Literally the most attentive and beautiful dip and pedi I have ever had. They talk to you and don’t appear annoyed like every other place. If you ask for a nail to be more shaped or thin it is done with no qualms and they actually ask if it’s what you wanted afterwards! They trim cuticles which apparently isn’t a thing anymore at other salons. My only wish is that they had more dip color options it is very limited.

Went today and had my feet and nails done happy with my feet but my nails look like my 5 year old granddaughter did it and payed $45 to have a fill in

Kim is the only one that knows what she’s doing. If she’s not available don’t bother! I wasted $65 on a crappy nail tip job and the girl left afterward. Kim tried to fix the paint job on my nails and it didn’t look right. Also they put another girl on my pedicure and she acted like she didn’t even want to touch my feet. I don’t have calloused or rough feet nor am I nasty! I will never go back after being a customer here for ten years! DONE!

The place is beautiful and clean, they did an amazing job with my toes, they’re so friendly, and I am looking forward to going back for acrylics (and more pedis).

Definitely NOT friendly. Did not feel welcome and she had no concern for new clients. Seems perfectly content with her current clientele.

Loved my experience at Kim’s nails!! My last SNS had been done somewhere else and was a mess. Kim’s nails was so patient working through all the mistakes left behind on my nails. Cameron was the one who did my SNS here and he did such a great job!

It took 2.5 hours for 2 basic pedicures & one set of SNS. If you don’t want walk-ins, then say it. Don’t just have people soak for 45 minutes while you work on your regulars. We walked into an empty salon, you’d think she could’ve said something about appointments coming in or that she intends to put them in front of all other customers.I left with bleeding cuticles, sore nailbeds, and much shorter nails than I wanted. Her son obviously had no clue how to do SNS as he kept asking her what to do next and moved at a snails pace. I have never been buffed and filed so much. To the point where I had to draw my hands back in pain. I finally asked how much longer & she says, “Oh, do you have somewhere to be?” Like yes lady, anywhere else but here. I realize these things take time, but this was ridiculous. Obviously I won’t be going back there ever. There are plenty of other nail salons, go to one that might be honest about your wait time, and one that values paying customers time.

This is were I’ve gotten my nails done for years I’ve gone here for homecomings, dances, Back to school. I will never go back. Everytime I’ve gotten acrylic nails done there they don’t even last a full 7 days. And when I’ve asked for any other shape then square they mess it up. There price is just not worth the Quality Of the job they do !!
