I was referred to Salon Aria by a new friend and I made an appt. with Nora for a haircut. I was so pleased with my haircut. She was very skillful in her craft. I showed her a picture, described verbally what I was looking for and she got it right away. I felt so happy and satisfied to receive what I ask for. She listened to me and gave me some product options for my hair as it has been thinning lately. Also, I wanted lowlights and she suggested the best options for me and directed me to the best hair team member for that service. She was so personable and the receptionist as well.

Ive been going to Nora for over 11 years, since she was a newbie. Her work is impeccable. She listens to me, gives me ideas, and teaches me new styling techniques. Shes a talented hair artist!

This is an excellent salon and spa! The salon and spa is beautiful! They provide amazing customer service and are all true professionals! They offer a variety of services at an affordable price. Diane is a phenomenal massage therapist! I was experiencing bad back pain. Dianes remarkable massage techniques including reflexology not only greatly alleviated my back pain, but were also generally very invigorating and relaxing. It was truly an exceptional experience for which I am very grateful. I felt so much better after her massage. I highly recommend Diane as a massage therapist.

I went to Helena yesterday and I had never been to her or this salon before. She was AMAZING! She listened and chatted about what I wanted and my hair came out better than expected. She’s phenomenal and I wish I lived closer so I could see her all the time. Highly recommend her and the salon!!

This place ruined my hair!! went to get a simple highlight/balayage and my hair turned orange the next day! They didn’t schedule use the right way and made my mother cry bc they didn’t finish her hair when she was already halfway in! Do not recommend.

They cut my hair really even cured it better then I couldve imagined and everyone was so kind.

I have had my cut at this location for several years. I see Nora and feel that she takes the time to get to know me and what I am looking for in a cut. Your hairstyle should be an extension of your personality and quite honestly, your stylist should know you and what you like. I love the scalp massage before the cut. A trip to an Aveda salon is time out for you, to relax and come away feeling amazing. I would highly recommend this salon for those looking for a special place to go. If you are looking at cost, go to great clips, because it is not cheap but I do feel it is worth it.

Absolutely beautiful interior, amazingly friendly staff, and they offer everything you could need to feel spruced up: hair, nails, massage, waxing, and facials. I have always had a wonderful spa experience with Montanna. She provides a private consult before each session and will address all skin issues for a custom facial. I also have her do a brow and lash tint on a regular basis. She is knowledgeable and personal and very pleasant making my sessions with her so relaxing. A great spa experience every time! Katie cut my hair. She was extremely nice and knowledgeable about services and products. I cut ALOT of hair off since I only go to the hairdresser about once a year and was initially in shock but I absolutely love it! She recommended a product that she used on me which works wonderfully and makes styling ten times easier!

I moved back to the Quad Cities two years ago and had been using an Aveda salon before moving. I decided to try Salon Aria + Spa and have been using them ever since. All the stylists I have seen are very good. Aveda color and products are the only things I allow on my hair. I would HIGHLY recommend this salon.

When I moved to the QC years ago, I was trying to find an Aveda salon since I have been using their products for years. I was happy to find out that this salon would be opening soon. 10+ years later I am still a very happy and satisfied customer. their staff is incredible, kind, professional, and well informed.

Everyone at Salon Aria was warm and friendly but Kristin was AWESOME. She took the time to listen to my needs and concerns and talked me through every step of my hair appointment giving me pointers and practical ideas; the result was a cut I can easily style and color that I LOVE.

Nora Fortune is the best hairdresser I have ever had, and Ive had many! I almost hate posting this review, because I dont want to share her! Salon Aria is very clean, professional and I have always walked away happy with my visits. My only complaint would be pushing Aveda products on customers, which are great, but extremely expensive. I will be a Salon Aria client for a long, long time.

I am new to the area and needed a new hair salon. I found salon aria’s Instagram and every single post I found myself clicking on was cut and colored by Aubrey. I decided to make an appointment with her and let me tell you - she did NOT disappoint. I showed her pictures of cuts and colors I liked for blonde hair and she got it EXACTLY right. I’ve been getting my hair colored for the past ten years and every single time I’ve had it colored it was never exactly right or what I wanted (which I’m sure many can relate to). For the first time leaving a salon I can honestly say I was 110% happy and would recommend Aubrey a million times over and over again to anyone needing a new hair stylist. THANK YOU AUBREY for giving me the blonde I have always wanted 🙌🏼.

Bettendorf location. Not to be gender biased, but this reviews is for the guys. Havent had my hair cut in 1.5 years because it is curly and I come away from Macomb with a bad 80s mullet, or feather, etc.OK, so I might be obsessive but I travel for cuts. No more, Im set. Walk in the front door nervously after making an appointment on line, and Ashley is there to greet me. No counters, no BS, one quick look at her hair and style (yes, I care about his/her appearance, says a a lot about how your hair, etc. will turn out.) Warned her about my random dreads, etc. ahead of time and she was cool.Heres a clue about confidence. She took pics before she cut. I gave her the go ahead to be an artist. She took pics halfway through, when she had pony-tailed and cut off three inches. I know she knocked off a dread of at least six inches. She stopped and let me assess. Took pictures at the end.When I said I wanted to ask some advice from friends, she took a break and let me have a conversation. Turns out she was also asking the pros and clients in the room what they thought. she came back and asked me what I thought, and I said I wanted it a little more edgy, admitted the middle age ego.Nailed it. She really nailed it. Then I got the bill....I was scared. Couldnt believe I received that attention for $24 (?), so I gave a 100% tip (not about me, but the cut and service.)A cup of coffee, attention to my trepidation, creativity!!!, slow and methodical. Very good detail. I have never experienced such professionalism.I wish my hair grew faster...be sure to make this your place. Ashley is truly the best at what she does.That should make it clear for you.

I got the worst hair cit of my whole life . This one goes down in the books. I said don’t undercut my hair and what did I get ! An under cut and so so short I hate the hair cut and it’s going to take me at least 6 moths to grow out.

Good things can only last so long. Went to this place for years for cuts and loved to service THEN decided to try getting my hair colored. Absolutely wasnt what I asked for. The color did not look natural and wasnt finished! I was charged 53 dollars. After coming in the next day for a (free) fix I pretty much gave up. She toned down what had been done but didnt give me what my money was suspoed to have gone towards. I paid for a bayalage, natural brown with some lighter strands infused and the colorist used foils and gave my hair a cheetah print pattern. Sad to leave you guys. Was good while it lasted. I cannot afford to be dissapointed when I choose to treat myself. PS I was ignored by the original colorist and didnt even recieve a call back from her when I was told by reception that I would! What a way to make a displeased customer more unhappy.
