Took my friends car to get a full detail and I honestly expected more. When I picked it up the car looked really good I even looked at the seats and they were cleaned well. It was raining so I rushed to get into the car. After getting in I noticed the middle console looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all. Expected a little more for the price.

I find these to be some of the most hard working and dedicated group of people💎! They made my 20 year old SUV sparkle like its still in its prime! lol. Shampoo, detail and wheel detail is what we got. Prices very reasonable. Only wish we had more to pay them for working in this Texas heat🥵.The attitude of everyone was so great. Really. And the waiting area is comfy, creative and low key- classy. Its rare these days to find people who run a business with complete pride and integrity! Thank God for these guys. Till later

Picked it up a half hour ago. Paid $130 for a van detail. Interior was vacuumed, but dash still dirty. Tires not treated and rims not touched/still had grime all over them. Had it for three hours. Called ahead to make sure it was ready, stated yes. Waited another 30 minutes when I got there because it still wasn’t finished. Photos of what I have removed myself from the dash and tires so far. Would never recommend this place.

It was a great wash! I brought one car to try them out for the basic interior and exterior wash, and the owner was very honest. He did not try to upswell me on a higher package based on how clean the car was. He also asked before adding any fragrance, which I appreciated. The wash came out so well that I went home and brought another car for just the outside wash. Great job and highly recommend!

I will never recommend this place!260$ for a detail for 2 cars and feel like NOTHING was done in our cars, I really can’t tell what they did, still dirty, and for 4 hours I expected More!! I was excited to see my new car all cleaned and good smell, I’m very Disappointed.

I want to thank the crew at Best Stop Car Wash. My SUV was a mess after coming back from a road trip and they detailed it so good i could not believe it. I will be coming back for more cleaning.Thanks guys

Hands down the best detail experience Ive ever had. I just recently moved to Texas, and this is the first time Ive had to get my car detailed here. Rode past the location multiple times and finally decided to stop in. The customer service is amazing, price was phenomenal, and the work is top-notch. They are the only people I trust to service my car.

Took my SUV that my daughter threw up in and had a bad smell. The team not only cleaned it up well they also got it looking awesome and the smell was gone. I will definitely be going back thanks Val and Team.

Paid $150 + $30 tip for something I could have done at home in 30 mins. Dirt in the cup holders, not vacuumed in many places, dust on the speedo glass … you get the picture. Save your money or take it to some place that actually cares about providing a quality service. On a positive note, they were friendly, for what that’s worth.

Guys were awesome! They honestly did a great job washing the exterior of the car and a great job vacuuming and wiping down the interior as well! I’d say it’s a great bang for your buck! I will say one thing... don’t expect to be here for 30 minutes especially if they are busy, I was here for about 1-2 hours. The wait time was definitely worth it!

They are so nice they took absolutely everything out and they waiting area and restroom is so clean a coke machine with cable this is the best service I every had I will never go any place else they ask before they removed and the price is so reasonable I love it

This was my first time here I came because I friend of mine said they do a good job but I seat out side and seen a teenager text in the back of my car for 7 mins doing nothing I paid 160 for a auto detail this just disappointing

Took my truck for a wash after a long road trip. I asked for the $75 muddy truck wash since there was a lot of bugs and dirt from the trip. I was disappointed to get the truck back with bug splatter still on the windshield and the interior had not been vacuumed correctly. The area between the front seats and the middle console had not been touched. The tires were also still covered in dirt in spots once the vehicle fully dried.

Waited for 2 hours for hand wash, only one person worked while roamed around. 2 cars ahead of me both owners complained about port cleaning. Gave up for better service elsewhere

Great work but not thorough. Took my car to have the engine degreased but they didnt take my engine cover off. Not to mention I had to ask them to clean the undercarriage. And it cost 45 bucks.

Great experience getting my car detailed here. They were very kind, did an excellent job for a great price, and finished in great time. Will definitely return next time!

They didnt wash it so well inside, I paid to also wash the engine and they broke a hose that I had to buy and send to be put in and apart they are deaf mute, they do not listen to you so if you want to communicate with them in any way it is very difficult
