Have had great service and results from Turf Masters. Always easy to work with. Company actually does what you ask and what they tell you that they will do, unlike others.

Subpar service, technician constantly left burn marks around the lawn, as well as the weeds still never being taken care of. They would brown up and then come right back up from the fertilizers they put down with it. The manager acted like he cared about you but he cares about your money and you staying with them. Not your lawn. they apply a quick pass of granular and then call it a day. If you get the technician Tyler, run away as fast as you can. When I was applying on my own the weeds were actually exterminated and it was the same cost either way. The only time they wanted to take care of me and personalize a lawn plan was when I called to tell them cancel my services. They only care about you when you wanna stop giving them your money. Not paying for a service that doesn’t work.

I have only being using this company for a short time and continued with them because the previous owners of my home was using them. I did notice that they were only at my home for a couple of minutes one treatment and I only knew that because I seen them on the cameras. Things were fine until my grass started turning brown. I notified them immediately and they said they would send someone out. It’s now almost two weeks later, my grass is almost completely brown now and no one has come out or contacted me. I really hope this is not how things are ran with this company because I cannot pay for this type of service and if I do indeed have army worms and my lawn is wrecked, I will be switching companies.

Our lawn is looking much better since using Turf Masters, it is weed free and greening up nicely. We have been using them for a few years, for weed control and added in aeration last year. Technician does what they say and even sends a text to let you know when they are coming. Their rates are reasonable as well.

We have been pleased with the experience especially when comparing to the vendor you replaced. Our yard looks better than it has in years. Pricing is competitive and we are not constantly inundated with special offers or additional services that we may need.

Ive had Turf Masters doing my lawn for several years and normally would never rate them below a 4. However the last two seasons I have had to call them to come back and take care of weeds they had missed. This season I scheduled aeration as I always do, but they missed my appointment two times and I didnt get a call from the company telling me they werent coming. Not the customer service I had been used to. Havent decided to change companies or not yet.

My experience has been great over the past four years I’ve been using Turf Masters I have not had any major weeds. And any weeds a pop up you guys are quick to come out and destroy them. You guys are very fast to come out when there are any issues which there are rarely any.

My husband and I was given Turf Masters info from our neighbor last month. We called wasnt sure if we wanted to sign up because we had other deals. Left message 1 wk later, 9/26 Lawncare Specialist stops by gave sales pitch we said ok. He advised our Office will call you to setup acct & pymt info. It is now 10/9 no call from Office, called our Specialist back he told him no has called us, put us on hold came back someone will us today. First impression is everything, if this is an example of what customer service is going to like maybe we need to look elsewhere.

Love this company! I have had them.for coming up on three years now and I have no complaints! If I notice any issues between treatments they come out and address them in a timely manner no questions asked! I also love the aeration service they offer (additional charge) that is well worth the money you spend! Overall this is a great company and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great company to service their lawn!

Very pleased with the service they provide. Always polite and communicate well about upcoming services. Also received a check in with tips on maintaining my yard and shrubs. My yard started in rough shape but within a short period of time they had it looking great.

Recommended quality service. Helpful, good suggestions to keep improving your yard. Ours recovered impressively soon after beginning their service. As spring approaches again the weeds that always beat our bermuda out of dormancy are non existent.

Have used this outfit since moving into my new house, and they have done an excellent job. Very professional and always timely and courteous. And if I have ever needed them to return for spot checks/treatment, they always do so without fail.

Turf Masters always call before they come and when our technician (Christopher Robinson) shows up and is happy and does a great job. He takes his work seriously and does his job with enthusiasm and professionalism. He is friendly and helpful. I would say that I am very happy with Turf Masters. They are customer service oriented.

I had my first service this week and could not be more pleased. The technician called me the night before to let me know he was coming. He checked in with me when he got here and was very polite. He did everything he said he was going to do and left a very good explanation of the service he performed and things he spotted in our lawn that he also treated. He told us how long it should take before we would see any changes and if we didnt see changes by then to call him directly and he would come back and retreat for free. I also received an email from the company explaining what was done and any recommendations they had. So all in all I would say I made a very wise decision to switch over to Turf Masters for my lawn care. Everything about the experience has been fantastic so far from working with Amy to get everything set up, the technician who was very professional and thorough all the way to talking with the corporate office to set up an account and pay my first bill. I highly recommend them for your Lawn Care needs. GREAT JOB!!!

I wouldnt even give this place 1 star. Absolutely horrible customer service, dealing with the branch manager was an absolute joke and comes off as a complete jerk. I would go with a different company than waste your money with this company. We signed up on 5/7 and someone came out 5/10 we then noticed that it looked like only the front yard had been done. I reached out 5/26 and was told the service manager would come out and take a look. He did not show up until 6/7 a whole month later... Then the service manager tells me my grass is too high and that I needed to cut it, my husband cut my grass 4 days prior- he came across as he just didnt want to do the work since it was a Friday so I decided to go ahead and just cancel my service. The branch manager came out the following week to check my grass and was supposed to call me, he of course didnt so I had to call customer service who had him call me. The branch manager calls me and his excuse is he must have called the wrong number and I had a lot of properties I had to go look at that day- obviously Im not the only property they are screwing up at. He then starts saying well youve cancelled your service and saying well your grass wasnt tall when I came out but I cant speak for what it looked like when my service manager came out so then whats the point of you coming out? Such a joke, dont waste your money on a company you have to spend time monitoring.

We have been using you for many years. We moved and continued to use you. I am not very happy with the results of my yard this year. We had zoysia put in last year and it looked amazing. This year it looks horrible. Was told I had a fungus by one of your techs. Called and scheduled another visit and was told no fungus. Not sure why my grass is not growing this year. Thinking about cancelling our service and looking at other companies.

I would like to say technician Emanuel Brantley went above in doing a thorough doing the heavy rain he explained to me that he was putting out pre-emergent and it needed to be water in the rain was going to help it. Usually you’ll find a person to rush and do a half of a job due to weather conditions their facing with him he took his time and did a great job I have had technician in the past and they wouldn’t even spend half of the time he did on a nice sunny day. I would like to thank Emanuel Brantley for ringing the doorbell explaining to me regarding the treatment and how it works doing a thorough job and foremost respecting my property. Looking forward seeing you on the next visit I believe we are headed in the right direction for yard to meet my expectations.

Worst ever! Killed my yard once. They admitted that the guy was over zealous with the weed control. They apologized. I really seeded and finally got my yard back. Gave them another try because of the reviews and they said it wasnt their norm. So sorry I did. I had only a few weeds and. They sprayed my yard 1 time. Within the week I am losing plants and have big Brown patches. Horrible!

As a furloughed federal government employee, I had to suspend treatments on my yard. Prior to that, the company was professional and very friendly and my yard was starting to get to where it needed to be. After I requested no further treatments, one was preformed and I was billed. I reached out to Turf Masters indicating somewhat miffed; thinking perhaps this was a company similar to timeshares: once a customer, always a customer. However, I received a call from Dan, the local manager, apologizing profusely for the mistake and crediting my bill. Sometimes the worth of a service/company is not in what they do for you, but in what they dont...

I have been using Turf Masters of Dallas for about 9 months, and slowly my lawn is deteriorating. It simply does not look like a lawn being followed and treated by a company.

Tried using the company. After many failed attempts we are going with another company. They can come put advertisement in your yard but wont service you!

Have been using a local company, and over the summer the weeds have gotten out of control. Within one application from Turf Masters they have diminished within 2 weeks and the lawn is looking healthier already. Its been 4 weeks and I couldnt be happier.

I normally rate TurfMasters a 5 star service, but am downgrading this review because of their policy of notifying a scheduled visit 24 hours in advance. This was problematic for me because Im in the middle of leaf falling season and my lawn was covered with leaves. I texted back to the Drive to come in the afternoon, so I would have time to remove the leaves. He did not get the message until the routes had been set. So he came when I was only half way done . I think the company should consider giving 48 hours notice. That being said, I do appreciate the drivers willingness to wait come back and finish the second half. If the company changed their policy, it would be a big help in dealing with these types of circumstances.

These guys have done such a fantastic job for us across many properties. When lawn conditions were terrible to begin with, they practically performed miracles! We trust them with our tree and shrub care as well. Their prices are competitive and they are very responsive to any service calls between normally scheduled visits.

Very pleased with the level of quality and service we have received from Turf Masters Lawn Care!I initially was concerned about using a lawn service due to some of the nightmares Ive heard from family and friends over the years regarding other lawn care companies (using weak, diluted mixtures of product, not treating all portions of the property as agreed, missed appointments, weed control (lack of), etc. etc.Our lawn has been healthy and easy to care for since weve become a customer of Turf Masters. I have claimed some of my own personal time back to focus on other things while knowing I will have a green, weed free lawn to maintain and enjoy. Paperwork stated I had purple nutsedge but did not state if Turf Masters treated it or am I supposed to treat and if me, what is recommended?

For the most part I have been satisfied with TurfMasters for the care of my lawn. They seem dependable and are easy to contact if there is an issue. If I am home when the technician arrives at my place I am able to spend some time with him before application to discuss any concerns. I have had several occasions were I have had to contact customer care to discuss issues, however the representatives have been more than helpful in dealing with those issues. My lawn does appear acceptable and I would recommend TurfMasters to my neighbors without hesitation.

The folks at TurfMasters Lawn Care come out and do their job on a regular basis, applying weed preventers and fertilizers as needed. They know when it should be done and take care of it, far better than we could do it. Very satisfied with TurfMasters.

My lawn was aweful, Am the 1st house in the neighborhood and was soo lazy from being pregnant and wasnt proactive with my weeds during the winter. I called Turf Masters and a Treatment was done for weeds two weeks ago. OMG they said wait 3 weeks to see or notice weeds dying but its been 2 weeks and my yard looks 50% better. I cannot wait for the 2nd and 3rd treatments because we will be out on the lawn all summer. Its all beautiful now and the weeds are only half way gone.

Ive only had 2 applications so far, but from what I can tell its working. Id like to see some of the other areas of my yard focused on more as well (towards the back of my yard where very little grass has grown in, but plenty of weeds).

Im very particular about my yard and landscaping, a gardener at heart. Over the years Ive used all of the major players and numerous locals. Turfmasters is the best lawn care service Ive ever used.

I just started with Turf Masters this year. After seeing my neighbors yard in pristine condition, I went ahead and tried them out. We are doing the lawn and tree and shrub program. Everything looks better than ever and the customer service is top-notch.

Services is not the best. I requested the technician to be sure to treat certain areas in my yard and driveway but either he failed to do so or the spray is crap! Since starting with Turf Masters I have over grown weeds in my yard. The office girl keeps trying to explain the cause but its bogus. I have over grown dandelions and broadleaf weeds not some rooted weeds. She said she would send someone out to respray but no one came. I then called the Dallas office Rep who feed me a bunch if crap how they are the best and would get rid of my weeds and respray if needed if not satisfied. Well, he said he would have the manager come out but again no one showed up. I called the office one last time and the office girl tried to again explain the weeds but could not explain the no shows. She will attempt to get someone else out to spray but if I see no progress after this Im canceling my service.

A salesman came to my door and ask me to give them a try and I did. I paid in full for the year and was told that they would get started right away, after 2 weeks with no show I had to call them. They acted rude and so I cancelled service it took a month to get my money back. Terrible customer service seems to only want your money!! Tru Green here I come!!!!

1/2 the price of a larger company we had for a few years and twice the quality!!! They got rid of the onions that the “big company” kept coming back to treat with no results.

Great lawn service, still get a few weeds here and there, but better than others I have tried but CAREFUL if you order tree and shrub service. I was upsold by one of their sales folk and the price seemed fair, but what he DIDNT explain was that the price was for the front only. After several service calls, I noticed they didnt hit the back yard so I asked about it. Why in the world would I only want half my trees and shrubs taken care of? I feel like the sales guy was shady and pulled one over on me. I cancelled that part of the service. Still happy with the grass.
