Great wash out bay & staff

They are great at what they do. Always come here for a wash. Wait times may be long sometimes, but always worth it.

2 washout bays make it easier to just get in and out. The wash line is usually super long though. They do a thorough job on the truck and trailer be sure to let them know the key points you want done. Great staff all very friendly.

There are no washout only bays open during the night. Waited in full service wash line behind 4 others getting full washes.Night drivers cant catch a break when it comes to an open restaurant serving a halfway decent meal, parking to eat, rest an hour or shower and a timely washout at one of very few Blue Beacons that have washout only bays.

Excellent spot for washout. 2 dedicated bays. Long wait for truck washes.

Not very happy to find out there are two dedicated trailer washout bays and only a single truck wash bay. I cant imagine Im going to get as good a wash when they are having to rush trucks through to get to the next truck.

Washout bays were closed, but they ran us through pretty quickly. Wish their app mentioned washout bays closed at night.

I was a bit shocked of the price of $5.38 per minute, yes per minute to remove the caked on snow & ice before they could was it. Of course I paid it because I hate my truck being dirty!Came back for a 2nd wash & I should have gone to the location on the frontage road because they have 2 fully equipped bays, but I was headed east bound & didnt want to track back wards. However, this location only has 1 Bay to wash trucks & 2 to for only trailer wash outs, which absolutely makes no sense at all! You better have time on your clock!

This place is a con trap for truck owners. I drove my truck 8hrs from Missouri and nothing happened to my vehicle but got my side mirror knocked off with their wand, it fell and shattered only for the manager to lie to me and laugh at me on the phone.What a waste of time. Dont wait till it happens to you. They cant be trusted.

I guess they dont run the washout bays at 4am? If Id known, I would have gone to the other location, since it rarely has this much traffic at this hour. Seems odd to keep those bays closed, since the majority of trucks in this line are here for a washout.

They were really slow I spent 6.5 hours waiting and I was only the 5th truck back really not impressed

The whole trailer came out dirty after they sprayed it with water and soap. In my 8 years of experience, I never left a Blue Beacon truck wash so dirty.

They took 98 dollars for truck and frame, look how they wash tractor frame, i went bobtail ..unsatisfied

Pulled right up to the washout lane with no wait. About 10 minutes later, I had a very clean trailer. Courteous staff as well

I’ll never stop here again 2 flipping hours and still haven’t made into wash bay they have two wash out bays that aren’t being used and five people standing around doing nothing lines all the way to the street! Use the trailer wash out bays to wash trucks when it gets this damn busy!

Blue Beacon employees were goofing around the outside, & looking under the hoods of their cars. I was told that it would be a 10min.wash, By the manager. I was truck number 11 in line. I waited 2:45min. Before I got a wash. & It took aditional 15min. to finish the wash. It shouldnt take so long with 8 people washing at the same time. 🙄

Not too busy today, total time from arrival (3 trucks ahead of me) was 1 hr 22 minutes. The crew was very friendly and courteous. They did s great job

They did a great job but lone was incredibly too long. They need more than 1 wash bay bad. Turn one of the wash out bays into a bobtail wash.

Didnt really get all the dirt off the truck, more worried about the trucks lined up behind us. For 100.00 you guys need to step up your game plan to really clean peoples truck and trailers.

Only downside is the Washout bays close at 2200. So its a very long wait just for a washout at night when theres only 2-4 people working. The lines always seem to be longer at night do to skeleton crew.

It was fine.The weather was atrocious and the crew did as well as they could I needed a washout so I just went ahead and had them clean everything.The state of Texas should be ashamed of itself the roads were a joke.

The service and the crew are the worst! After almost spending $75.00 getting my truck and trailer washed and a washout still came to leave with my truck dirty, and then someone from management comes out to fix it with a bottle of windex and a towel and to make worse he was very sloppy cleaning all the mistakes made to my truck which I had to do myself until it was done at my satisfaction. And the staff can’t even spell right Cherokee National! Never coming here again. Very disappointed blue beacon!! 😡😡😡😡😡

I brought my RV here for first time and it was a great experience. The crew did a good job and although waiting in line for a bit (midmorning busy time) the wash itself was very quick. You cant beat the price. Ill be back.

Got there at 2:00 in the morning with 4 trucks in front of me, left a 4:30. So about half hour per truck, plan accordingly.

2 dedicated washout bays, this place can get pretty busy.. I got lucky 6:15 am on a Tues no line.

Cant figure out how to open the wash bay doors. You had one job. Shm. Lol. I remember my first day. Thank goodness for company drivers or this place would fail. Convenience, not quality or professionalism.

Have only truck wash bay open only and no trailer washout bay open. They need to have one open if truckers need just a washout. I told them and they say Blue Beacon will not allow it at nite. I only takes 1 person to do a washout not 7 guys!!! They need to have at least one open so drivers can get a washout and go so they are not late for there appointment

One wash bay and 2 washout bays. The line for wash bay is all the way onto the street. Not 1 single truck using either washout bay... Pretty stupid, it should be 2 wash bays and 1 washout bay... Ill never come back here.

2 washout bays both closed at 10:00 pm! I had to back out of their driveway. 7 trucks in line for truck wash. 1 wash bay.

Hours say 24 hours but trailer washouts dont open until 6 a.m. should be somebody to do trailer washouts 24/7 if youre hours say 24/7

All I can say is wow, driver work to hard to get some bad service like this today. I forgot the young man who had to rewash the left side of my truck again now he was good but the rest of those guys were terrible at what they do. I want to go back and have them rewash the entire truck again but Im tried and I need some sleep. Drivers just go to the other truck wash beside Schneider transportation, you get better service there.
