Came here for the first time to get my legs and underarms waxed since my regular person was booked. I routinely get waxed so I am aware of the process and how it should go. I went back to go get waxed and the lady was nice. After she started on me and my shirt was off, she kept going in and out of the room with the door wide open. She also left me during the middle of my service to go wax someone else.When I got home, I realized that she missed several big spots on my legs and even a spot on my underarms. I realize sometimes spots get missed but for $80 I would expect it to be very thorough. I called and explained the situation and said I could be back in 20-30 minutes (I live out of state) and they told me to come back to have it fixed for free. I arrived 30 minutes later and they were already closed after they told me I could come back. I was back before they were supposed to close and when they told me to come.I came back two days later and the girl that does waxes was not there yet. One of the guys says he can help and had me sit in the open area where nails are done. He proceeds to try to feel all the hair on my legs and have others feel too and then tries to tweeze all of the remaining hairs. It was super awkward and uncomfortable and anyone that walked in could see. The lady finally came in and instead of taking me to wax the missed spots, she took a client that came in after me that wanted her eyelashes done. The guy tried to convince we there wasn’t hair but when I finally got him to use the wax, quite a bit of hair came off on the strips. He still managed to miss spots because he didn’t want to keep waxing. Overall a very uncomfortable and very awkward situation. They were barely professional and I will not be going back or recommending them. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

She made me bleed by sanding my skin instead of the nail... the whole nail is not covered, there are dimples in the nails. 😑😑😑😑 definitely not worth $45.

Very poor customer service! Unprofessional behavior. It was my first visit and I was very disappointed by the way I was spoke to. As a paying customer I would have greatly appreciated if they had accommodated me & spoke to me in a respectful way. If zero stars was an option I would have selected that instead. Very rude employees! They don’t know how to do what is asked for. They influence you to do what they want if you try showing them a picture of what you want. They can’t simply say they don’t know how to do it and expect you to still pay for what you didn’t want! I’m a Texas resident on vacation visiting and this was a bad impression for someone that travels out of state to get service like I did! Never again! Texas would never!

I asked for a pedicure and gel manicure. When they seated me for my nails they asked if I wanted tips as well. I said yes but very short. I picked out a red color. When he painted them I noticed it was pink and I said something. He then Goes it’s fine it will still look good. Hello I am doing pictures for 4th my dress is red and now I have hot pink nails. I also asked for a cuticle trim and even him messing up my color he tells me extra $20 then the lady goes no $10. He trimmed a few fingers and didn’t even put lotion on. He rushed me the whole the time. I will not be going back. Sad part is, If you take care of me, I will tip very nice, but not only did you lose a tip you lost mine and my friends service. DO NOT go to Trish nails!

Went to get my nails done two weeks ago and they are already coming off, the girl who did them was in such a hurry to get done and didn’t even make sure they were actually done. Horrible service, never will be going back.

Visit this location April 2 at 7pm for individual eye lashes was charge 50 bucks for the most terrible eye lash work .I get individuals lashes often my first time at this location i woke up Saturday with barely any lashes holding on I called the location at approximately 9am was told to come in until I explained i was there just yesterday evening and my lashes came off that come inside so I can service you turned into my friend getting her lashes done and me being told they have a custom so what was I trish nails are not qualified to do lashes

Those women cant do nails or polish right, i visit today 3/19/19 at 9am got my nails polish and was up front for 20+ minutes letting them dry then i left, went home took a nap woke up nail polish all smudge on my nails, so i called back i was told by a lady i wasnt in Trish nails today, she put the manager on the phone i told him exactly what i told the lady, shes in the background saying hang up, i told him he had another woman in before me complaining about her nails not being right so he fixed them, he told me to come back, but the lady in the background steady saying hang up her didnt come here, very unprofessional very.. Ill fine somebody to do my nails that appreciate my money. I wont be back!!

Always a great experience. The have great service and try their best to make things right if you are not satisfied with your nails. Clean pedicure baths and nail stations. I love that they offer you drinks (soda, water and wine) while you are there, free of charge.

I asked for a manicure which says is $15 but I was charged $30....I explained I only asked for the manicure but couldnt understand what she was trying to explain. Needless to say I wont be back!!!!

I got a facial at this place... DONT EVER DO IT!The next day I had a sore throat and sinus infection and I certainly believe it was from the weird towel and vapor they had on my face. The space was dirty dirty dirty so why would any of their equipment be clean! I should have said no thanks when I saw the nasty room. The facial itself was a joke, lotion on my face and some massaging, that was it.I have been to this place several times for mani/pedi and they do okay work but this was the last trip- I won’t be back- they overcharge for very minimal Service! Unsatisfied to say the least!

Got right in and insant service despite that the salon was busy. Plenty of staff, modern services offered at a competitive price. Clean and enjoyable!

The lady that did my nails was horrible I have huge gaps on the sides of my nails and we went back and the lady filed my nails put more polish on them then yelled at my aunt. I will NEVER be going back to them again.

Never went to another place besides Trishs. I started going back in 2016. After I started getting my nails done I started getting rough/dry patches around my nail bed. Turns out they are warts. My dermatologist said I got them because the nail salon was not sanatry. After I was told that I started thinking and I remember one time after a person got their nails done I got them done by the same person and they did not sanatize their tools. They do not soak them in anything besides water. I now go to Bay Town Nails in Champaign and I love it!! They get new packages of disposalble tools out when you get your nails Do not recommend Trishs at all. I’ve had many friends encounter this problem. Don’t go!

The workers are very kind. The work she did was very low quality. Had rough edges and 3 were so loose I had to super glue them back on not even a week after I had them done.

Went got my nails done and hasnt been three days and one Nail completely fell off and the others are starting to chip off...Went in to get it fix and waited 20 mins and no one has helped me...Got up and left! I felt very dismissed.
