We have been customers for 7 years and I just want to say we love them. If I see a bug in my house I can call. Granted in spring it tends to be one or two but I can call no matter what I see. They dont mind at all. They have the same guy come to my house each time, so its never a stranger. They are always on time and with Covid they mask and glove while inside. The pest control is 100% safe for my cats and kids. I never have about worry that either. We had a nee company try to get us to switch and I just laughed. No one could beat the service they provide at Northwest or the guarantee.

I had a pest issue in my home. Steve Ellison came out and assessed the issue. Very professional. Office staff is amazing. Follow up was great. Would recommend this company to everyone I know.They were punctual as well as thorough. They didn’t try to sell me services that were unnecessary.I give you guys a ten out of ten for service above and beyond. Thanks

NORTHWEST is on point in pest control. They all are customer oriented. From the office staff (Meagan) to the field technicians. (Chris) my technician, always does a complete and thorough job. He is very competent and goes above and beyond the call of duty. Being a retired Marine, Im pretty much a hard liner. If they can make me happy they have excelled in their craft. Thanks.

June 2018 - Update: Talked to manager and he sent out another technician. Did a great job and hopefully will continue2 years and 3 months with Northwest at current house and many years with them at previous house. Technician at our previous house was fantastic. Friendly, helpful and always did a great job. Experience at current house was great first year with a great technician. He was replaced and his replacement basically did nothing. Dozens of visible hornet and wasp nests that were never touched. Multiple carpenter bee holes not being treated. Rarely treat any of the red ant mounds that pop up continuously. So for $99 per month, I still have to buy ant killer and hornet and wasp killer weekly.

The first visit a piece of our countertop was broken. We know accidents happen but wanted to know how they could fix it. It took a full 2 months to get it fixed. After it was fixed we realized they took apart our garbage disposal and didnt install it properly so water was leaking underneath our sink. Instead of waiting another 2 months to get that fixed we just did it ourselves. The company seems to care more about getting paid then about caring about their customers home and property. We will not be calling them again and we do not recommend them.

This is the worst company to hire to do work in your home. they are rude, unethical, mediocre. after they are doing a bad job, they are not willing to correct their mistake and more eager to fight you. they got a guy called Jeremy working for them, he seems to be the owner. he is a bully and a belligerent. that was the worst experience I have made with a company that I paid to do some work for me.

My neighbor referred Northwest for termite and pest control. I contacted Northwest and set up an appointment to get a quote for termite and pest control. From the moment Kyle Keene arrived for our appointment, the entire experience was very pleasant. No high pressure, Kyle was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and exhibited great customer service skills. He went over the house and property, provided me a very reasonable quote and explained their services thoroughly.Its nice to deal with someone who thinks highly of the company they work for and who makes you feel like they really want to take care of your home. Since I had such a good feeling about Northwest services and staff, I signed up on our first meeting. I had 2 other companies out to the house for quotes prior but did not have the same excellent experience. Thank you Kyle and Northwest!!

I have been a termite control customer for years. Last August I realized that they had not been inspecting the traps in the back yard. I paid that quarters bill and when the next inspection came up I checked and same thing so I didnt pay the bill and figured I would get a call to find out why. I received a bill every month from Oct until Jan when I called and cancelled no Im sorry no offer to reimburse for only doing half of the job only we will send someone right out to remove your bait stations. Then I receive a bill in Feb and March I called again same response no im sorry just well send someone out to remove the bait stations. So a month later today I feed my dog and my wife and I go out to dinner to come home and find a receipt on the front door i go and check to see if the stations in the back yard are gone to find my dog locked in his pen with no water. Call Northwest to get Im sorry only took 7 months and 3 phone calls.After writing this review I was called by the Dallas location manager and he made it right. He was not aware of the issues and I have renewed my contract with them.

They will come out whenever you call them and fix any issues for you.
