I was honestly feeling sceptical as I sat down since the place had a bit of a dusty appearance but it seems that they are going through some renovation work there...Lillian did my nails. She was gentle and did a wonderful job.My daughter had her nails done by the male nail technician (he didnt wear a name badge) and my daughter is extremely happy with her nails and design as well!Both of us felt like we got extra pampered by getting our hands dipped in paraffin wax, which was complimentary!We didnt get rushed and no one attempted to rub my back (I personally cant stand those back rubs...)We will definitely be back soon!

So upset with my latest experience here. I’ve been here many times without an issue, always tipped well, and told friends and family to go to this location. Today I was completely rushed with two of my fingers profusely bleeding throughout the whole manicure because of how far she cut my cuticles. She was extremely rude the whole time and never apologized. The polish is blotchy because she did not allow it enough time to dry. Tried explaining to the owner they did give me a discount but no apology. Then as I went to pay she snatched my card out of my hand. Sad to say I will never be returning and they lost a regular customer as well as everyone I recommended to come here.

It’s really clean and decor is next level compared to other nail salons in this area. Lamber did my nails. I got a powder mani... he did an amazing job. They’re not bulky, incredibly neat, and perfection down to the cuticle. I previously went to a place in Brookfield but I’m Deffo switching to here now. And the prices are so reasonable. Highly recommend!

I came in with my whole family to get pedicures And had the worse experience ever not only are they expensive but they only service you for 5 mins and they don’t even give you a decent foot scrub or massage. They sit your feet in the water for 10 seconds. They put my feet in the water after they polished my feet. My cuticles didn’t even get to soak in the water ! My whole family did not like the service ! I would never go there again..

Always very accommodating. My first time I went to danbury breeze I got Jeffrey as my nail tech, and now I ask for him every time! He does an amazing job on my gel manicure that rarely chips, now that I see him! Also he does a great massage and pedicure. He’s the best!

Amazing!!!! My nails looked exactly as i wanted them!!! My technician was so accommodating and went above and beyond, he grabbed all my things (i was carrying a lot) so i didn’t have to. He gave me a small massage after and even focused on a few spots that were actually bothering me. Very attentive, very kind, excellent experience. The entire salon is SPOTLESS and doesn’t have build-up like i see in other places.

I liked them but they kept pushing the gel nails even tough i kept saying nah. I think i had to reject them like 4-5 times while i was there. CHILL LADIES

I don’t even write reviews, but my experience in the place was not pleasant in the slightest bit . First, I had an appointment scheduled for 4:30 and was not seen until about 5:45 while people who had later appointment were seen before me . Then when the lady finally sat me in the Chair not only did the lady cut me as she was using the machine to file my nails, she brushed it off and handed me to someone else . Then she didn’t tell me that what I wanted done would cost me an additional $10 at the time she asked . Never going again .

Jeffery is amazing. Not much to look at from the street, but inside....its clean and organized. Staff is professional and the results are wonderful

Spent $47.86 plus a $10 tip on dip powder nails with tip extensions which were supposed to be acrylic sets today which they were not he did dip powder instead and already one broke with normal everyday tasks. He also didnt listen when i asked for short nails he was too busy talking with his co-worker. Never going back hereUpdate: called and tried to get my money back because i was not paying for cheap quality nails and they were calling me a racist, a liar and yelling at me. They also refused to give me my money back

1st time there great service and loved the massage chair!

About 1 month ago I called ahead to see if I could go in as a walk in customer, they said to be there at 6:30PM, so my husband and my baby came along, they both waited in the car, since it was just a pedicure and they told me to be there at certain time I assumed it wasn’t going to take long, closing time arrived, it was passed 7:00PM when they finally had someone tried to help me, by that time I was supposed to be done, I had to leave and waste my time, that was so greedy of them, if they know they can’t take in a person, they should just have them schedule an appointment, be upfront, don’t make people waste their time, during the time I wasted waiting for them because they kept saying “five minutes” I could have gone somewhere else and have the job done.
