This place was fabulous! I like how they have customers wash their hands first. I like how the staff were all so nice. I loved how pretty much nails came out.

Clean, friendly service. Did not mangle my cuticles doing acrilic nails and they look great. Husband got pedicure. That girl worked! Normal prices.

Although my pedicure was very nice and I enjoyed that experience very much. My full-set experience was not. First I waited almost hour and half after my pedicure was done before my full set was even started because they let people who came after me go ahead of me. Second my full set was very expensive to not be exactly what I wanted (I paid $180 for it). I showed them a picture of what I wanted even the hand mannequins had similar style of what I wanted. Which was multi colored ombré nails. So I didn’t think it would be too difficult. Needless to say I didn’t get what I wanted after I said I wanted exactly what was showed in the picture and was asked multiple times did I want it exactly like the picture and I said yes. Third because what I wanted required 4 colors I was told to write down the numbers so they could pull what I wanted while I waited. Needless to say I didn’t get those colors except for 1. I was briefly showed the colors at a glance by the time I had realized it was the wrong colors and style the nail tech had already started on nails. The length and shape and technique are perfect and had it be the style and colors I wanted this would be 5 star review but I am highly disappointed with my nails.

My girl got her toes done and they cut half her big toe nail off. Then had the audacity to paint over the mistake. Count your days

Unfortunately the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I’m a pretty simple dude, but I think overall there was like 7 minutes spent on my feet. Also I’m not sure if the place normally doesn’t have A/C, but it was literally 85 degrees.

Jenny Nails at Rose Nails does amazing work!!

It was very very poor service they try to charge u for every little thing! I was even was trying to get my daughter nails done and it was medium length she was going charge a extra $5 on top of $35 and couldnt even do the design my daughter wanted and then got mad at me for questioning why I was getting charged more then what I was told and ripped my daughter nails off and told me they will not do them cause I was questioning why they keep charging more when they told me a certain price before I got anything done. They try and ripped you off by keep charging u for stuff they shouldnt charge for!

Owner Dan is not friendly and professional anymore. The newer staff are very rude and will not greet you upon entering. The only nice and professional staff there is Lyn now unfortunately. After years of using this salon, I will not be returning.

Not professional at all. I waited an hours after being told to come to the pedicure chair before anybody ever even checked on me. I spoke up about it after watching 3 people jump a head and all the staff started to talking and laugh. I won’t come back ever again. I didn’t even get the pedicure. I can 45 from Greensboro for nothing.

The worst nail salon I’ve ever gone to! We walked in and the older lady nail tech was asleep on the couch..very short staffed and staff is rude and unprofessional. If you have 2 hours to wait on getting a manicure and pedicure then this is the place for you! Also, they were using dirty utensils on clients, so thankfully we saw this before they could give us a disease. I’m not sure how they have business but they lost 4 customers today!

Worst pedicure experience I’ve ever had. No A/C, massage chairs didn’t work, and was burnt 2 times by the UV light. Overall pedicure was 37.00 and lasted 20 minutes max. No massage and lotion was left in globs on my legs. DO NOT GO HERE.

Lots of color choices and affordable

Really professional and fast. Although not very clean. One of the workers had just got done with a pedicure and sat down in the same chair a customer was just sitting in. He then continued to take his shoes off which was very trifling to me.

So the durability of the nails has lasted me 3 months fill ins not one has broke or chipped Ive never needed a replacement they did a great job on the strength of the nail to be able to get so many fillins. But color I wouldnt suggest I got the French tips. The same day I went home they started to yellow. Was over priced for Gel that turned a nasty yellow color.

Spitting in the sinks customers are asked to wash their hands. Work was rushed and of poor quality. Beginning price WILL NOT BE ENDING PRICE.

I love this nail salon! I won’t go anywhere else. Everything is nice and pleasant and they do amazing work!!

My sister in law and I brought my daughter over here to get a manicure and we walked in no one acknowledged us also it took me to say something before the young lady asked us what we were here for then a white lady walked in and she acknowledged her and asked if she could help here if there would have been another nail salon open we would have went there!

I give 4 stars because when I actually got my pedi I was satisfied. Atmosphere cold and unwelcoming. 4 people working..some fast some slow. Waited 1 hr before my daughter and I were shown a chair. The water too hot for both of us...no one seemed to notice. So I spoke out to technician closest. He acted like it was such an imposition. The stay was too long and the actual pedi was good. Very solemn..we could have walked right on out. Of course we didnt then someone came over to register. Massage chairs worked good. Maybe they could learn more English..would make it better.

I came in at 8 and waited til 9:40 horrible service very unprofessional...they only deal with people they know apparently..no one asked what i needed or anything..has to be certain people that’s keeping them in business.. i’m reporting them to the bureau 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Not enough staff, the last 2 times Ive been there, only 1 person doing fill-ins, etc. At minimum, 2-hour wait. Who has that kind of time? Its been 5weeks and I get the ombre fill, dont know of anyone else that does this...
