Recently had to get a new HVAC system. This company did a great explaining the options along with pros and cons of different systems. When they came to my house they wore masks for the current virus. Some companies that came didnt. I am so happy with my new system. We have cold air again. I will definitely be using Xtreme in the future for HVAC issues. They also service home generators.

A month later the old system stopped cooling and again the guys came out and got me going until the new system was installed. My air conditioning unit died during the busy summer season. I found Xtreme Heating & Air using Google reviews and I have never used them before. I called them in the morning and they said they would try to work me in that afternoon. I was called later that afternoon and Brandon of Xtreme Heating and Air was at my house 15 minutes later. He wasted no time isolating the problem, replacing the defective part and getting cool air blowing again. He was on site only about 10 - 15 minutes. Selected Xtreme Heating & Air because of the Google reviews. Surprised and skeptical with the excellent reviews. Called and scheduled repairs. He worked around my schedule and agreed to come later in the day. When he arrived he got right to work diagnosing the problem. He replaced the condenser cooling fan motor, the capacitor and cleaned the outside unit coils. Work was completed in about 90 minutes. I was pleased with the service. Often times repair people will just start replacing parts until the problem is fixed or even worse make you pay for parts you didnt need. This was not the case with Xtreme Heating & Air.

My air conditioner needed preventive maintenance . I call Xtreme Heating & Air, they were in the area and got to my home right away. They let me know the problem and price before doing the service. Enjoyed working with Brandon.

Incredible service. We asked Brandon with Extreme Heating and Air to respond to a no heat call, where the room temperatures were in the low 60s and air-flow seemed to be limited. He was at the house 40 minutes after I called him. He had repair parts on his truck to replace a failed thermocouple, and also cleaned the AHU coil. I appreciate that he took pictures to show me the before and after. I consider Brandon a trusted mechanic and adviser for my home and rental properties HVAC systems.
