Very professional conduct. Very helpful with my 82 year old mother before and after her pedicure. Up front about prices, showed her a hand held chart with procedures and prices. Listened to what what we wanted done.Will go again.

The man upon entering was busy . Asked for color choices twice, a customer got his attention . The man that polished my nails did an excellent job !

We asked for regular polish on us all including my 5 year old daughter, and instead of listening to me who is her mom they re asked my grandmother who doesn’t understand the the difference between gel as she had never had them done before they offered my daughter gel and put it on a 5 year old when I already said regular polish, then we’re very rude when I let them know that’s not what she was supposed to have

Ive only been to Emilys twice, but both times I did receive excellent service. I do SNS and typically have a picture. The techs do a fabulous job of matching up the colors the best that they can. My daughter also gets her nails done and they treat her so well.

I had to wait in this building for over an hour while it wasn’t busy just because they kept letting their regular customers cut infront of me. I was in a rush for prom and didn’t end up making it on time.

I went to Emily Nails in Danville and was highly disappointed. I asked for the $30 nails twice and at the end, the guy told me it would be $45...one of the girls that was with me had the exact same thing done and it was $30. I was not happy with the final product at all. Dont waste your time to go here.

Ive been coming here at least every two weeks for the past 6 months. I occasionally have a hiccup in customer service or cleanliness but it always gets corrected if you acknowledge the issue with them. I never leave with my nails looking a mess.

The staff was very friendly! & my nails looked great. My issue is they started coming off in 3 days...

I walked in and noticed how unorganized and uncleaned the salon was. There were two little girls running around the salon (One of which cried 4 times while I was there). The man who did my nails kept messing up and I asked him to correct the mistakes but he didn’t. I eventually got sent to another nail tech. I told her that my ring fingers were very uneven. She said she couldn’t make them match because one was already too short than the other; which I already told the man that I didn’t want them to be too short. I paid the full $46 plus tip. I shouldn’t tip for the poor service. Ignoring my requests to correct their work was unacceptable. Lesson learned for me.

They do a great job on nails but the place is chaos. Kids running around everywhere. Between the kids and the employees talking amongst each other I was ready to pull my hair out when I left. My nails looked nice though

Ive been going here for several years now. I love them all! Everyone is always super friendly and Ive never had a complaint. I get complements on my nails all the time.

This is the worst business I have ever seen in my life. I brought my wife in after they installed nails for her crooked and unevenly trimmed. She asked them to fix it. They used a different color polish and laughed when she told them. And employees spoke in another language to each other while laughing the entire time she had her nails done. The floors were FILTHY food and grime everywhere. Employees were rude to other customers. It was bad... DO NOT GO HERE.

Went in for a pedicure last Friday afternoon. Had to wait 45 minutes but I understood because of the day and time. After putting lotion on my calves, the manicurist went to a pile of dirty cloths on the floor, searched to pick two that didnt seem too dirty and then took them to the sink to wash in hot water. Eww!

A new person did my pedi. He didnt wipe the extra polish off around my nail bed. Its a so so pedi. Also, is it really so expensive for foam toe dividers? He put tissue between a.couple of toes.Had a full set on. A different guy did this. Hes done them before and does a great job. He missed the sides of a couple of nails with the polish. Id already left the salon and didnt have my glasses on.I think the nail salon has gotten a little relaxed and doesnt do a precise job like they use too.

Ive came here several times, and they always give me exactly what I need, as well as my family. Many times Ive gone other places and theyve messed up my nails, and theyve so kindly helped us after. They are very sweet, and always treat us well.

I was so excited to finally get my nails done didnt have a wait whatsoever. I went for an aycrollic set and polish with a matte finish. Mind you Ive always gone here and the shape of the nail never differed the price ever. I was a pointed tip & he told me that it would be 5$ extra for that so I said no thats fine Bc thats crazy for the shape of the nail to matter when he was pairing my nail he didnt even second coat it and I even have polish on the back of my nails Bc of how slopppy he was doing it. As my nails were drying I sat there for 30 mins waiting while every one else was doing theyre thing they finally said you can leave now, I pay and even still I tipped them & as soon as I can get my daughter in the car seat I look down at my nails and theyre so messed up polish is off. And scuffed up. I payed 28$ for this?? To come home to wipe the nail polish off and redo it?? If I wanted that done Id bought a kit of nails same price and done it myself. I will not be going back nor will I refer this place to anyone!

I asked him to cut my toenails since he started filing without doing so and he cut one. Then I asked him to cut the ingrown toenail out and his response was ya,ya like I was bothering him. Polish job was terrible. Wont go back again!

Horrible got my 7 yr olds nails n toes painted w hello kitty on thumbs n big toe with in 4 hrs it started to come off cost $20 took a hr very unsatisfied
