Been a member at this gym for over a year now. All the equipment is brand new and the staff members are friendly and helpful. Everything is always clean and it’s not super busy when I’m there (5:00am-6:30am). Parking hasn’t been an issue for me since I use the garage ($25/month). There is limited street parking available and you have to pay for it after 7:00am I believe. AT&T security guards are constantly patrolling the area so I’ve never felt unsafe. It’s definitely not the largest gym in Dallas but for $50/month I have no complaints.

I joined Cowboys Fit a few months ago, and after working out by myself for some time, I decided to get help from a personal trainer. Corey filled that role impeccably from day 1. He focused on not only helping me work toward my fitness goals in the short term but also my workout education for the long term. He has a knack for pushing you to new limits to achieve your fitness goals. The gym itself is wonderful and the best I have seen so far. The equipment is brand new and eclectic, the staff is friendly, and the sauna and showers are well maintained. Would highly recommend!

Cowboys Fit is an awesome gym!!! They have every strength training machine I need and it’s super spacious. The locker rooms are extremely nice and the sauna is a great addition as well. Jasmine and Don were extremely helpful and welcoming. I’m visiting Dallas from Miami and they made me feel at home. I was extremely happy with my work out experience today. :)

This is one of the best gyms I have been to! What you get for the value is unattainable!!!! I have had trainers while living in SF, NYC, London, Portland and Austin, Corey at cowboy for is far and away the best I have ever had. Is attentiveness, attention to detail, the way he hold you accountable while coaching you up is nothing I have every had before. He’s the main reason show up daily, thank you Corey, thank you cowboy for Dallas!!!!

At first, I loved this gym... its clean & never busy. I am very athletic & struggle to find gyms where people leave me alone. For several months, I enjoyed coming here to use the great equipment. Last weekend, one of the trainers sent me a message... now, this is weird because I didnt give him my contact information (let alone my full name), so this means he went into the computer system and took my info out of my membership file... talk about violating a persons privacy! My address & CC information is in my file! He messaged me at first asking if Id like to workout & I replied, naïvely, because I thought thats what he wanted... but within a few minutes he admitted that he just wanted to hook up and I was appalled. Im not sure where anyone gets off thinking its ok to talk to women like that. I have since signed my membership cancelation papers.Hopefully theyll fire this person and do a better job of making sure that in the future, members privacy is respected.

Probably the best gym Ive ever been a member of. Very clean and new equipment plus every piece of equipment you would need, friendly staff, nice locker rooms with cool combination locks so you dont need to bring your own, doesnt get unbearably crowded, and perfect location if you live downtown. The only two flaws are 1) the hours, which for what its worth the staff knows theyre not great and says theyre trying to lengthen them, and 2) gotta deal with all these Cowboys logos everywhere....... Go Giants

🙄🙄 Just had my time wasted. Devin from Cowboysfit blowing up my phone to come try the gym again. I get to the gym in my workout closes and he says “alright let’s get ya signed up!” In true salesperson fashion 😂We talk through it, and the conclusion was that for me to work out, I had to either sign up for the $50 membership, or pay $20 for a one day pass.CowboysFit is a very nice gym, but that was a bad experience!

I’ve been a member here for the last 3 months, and it’s been by and far the best gym I’ve been to in a long time. Especially for the price value, it feels like a luxury gym you’d pay $100+ for anywhere else. Staff is all awesome, brand new equipment, and very clean (locker room, sauna, and showers especially). They also have top notch equipment you don’t always find at most places, from TRX bands, sleds, bands, and a few other little things that make a difference in addition to the usual. They also do month to month which is awesome bc I was only in town for the summer so that was great, bc I was able to cancel with no issues when I moved.

I came in for this light workout. It became a all out fight with the weights lol I love this place nice clean the ppl who work here are cool. Come check them out

Expansive, new facility that is well-maintained. Much better experience now you can add-on monthly parking in the adjacent garage for only $25.

I went today 11/02/2021 at noon and it was close... I guess for the weather but at least give us a message that the facility will be closed. It will be the same all weekend? Should I will get some of refund for this days that I cant used the gym? Thanks

This is the place to workout in Downtown Dallas. Employees are very attentive and helpful. They practice all Covid safe protocols. Go see beautiful Amanda for a membership or a tour. She will get you fit.

This company operates illegal business practices and it was reported to BBB and I will be forced to take them to court, i have never in my life been on this place or call them but i found out the were charging my cc for several months and wont stop, they are harassing me when I told them multiple times Im not a cx or using their services. Stay away.

I love this place, fresh turf, heavy bags, squat racks and plenty of space. Its just one of those gyms that have everything you need and you always enjoy going to.
