Do not come here. My friend and I went to get our wedding nails done and did not get what we asked for. It’s not me being a Karen. I was pleasant enough the whole time and only asked him to fix one thing that was obviously very off. I usually wouldn’t have said anything, but cmon. It’s my wedding. Billy told my friend after I left that I was rude and would not be happy in my marriage. To make matters worse, he bragged the whole time about how good he did nails & talked negatively about the Covid vaccine and those who chose to get it ( I am vaccinated and made this known and he still continued) . He also made my friend uncomfortable and make some inappropriate remarks to her. Tao was the best thing to happen to this place, but now she’s gone and I can’t blame her. They won’t be open much longer, or at least, they shouldn’t be.

Love this place!! I have been to many nail salons and by far this is my favorite. Very satisfied!!

Worst place to go to I would not recommend I paid 63 for pedicure and manicure and it was not worth it I had read the reviews before going and so I expected to get better results from my visit, the only good thing about this place is the customer service but other than that they rush everything instead of perfect it. By the way I’ve only had these nails on for a day and the gel nail polish I got is peeling off on the side and the nail tech had recommended it to me because it would last long and so would the shine ☹️ I’m very disappointed and embarrassed with my nails, also I got my toe nails painted the same color as my toes but apparently the look orange ☹️☹️

Love how my nails came out !! They are super helpful and I love how I was the last one there and the lady didn’t rush on my nails at all . She took her time and made sure I like how they were coming out . Very friendly, and good communication with the customer. Highly recommend. They are also the only nail salon I know who are open pass 7 pm and that can be very helpful .

The first guy to come out and ask what color I wanted was so rude but it was whatever, we all have bad days. I got up and left when the man sat me at a table with a dirty towel that had another customers nail clippings on it and kept wiping his face near his mouth with his hand.

When I came they were very polite right off the bat. I had a picture that I wanted them to looked like and she took her time and did them exactly the way I wanted. It definitely surpassed my expectations!

I had an amazing first experience here today. I haven’t had a set of nails in many many years and they were just absolutely wonderful. They turned out really nice, I think I’m going to be challenged with the length because I haven’t had nails in so long but she offered solutions for me if they were too long and I couldn’t get used to them. Her personality was so friendly. She was very informative on some things that I had questions about… And bottom line is that my nails look great.

This place was terrible!!! When I first walked in it was very uncomfortable. The older lady starts drilling the gel off my nails from my previous nails. Me and her have a little disagreement on something. Then she uses a hand help vacuum to get the dust off the counter. Then a older man comes out ans starts drilling on my nails. He’s shaking and burned me twice on the one nail he touched. Then he’s telling me I need a whole new set of nails instead of just a fill in. O and we’re in the middle of a pandemic and he’s got no mask on and no plastic piece inbetween me ans him. At this point we’re disagreeing on my nails. I told him I felt very uncomfortable. With the way everyone was talking about me and telling me stuff I know wasn’t true. And I am now concerned also about the cleanliness of the place. Needless to say I ended up asking if I owed them anything and told them I didn’t feel comfortable having mt nails done there. Left with my nails just with the color filed off

This place is the best in town for pedicures and manicures. Got the SNS Dip Powder ombre and loving it.

Sweet staff I always enjoy coming here for pedicures and gel manicures.

My friend and I stopped in on a Saturday. There was no wait. The gals who did our pedicures were very nice and the prices were certainly reasonable. Will definitely come back.

Please don’t waste your time and money going to this place. They have very poor manners and no professionalism. Obviously the guy that did my daughters nails wasn’t trained. It’s unbelievable how bad they were. The tips were uneven and the gel wasn’t evenly covered. The chances they stay in business are slim.We were just trying a new place and I can assure you, this is not the place. I never write reviews, but had to on this place. I’m leaving a 1-star because I have too. Otherwise I wouldn’t leave any stars. Final warning. Go somewhere else.

Billy is great he does my nails every two weeks and does a fantastic ombré. Nobody can blend like he can. Very friendly staff with great service!

Walked in today without an appt for services for myself and two daughters. Was seated immediately, and even though there were several other customers, they worked together to make us feel like we were a priority. Each of us were very pleased with the services we received. They did a fantastic job!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my manicure at Whitfield Nails Lounge. Its so FANTASTIC.They gave me great care. The staff were very kind. I was nervous about getting a gel french manicure, but it turned out perfectly. They have a very high standard for the safety of clients.I will definitely go back here. I like all ladies.

Today was my first time going here and will be my last! I had horrible service, or if you would call it service, I sat in a chair with my feet in the water for over 45 minutes NO ONE ever came back. By that time the water turned cold... Not only did I waste an hour of my time. But left with a bad experience.

BOTCHED. I went in to get gel acrylics with tips, today. Seeing the employee apply my nails crooked, had me worried. I waited for the filing to begin... it just got worse. Each finger was different lengths and some ever con-caved inward, not to mention they didn’t match the other hand. When layering and filing, my nails were left so thick! When gel was applied, the nail wasn’t fully painted AND there were many bubbles in the coat. The quality was so poor. As he worked on my nails, he also cut my skin a few times with his filling tool...I didn’t say much after the first time I asked the employee to fix my crooked nails, because the employee snapped at me and made excuses for his poor work. Rude, unskilled and unimpressed by this service. Please, save your money!Thank goodness for I Luv Nails, because they saved my nails from this disaster of a service!!

Me and my mom went here to get our nails done a day before a wedding. My mom got her gel manicure done in black. The entire black was smeared on the edges of her finger. Not only that but the gel finish was not smooth it had a rough texture and did not look like gel. I got a pedicure and the sides of my toe nails were not painted and I had to go back and tell to fix it. The staff was not very friendly about their mistakes and having to mix them. After this experience we have decided to never go back and get our nails done here.

I left because they don’t wear masks.

Sky did a great job on my nails! Its always iffy how your experience will go at a nail salon but Emily gave me a nice pedicure and Sky did my nails exactly as I wanted. He had my friend and I laughing the whole time we were there. We missed our appointment window yet they took us straight in and even stayed late just to finish and keep us happy. This a fun salon with great customer service!

This place is fabulous!!!! It is very nice and really clean.... the staff is amazing!!!! Been getting my nails done for over 20 years and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. They removed my acrylic nails and did the dip on my real nails. I love them... if you are looking for a new place that does a great job and provides excellant customer service.... this is your place!!!!!

Honestly the worst nail place ever. My nails never looked this bad in my life. I came here only once cause my nail tech was busy and needed to get my nails done for a event, they looked terrible, AND THEY CHARGED ME 45$ FOR SHORT FRENCH TIPS LIKE WHAT????? they were un even and different sizes and rushed through them. Never coming here again.

Not really even 1 star... Waited an hour to have somebody put in front of me and my daughter... And they never even talked to us, waited 10 mins on a guy to come in with food to tell us to pick a color... Very rude will never go back!! Tryed it after i had to pay to get my daughter homecoming nails redone... Will never go back or ever send nobody else there, worse place ever!!

I had the most awful experience in this place. I had my nails done here and I went back the next day to fix one of my nails because it was missing some of the acrylic on one side of my nail and he was upset because he didnt want to fix it he kept saying that it was my nail bed. He was rude to one of his employees or wife because she knew that I was right. I told him just to paint it and after he had painted it he said if you not happy you can go somewhere else! RUDE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!

Ive been coming to Whitfield Nails Lounge since theyve opened. Staff made my nails very accurate and beautiful the way I wanted. They are meticulous and perfect. I love everyone here.

Paid 45 for my nails and theyre falling off not even two weeks of having them. Also while the nail tech was filing my nails filed their own nail during the process with the same nail filer.
