The guy who did my 5 minute pedicure sucked!! It was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had! They weren’t busy I know why now!! NEVER again!!

I was nervous due to prior reviews, but gave it a try because it was close and open on a holiday. Becky was sweet and did a fantastic job!!! Best shellac ever...however they are expensive...$10 more than my reg. fill @Michelle nails...so that meant $45, plus tax was $47.86, but again they did a great job💅🏿. I guess u get what u pay for 🤔. Shop was also very clean and nice atmosphere. 4.5 experience overall.

Agree with most comments on here. Have been going here for years, but have noticed a great decline recently. Definitely rushed through their work... Not even painting my entire nail! They were extremely rough on my feet, even after asking them several times to let up. No longer professional in my opinion.

Have been here two times. The first time wasn’t a horrible experience but the manicurist seemed rushed despite the fact that there were few other clients and no one waiting. I also noticed that the man who i assume to be the manager or owner was hawking over the drying table while my nails were drying which was rather uncomfortable. Also due to the job being rushed the polish didnt last as long as others ive had done.The second time i returned the same situation where the manicurist seemed rushed but this time when i paid i left my tip on the card rather than in cash. When i sat to let my nails dry, same situation with the manager/owner pacing around the table, only this time when i got up to leave he addressed me by repeatedly saying ‘Tip? Tip?’ It was rather baffling so i explained that my tip was left on the card and he said ‘on the card?’ And proceeded to try to lead me to the register, maybe to find my receipt? Either way I turned around and left. I felt that that was incredibly unprofessional and uncalled for

I just left there about an hour ago. As most say they tried to do a rush job for a gel pedicure (which cost more than a regular pedicure). Not once did my feet touch water. I had to ask her was she gonna turn the water in then she said yes when Im done I will give u massage in water. Never again!

Run of the mill nail salon. Staff was friendly and place looked relatively clean. Left a bit to be desired in regards to the finished product. Id rather spend the same amount, have amazing nails and get pampered at Mire Spa in Southbury.

On a tuesday at 4pm i walk in and see workers standing around. A woman approached me and asked what i needed i said a full set and she said nobody do full set today. I decided to stop in because of the big banner that says grand opening. Maybe take your banner down when you are a nail salon that doesnt do nails

Rushed. Cut my cuticles. The thought of my cuticles and the word “cuticles” made me cringe. Left feeling hurt, betrayed, and wounded. Nobody deserves that

Wax literally burned me it was so hot, usually places would blow on it before applying but she just placed it on my skin straight out of the wax heater.

Worst service the employees don’t know how to do a pedicure they pedicure and manicure price advertise was $25 for both I got charged $46 for a pedicure be AWARE WORST BUSINESS

Ive been going there for years and it wasnt until recently that they started going downhill, theyre rude, obviously overworked, and the place just isnt nice anymore. They always had the cheapest prices and the nicest people, their prices went up and their people got nasty. I wouldnt even give them a dollar now. Dont wast your time or your money.

Worst service they only washed my get for 1 minute and then overcharged me please be aware I tried to ask for the manager or owner and the employees refuse to give me their contact information don’t waste your money in this place
