Today was the worst experience that Ive recieved with luxury nails. They normally do well. I paid extra $5 for a new polish G10 and once i got outside and the sun hit them i noticed you could see thru the polish and 4 nails are lumpy from the uneven gel. I called back to Express my concern and was told it would be fixed when i came back at 7pm to get my pedicure. Because they were ready to go home i was told to not worry about it because the top looked fine and the black was heavy thats why they looked like that. Ive gotten the same style nail polish before from another shop and it wasnt like that. Had i known that that they werent going to fix it I wouldve never gotten my pedicure done. They will not be getting anymore of my hard earned cash!! I didnt want my money back YOU couldve just made it right!!!

Horrible horrible horrible!! they dont speak to you when you walk in and the lady took the gell off my acrylics and i was waiting for two hours after while they took people who got there after me!! ended up storming out with bare acrylics and no service donethis place needs to be closed!!!

This is probably the only place Ive ever been to that has done my nails the way I wanted and they dont break within a week!!! Wonderful place.

Very popular place on the Saturday before Easter (my birthday). Staff was calm and efficient!

Do not go here for eyelash extensions or anything for that matter. They don’t know how to put them on correctly. Literally they just glue extensions on top of each other making them look terrible and uncomfortable from them poking your eyes. I came home and spent over an hour and a half using coconut oil trying to take them off- literally the worse pain of my life. I call to request a refund and the manager won’t do it. Save yourself the pain and money and go somewhere that actually is licensed to do eyelash extensions.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon. Was greeted at the door Whats told that there was going to be a 15 minute wait. I waited a little longer than that about 25 minutes. When I it was next I told the Nail Tech what I wanted Im he said no problem with a smile. My nails came out exactly how I wanted them to and he did not waste no time I was in-and- Out in an hour. Nails where affordable I did a coffin shape, long length with Gel coating all For $45. I tipped him $5 was happy with service other than the long wait, It would get 5 stars. I got matte coating on my nails too.

I called at 12:30 to make an appointment and the guy I spoke with said the soonest appointment he had available was 2:00. My boyfriend and I got there at 1:50. And didnt get to actually sit down until 2:50. Then when we did sit down, 30 mins goes by and they still had not started on our spa pedicures. I asked if they could atleast turn the water on and they refused. We ended up leaving obviously because we had been there for almost 2 hours and nothing had been done. I would understand if it was a walk in and having to wait that long but I made an appointment. While we were sitting down in the pedicure chairs, we seen multiple people who did NOT make an appointment get seen immediately. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Also one of the employees stepped on my boyfriends brand new shoes that were $140. My boyfriend tried to pick the shoes up because the guy had dropped something near the shoes and my boyfriend didnt want him stepping on the shoes and the employee said no its okay you dont have to pick them up, I wont step on them and then stepped on them anyway. WILL NEVER GO BACK. Used to be my favorite nail place. Now its definitely my least favorite nail place in danville va. If I could give negative 1000 stars I would!!!!

The older lady was servicing my brother and she was being rough, i spoke up once and then she proceeded to cut him with the file thingy. Gotten my nails done here a few times the first two times were great. Ive gotten SNS every time. This last time though...its only been a week and they had to fix 2 of them and within 2 days of them fixing 2 nails, other nails have cracked and chipped....not going back. I paid too much to have them get messed up within a week

When i got there they ask what did i want i told them pedicure regular french toe nails for me and my sister then we sat down they ask again and then about 3 more times they keep saying gel i said No they did it anyway so if you dont want to pay 50.00 each you better make sure anyway got up to pay and he said 50.00 and i said i told you 3 or 4 times and he did not LISTEN he understood excactly what i said but he wanted to make that money .....Will Never Go Back !!!! If you dont understand ENGLISH go back to your country.....

My first time here...I will definitely be back. Service was excellent. I loved the color wheels with all the shellac colors displayed. And they had close to 200 shellac shades. The finished nails were smooth, clean & even, edges & surface. Cant wait to try out the massage chairs.

I have always requested Selena and she never disappoints me. She does great work in a timely manner. Ask for her and you wont be disappointed.

Worst experience I have ever had. Asked for a regular pedicure was then charged $50. My heels feel exactly the same. She did not even bother to sand my heels. Not okay walking out with rough heels after paying that much. My toenails are crooked and the polish was not evenly coated. She just slapped it on. I will never go back there again.

Honestly wish I could give this place a 0 star rating. (Sigh) I knew better before I went but my regular nail salon was closed. Lady tried to do a my mani with SNS on my nails, even though I told her multiple times I had it on my nails, she just insisted I had “crooked nail” Then she so impatient w the removing process she sanded my nails to paper. While I was quietly telling the owner how unhappy I was w the results, another customer came up to complain. She ignored us both. Don’t waste your time.

I told the nail tech what I wanted which was a sns fill in with shellac polish on top. This is what I have been getting at my other salon, so I wanted to be consistent. He argued with me and told me that what I wanted was not the right way to do it, and proceeded to put on acrylic over top of the sns. Bad customer service.

I went there for the first time yesterday. The service was AMAZING! I got a gel manicure and gel deluxe pedicure. They even did a great job on my eyebrows. I will definitely be going back!

We came here in a panic. My sisters nails were done with SNS poorly somewhere else and G.I Joe and Hannah came to the rescue. We specifically asked for ombré and that is what Joe gave us. Very personable and funny, made you feel at ease with conversation. Great attention to detail! Will come back.

Lisa did an excellent job with my gel nails and I trusted her to do my brows- she did a great job! Have sent a few friends to her for brows and they have also been very happy.

Do not go to this place! Nail tech more interested in whats going on and gossiping than me. Did not give the polish I wanted and when I said something made no effort to get the right color. Plus very rough on my cuticles causing pain. Horrible job and packed into the place like a sweatshop.

So my regular nail shop is closed today so I decided to give Luxary Nails near Target a try. Ive heard lots of good things about it. BIG MISTAKE! I walked in AND was greeted nicely and told to go sit at table 5. The ladies had to scream 3 times into the back for whoever to come out and help me. they were busy. An older gentleman came out and said let me see and grabbed my hands looking at them. He asked me what it was and I said just gel polish. He got a bowl and filled it with scaling hot nail polish remover or whatever it was (cause it was nasty and had dirt floating in it) and told me to put my hands in. I did and said its too hot. He swirled it around and said no it fine and then shoved my fingers in it anyway. Are you kidding me?!? This was after he brought me a wastebasket of colors to choose from and told me he didnt have the color I wanted. All I asked for was a dam dark grey. He then proceeded to let them soak for a whole minute and then started to file (with a regular dirty used nail file) and dig at my nails. He alternated hands and kept asking me over and over was I sure it was just gel polish. After a few minutes of this I said excuse me please be easy and dont tear up my nails. He ignored me and walked off so I got my sh*t and walked out. screw that. I will NEVER even think of goin back. 😡🤬💅🤚👀

I went with my friend and we were seated very quickly, the quality of our service was TERRIBLE. My polish was caked on and the lady left my toenails cut crooked. NEVER will I go there again.

This place sucks!! the girl that did my nails shaped them well bt made them look HUGE plus it took her over 5 mins on each one and all I got was regular paint and them coffin shaped!! Then two days later one is cracked and the next day another breaks smooth off with me just poking my nail thru a juice cap!! smh dont both going

I made an appointment and walk-ins got their nails done before I did. Nail tech used the electronic file on my natural nails and burned me. Didnt make the polish opaque like on the swatch. I also asked for square nails and they ended up looking like hammerhead sharks.

This place is disgusting! I went there for a gel manicure and the guy couldnt do it right he told me to pick a different color because it was the polish. He proceeded to use the drill to remove it instead of soaking even after I told him twice. Finally he got the nail polish remover and let me soak it off and redid them. When I was finished he dumped the nail polish remover back into the bottle to re-use it. I asked him what he was doing and why he was putting it back in the bottle and he ignored the question. I have gone to many nail salons and I do not complain about much but the fact that he reuses the nail polish remover for soaking is absolutely disgusting and I will never go back!

Seated quickly but the whole pedicure lasted 10 minutes tops and my toenails were crooked and the polish was just caked on.... very disappointed.

Originally went for a manicure and pedicure. I had the pedicure done but the guy who did it made bleed so bad and he saw but just continued to make it worse. This place is unsanitary would not recommend. If I could give this no star at all I totally would. Worst experience ever!
