate for a year but we have no plan on leaveing the company. In looking around for ins. allstate had the best value for our dollars.

We are a struggling family with three toddlers and were looking for a discounted rate on our auto insurance. Felipe promised he could offer us a discounted rate and would take care of all of the details including canceling our current policy and obtaining a refund from our current insurance. Upon calling my insurance in order to follow up, I found out that not only did he not deliver what he promised, he lied to us. He is not capable of canceling our insurance or obtaining a refund. Given our four year old son is recovering from brain cancer, time and money during this time in our life very important to us. Very unprofessional and costing me valuable time I could be spending with my son. Shame on you, Felipe.

All state has been an absolute blessing. Our family has been hit twice in the past year one leaving one of our cars completely totalled. All state is amazing with communication.with setting up rental with moving the entire process along quickly. They check in on you frequently and their entire staff is amazing and always friendly. You agency failed to terminate my policy with Allstate when I requested, resulting on extra payment taken away from my banking account make it negative and have no money to buy food for my kids.I will make sure nobody i know uses your services.

We like being insured with Allstate. We are using your Drivewise devices, but it seems that even if weve had no accidents or tickets that you have to drive nearly perfect to get that 10% discount. But, overall we like Allstate and will stay with you hopefully for years to come, and we hope that premiums wont rise too much. I recommend Allstate because they are a very good insurance company.

I dont normally write reviews but this team of people has gone above and beyond. This agency and the employees here are by far the most professional and knowledgeable agents in the area. After my policy with a different company went up last year, I decidied to give this agency a call and spoke with Eric. For the first time in my 60 years of driving a car someone actually explained all of the coverages to me!!! He recommended the best coverages of course but told me that it was ultimately up to me to decide what coverage I needed. Then to my surprise they not only lowered my auto insurance payment with way better coverage but also my home insurance. Alex set me up with great home insurance that is basically half of what I was paying. A year later, I am still shocked by the professional courtesy Ive received from these agents. After my husband crashed our car, we had very fast service repairing it and filing a claim and the agents here helped us every step of the way without hesitation. From helping us in our time of need, to answering all of our questions, and even helping me renew my policy this year I couldnt have asked for more exceptional service.

I was on line just looking into maybe finding car insurance cheaper i put my enfo. down and allstate popped up and it was $150.00 a month cheaper than Progressive i was really surprised Thanks for listening Hollis Hood
