Trainers are excellent! Magnetic personalities, great knowledge and very encouraging! Workouts are varied and accommodate every goal set.
Hands down the most professionally run and maintained gym. Highly recommend.

With a hip atmosphere and killer beats, in just 25 minutes you can burn as many/more calories than traditional workouts that take 60-90 minutes. Tamra is a phenomenal instructor with an authentically contagious energy about her. She will push you to dig deeper, try harder, and climb higher!
Jenns class was highly motivating and her music selection kept me going the entire time. Her energy was 🔥🔥 and her instruction was perfect. Ill be back and will recommend to friends.

I was so unsure as to how I would do in climbing class; however, I absolutely loved it! It was challenging yet extremely fun. Tamra is an awesome instructor. I felt I received a tough and solid workout all in 30 minutes. I purchased additional classes and will continue to go back. District climb is great!

District climb was a great work out. I loved the instructor Tamara, The class was very exciting she went around and looked at everybody’s form if she thought you could make a correction she let you know she’s full of energy and just made the class go by even quicker also the arms component was a nice little treat. You have to try this class and try Tamara.
Love this place. Tamra and all the instructors have great energy and highly motivated. A great way to build core muscles, arms, legs and legs in a 30 minute period, and definitely gets your heart rate up! Music and lights are fun and energizing. Love District Climb!
I have gone to District Climb for a year now, and I can’t express how much I love this studio and workout. Tamra, Oliver, and the Entire Team are so motivating, and boost your mental and physical energy, while boosting up your Booty LOL. I would highly recommend this studio. PS: you shred fast, and it’s such a fast 30 minute workout!
Wonderful energy and a good workout. The instructor was awesome and there were lots a smiling faces in the studio;everyone was so welcoming. The machine looked a little scary at first but once we started i was totally confident and comfortable. Cant wait for the next class!
I would definitely recommend. If you like instructor-led fitness, this is a great add to the rotation. The workout was short and sweet but definitely challenging. The studio looked great and the instructor was energetic and uplifting. Without question- give this place a try.
Oliver was absolutely amazing! So helpful and encouraging. His music was great and it was easily the best workout Ive done in the last 2 years. I would’ve never believed a 30 minute workout would kick my ass so hard.

This class may only be 30 minutes but it is far better than any hour cardio class I have ever taken. The classes are challenging but can be done at any fitness level. The instructors are awesome and the facility is always spotless. I love how District Climb makes me feel stronger!!Get ready to sweat!!!

Amazing workout! Class was small and Stacey was an awesome instructor. Its pretty brutal but in the best way - definitely recommend it for changing up your workout routine and/or if you struggle doing cardio on your own.
I took a class with Angelica and she was great! It was my first time at District and my first workout in awhile. Angelica made me feel comfortable and took extra time with me to help me get set up. Intensity level was the perfect challenge and the music was LIT :)
District Climb makes me feel mentally and physically energized upon leaving. The instructors are encouraging and make me strive to do my best every reach. So happy to be part of the DC family!

Love the torture! District Climb is the best, intense, efficient, effective 30 minute workout! I travel from Plano every Sunday for the torture! All the staff are great & so supportive! Tamara & Oliver are great!!

This class is so challenging but fun. 30 mins flies by but you leave knowing you got an awesome workout. Go to Olivers class...he is amazing.
Love this place! Beta Climb is a really good workout in only 30 minutes, you dont get the pounding/impact like running, the facility is nice, and Brandy was great!

As a man, I was looking for a male friendly weekly fitness regine to add to the heavy free weights that could give me a fun and intense cardio workout. I also need to fine tune the muscles that free weights miss. I feel like the District Climb will do that. The choice of music, the lighting, the energetic motivation of the coach and the 30 min time was the perfect combo for a overall great workout experience.
