Called and the rep was super friendly and explained their services and pricing clearly. I was told they were busy about two days out, but they would try to fit me in sooner. She called back less than 3 hours later and they were there in minutes and had our AC back up and running in under an hour. Friendly repair guys explained everything that was needed and made recommendations. I could not have asked for a better experience and felt the cost was very fair and competitive. Highly recommended!
