I love exhale!!! I have been going there for barre classes weekly, and the changes I’ve witnessed in my body are amazing. Natasha Magee is such a good teacher, and she pushes you to want to work for it. The results are undeniable . For massage Debbie Ides is amazing . So good!

I double-checked which massage would be deepest. I was assured deep-tissue would be great. I had a specific muscle know I wanted worked on. Made it clear to all involved. In short, this was the lightest massage I have ever received. It didnt even tough my muscle know that I can easily get to with a ball or foam roller. Waste of good money

Poor experience recently. I booked as a surprise for my fiance and specifically asked them not to send her any confirmations. They verbally let me know they could accommodate that request, however they emailed her a confirmation and spoiled the surprise. We came an hour early to use the steam room which was one of the reasons why we booked and the womens steam room was out of order and it was clear that it has been out of order for some time and there seemed to be no care by the staff to let customers know about this issue before booking or to fix the issue. The showers also had plumbing issues and maintenance issues (water temp, drainage, etc) in both the mens and womens areas (which I had also noticed when I came last year). Ill be considering other places to take our business.The masseuses were great, however!

Ive been a mind body member with Exhale since August, 2015. Their signature class, Core Fusion Barre is what brought me to Exhale. In addition to Barre, they also have: Boot Camp, Extreme, Cardio, and express versions of each. The Core Fusion classes are life-changing. The Yoga classes are just as transformative, and their Chill Yoga class is complimentary to all the Core Fusion Classes; its a yin yoga. All the teachers are super friendly, personable, and know what theyre doing. You wont be disappointed.

Great place to unwind and relax. Great massages and atmosphere.

I’ve never had anything stolen from me until my friend noticed the “manager” Briana W stealing my clothes from my locker. I will never trust anyone from this salon who hires uneducated females. How disgusting of a salon to hire unemployeeable people. Extremely disappointed in the way this salon and the “manager” are “upheld” too...............

My husband surprised me with a spa day: massage, facial and mani/pedi. The massage and facial were awesome!!I was dissatisfied with Niko for my pedicure. I did not understand her a few times with her heavier accent and she gave me an eye roll. She asked throughout the services if I was satisfied with her work, I always glanced and said yes. However, upon closer inspection after I left, I noticed that she trimmed two of my toenails more deeply on one corner and the nails were not level.Finally, I was surprised that the manicurists spoke to each other in another language in front of customers.I expect these things in a strip mall but not in an upper end salon.

Very please with my experience here. Friendly and would go again.
