I had the BEST experience having my nails done! The lady was friendly and listened to me and did exactly what I wanted! And the prices are the lowest I have come acrossed. So much worth the visit, time and money!!!!

DO. NOT. GO. HERE.I went once for sns and I liked it, so I thought I’d try a pedicure for Mother’s Day. The woman dug so far into my toe with a SMILE. It hurt so much...the same night the pain woke me up. I soaked it the next day, and I thought I was going to be okay. 9 days later, it is so swollen again and almost black in the cut part. Now I will have to go to the doctor, and hope that it’ll be simple to heal.

Me and daughter went Friday afternoon .we got there around 4 and was still there at 7 . the lady that did a pedicure never got the dead skin off my feet .she messed my nail polish up. The man that put a full set on my daughter put them on crooked. Then when we said something they wanted to halfway fix the issue . they charged us for a pedi that was halfway done and messed up nails. Worst service ever i asked if they could do ombre and the guy said he was too tired. I asled for white tips on toes he said no

Didnt do my nails how I wanted them done. My sister got SNS and it was very thick and cracked and chipped within 2 days. Also not great customer service. They were extremely busy so idk if thats why we had the experience we did.

I went in to get my nails done I set for 2 hours and then when they got ready to do my nails told me that they didnt have time to do the nails that I want it how I want it because they had an appointment there

They are very clean and detailed, and also have a great sense of humor. My nails came out perfect and not for a overcharged price. I would definitely recommend Top Nails to my friends and colleagues.

I went there for the first time and got my nails done on Friday. That nighy my gel polish peeled off.. I went back on Saturday and got 3 nails redone. That night they peeled again. I will never go there again and pay 35.00 for no mess like this. I was very upset to have my nails look a mess for 2 weeks.

Would pick no stars if I could...guy that did my fill in with a short cut in like a bowl was rude! I asked him could he get my colors, he said “you pick”, If I am paying for a service and I ask you to do something I don’t expect my reply to be “you do it yourself” this was a last minute stop because everyone else was packed when I called I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!

My daughter and I got pedicures here. The staff was friendly and the service was good.

Worst place ever. Always waiting while they walk around talking. They always taking nail people ahead of pedicure people. Will never go back and will not recommend to anyone.

There were several workers in there but only 1 nail technician. 4 of us waiting with her jumping from one of us to the other. The way she spoke to her customers was very rude. Asking people not to move, told me not to touch my phone. Im always on call at my job, if I cant touch my phone to read an email or text message on the opposite hand, Im not coming back to you.
