I went here today for the first time and I was more than satisfied! I appreciate their transparency about needing to call ahead for an appointment due to short staff. It saves everyone from waiting and wasting time and helps to get the service you need more easily. I called around 10:45 asking if I could come around 11 and the man notified me I could come st around 11:20-11:30. When I arrived I was pretty much serviced immediately. She did a great job! The shape and color were so beautiful, she was very gentle, and super quick! I was paying $60-$70 before tip at my old tech and she took 2 hours sometimes. I had my nails done in around an hour here and they only cost me $35!!!!

This place is awesome! The polish stays on much longer than it has in the past from other nail places and the application is near perfection. No polish on the cuticles or skin, and its straight and even. The service is great, the ambiance is awesome.

Came here for the first time with my friend today, we both got gel manis, I got a gel pedi, and she got a massage. They were super busy but still extremely nice and very organized. They have a massive polish selection. Its beautiful and clean inside, we will definitely be going back!

This salon was super clean, professional, and accommodating. I couldnt decide between 2 gel colors so the nail technician did both :) the gel mani lasted a full 2 weeks and couldve lasted longer if I wasnt so impatient about a new color lol... additionally, great service and convenient location.

Went before going out of town. Great Lavender pedicure! I enjoyed being pampered and my pedicure has lasted over 2 weeks!

Went there the first time last week after all my friends and relatives raved about the place. I walked in and all of the tables were full as were the pedicure bowls so I was concerned that I would not get waited on in a timely manner but was assured in a couple minutes and sure enough, they were ready for me in about two or three minutes! The price was extremely reasonable for a gel manicure and they looked beautiful. I will definitely go back again to this salon.

My daughter convinced me to get a pedicure with her so after researching a location in the middle where we could meet, we chose here. First thing my daughter said was how clean it was, cleaner than other places shes been. I have had 3 other pedicures in my life, all at fancy places but this was the best. Ive got huge feet that needed alot of work, but they did not bother Yen. Not sure if I spelled her name correctly but that is how it sounded when I said it back, sorry if its wrong. My daughter and I both had treatments weve not had before and it was worth every penny. We both had the deluxe package listed on the wall. Its a place my daughter and I will meet at again!

My friend and I went here for the 1st time yesterday, our overall experience was amazing! Doan was the one who did my toes and fingernails and she was so polite and did such a good job!

One of the best pedicures I ever had.

I went in for waxing. The person who attempted to do the job had no idea what she was doing. First if all, she did not wear gloves, she put on too much wax, did not know how to pull, kept breaking all of the hair then tried to wipe off some of the wax so she could try again. I being patient with everything but once her long hair got stuck to the wax on my body I had to push her to the side and put a paper towel over the wax and put my clothes back on and walk out. This is the first time in my life that I have ever walked out during any type of service. I’m extremely disappointed since I had heard good things about this place.

Went here for a pedicure due to great reviews. It was okay. I had an appointment they put me in the chair and a lot of them continued to walk by and 15 minutes later the lady assigned to me appeared. She was nice and did a good job but they weren’t very friendly if you aren’t a regular customer. Good customer service goes a long way in my book, and it was only 70% delivered here. They also are the first place I came across that charges tax on both credit card and cash so no advantage to paying cash.

I had my nails done 3 days ago today they are chipping I will never return again horrible service.

Not my normal nail salon but tried them because they are close to my office. Paid for an upgraded manicure (polish upgrade to longer lasting) and had polish chipping, peeling the next day as well as 2 nails with rough edges -- clearly I did not get what I asked and paid for.

I just let her choose what to do now and Im always happy with how it comes out. They really took their time and treated me and my two daughters with tremendous care. I love getting a clear base because when it grows out, its not too obvious and the dip makes it last longer since it adds a layer of strength to my nails. I get compliments on my nails all the time!

I get my individual lashes done by Hana everytime and I tell you she is amazing, she does my eyebrows waxing and tint too.To everyone who wants their eyes done, ask for Hana if you want work thats worth your coins.

I had an older woman do a full acrylic set and each and everyone of my nails were horribly unsymmetrical and crooked. i asked her to fix it numerous times and showed her my picture at least four times. she did not listen. i sat there crying and she just continued to do it and it came out horribly. they still made me pay full.

Ive been coming here for at least 4 years and Ive yet to be disappointed to a degree of not returning. I love this salon. The staff here genuinely cares about your comfort. They make it a point to provide top of the line nail service and designs. Ill happy to be a patron here and plan to continue my patronage!!!

This is the only place I found that I can just close my eyes and listen to a relaxing spa music while get my nails done! Super precise and careful. He did everything as I requested but with an omph! The people there were super nice and did a great job. My friend and I both loved our nails and we both walked out happy campers! Will most definitely recommend this place!

A good friend recommended that I try this salon for a pedicure. I loved it! The deocr is so fresh and relaxing. Everything was so clean! From being politely asked to wash my hands when arriving to everything being completely sanitized it was great! All tools were sanitizedI was in a big of a rush so I didnt upgrade my service but just got a basic pedicure. I was so long over due and probably had the worst feet this gal had ever seen but she never made me feel bad about it and offered helpful hints to try at home. My feet still look great 2 weeks later. I will be back for sure

This is my second time coming here and I absolutely love it! All the techs are super friendly and accommodating! I even brought my husband and he loved it. We both did pedicures and I got usual Powder Dip nails and they look amazing! Definitely my new permanent nail spot!

I have been to this salon a few times, mostly because it was conveniently located close to home. However, it is totally worth traveling an extra 10 minutes to my old salon. The last three times I went I had an SNS manicure. After exactly 2 weeks they lifted right off. They do not do cuticles and they do not give a hand massage. Three strikes and you’re out!

I made an appointment and was seen promptly at 10:30. My tech did an amazing job! From the time she took on my cuticles to the massage, it was perfect! She did my gel manicure and took her time and really took care of my cuticles which I appreciate. Very happy and will definitely be back!

One of the best places I have been to, and I am not just talking about nail salons. Awesome customer service. Everyone know how to make their customers comfortable and relaxed being here. The place is clean and organized. It has everything I would ever need from a decent nail salon. Good products and skilled technicians. Sanitation is a big plus as I could see them clean up and sanitize their tools and equipment after every use. Considering the quality of service they provide and the results, I would say their price is pretty much unbeatable comparing to many others places in the area. Highly recommended !!!

The service here was great. When my friend and I walked in we were welcomed and it didnt take long before we were given a seat. The girl that did mine was very careful and she paid really close attention to what she was doing which made me trust her. I would highly recommend this place. Also this is going to be the place that I get my nails done everytime.

When I first started going here I loved it! I raved about it and shared it with everyone I knew! But the last few times I went my nails turned black after like a week my acrylics and polish has black spots, the tips/corners turn black. I’m not sure why. Kind of looks like scuff marks or like my nails got burnt... never experienced this anywhere else. Never going back here again.

How does this place have great reviews. Walked in and was shouted at YES!?? What do you want? Clearly to do my nails. Like seriously. I was going to walk out but wanted my nails done. So I decided to get my nails done for the exact price and not tip at all. Its the little things people.

Seriously. What a waste of an hour to NOT get my nails done. I was told briskly when i walked in that it would be a half hour. Im patient and had no appointmant so i said sure. After no further acknowledgement i walked out. Someone tried to address me on the way out the door, but Im sure Ill receive better service elsewhere.

I have been going here for about a year. If I went else where I would be cheating on them lol. Every time I get my nails done they come out looking wonderful, I have good conversation with the nail techs and they know my name! I recently made an eyelash extension appointment for this upcoming Friday, I haven’t had lashes in a while, but I’m excited to get a set!lToday Friday the 30th I had the eyelash set put on and it was so fast and simple. Lea did a great job and the set is naturally thick and I am thrilled 😁

Moved to Danbury two years ago and fell in love with Michelles! Clean facility with skilled technicians. Im a stickler for details so I only go to one person. Pin is the best! Appointments are highly suggested, walking in could having you waiting a while.

Been going for my nails for a few years- always had an appointment- this week not once but twice had an appointment and tech was running late! (45 minutes) Rescheduled my first appointment to later in the week- I arrived 5 minutes early to wait 15 minutes to be told she was running late and would be with me shortly- after waiting 45 minutes with no hope in sight - I walked out! Time to find a new place

When I moved to Danbury, 4 years ago, I visited a few nail salons, didn’t like any, until I found Michelle”s, no going anywhere, Gi is the best, she doesn’t rush, I love my gel manicures, and Gi gives me the best pedicures..Thanks for always taking care of me.

It was my first time here and the guy who did my nails did a pretty good job and was very friendly but when I went to get my acrylics taken off the woman who did it was wayyyy too rough. When she took the nails off it hurt more than it should and she cut my ACTUAL fingernail that it was ripped and bleeding and that hurt like crazy. It’s definelty not the best salon if you ask me. They were OK but should know how to do nails more properly. I will be going to another salon from now on.

Went to get a full set for my boyfriends graduation, and within 2 days almost all my nails were lifting at the top and getting caught / pulling out my hair. That was the first time Ive gone in over a year because when I had gone there before they paid little attention to how much they actually were filing off of my nails. They had file through my nail to my skin in multiple areas and left my nails so torn up that when I went to a much better salon, they wouldnt even give me a set and told me I needed to let my nails recover cause there was nothing for the acrylic to stay onto.Such a waste of money & I definitely will not be going there again.

Compared to hair salons this place is better for eyebrows.

Not very personable. Very unreasonable prices. A fill in and gel color is $30. The same fill in and gel color cost $25 elsewhere with better service. I will only go there when all other nail salons cease to exist.

One of the best nail salons I go to always have an appointment and if Im early they still take me in with the person I made an appointment with the price is great $25 for arcylics and you can have them any shape or size you want them they are such kind hearted employees and are always very welcoming when I go there

Chi usually does a good job on my nails. This time Ive had 4 breaks in a 5 day span. They fixed them for free and today another one broke.

I went to the salon on Friday for a mani and pedi. I wanted a full set tips put on my nails with gel nail polish and on Saturday the nails are already chipping. You pay alot of money to get your nails done and they should be done right.
