Our office flooded on a Sunday while no one was around. We called Servpro and within hours they were onsite working. Things were handled quickly and professionally. I was very impressed with the amount of technology they had with them each check-in. There was no guessing if we still had moisture or water damage, they had machines showing we still did. The was a fire in my condo building and my unit suffered from smoke smell/damage. Shane went above and beyond in every aspect of the job. They got to work on my unit faster than the unit across the hall from mine - that actually had the fire and was using a different company. Extremely professional, punctual and let me know what they were doing and why every step of the way. They will be my first call if I ever need damage control again. I cannot say enough great things about them.

This SERVPRO team was incredible for us. We had a water leak behind the tub in our bathroom, and the guys were out as soon as I called them. A few days later, no sign of moisture anywhere near where the leak happened. I would 100% recommend these guys!

My washing machine backed up and turned out it was flooding water into wall and under flooring. Shane was the tech that came out. Using his detectors, he was able to detect where there was water in walls and floor. He explained issue and showed where issue was and what needed be done. They removed damaged area and used equipment to dry and reduce further damage. Trust worthy, thorough, and would recommend to others.

Shane was very helpful with getting items we had damaged in a fire cleaned/restored. They were able to salvage pretty much everything and none of the cloths had any sort of smoke or fire smell. Very satisfied with everything

Shane of SERVPRO saved the day! With lots of rain we received overnight, our property overflowed and with more rain on the way. Shane was able to extract all the water. He was very professional, and punctual! I called at 2 he arrived by 4:30. I would highly recommend Shane with SERVPRO!!!

Tyler was great. Wore a mask and was conscience of distance the whole time whole still being friendly and warm. He was honest about the situation and very obviously was trying to help us solve the problem and not sell us a service.

SERVPRO did a great job of quickly coming and doing mold remediation! Very flexible and professional. Tyler and Shane did a fantastic job of keeping me in the loop and were really pleasant to work with.

Tyler showed up right on time as scheduled. He took a look at a mold issue we were having, did a moisture test and gave us his recommendations. He did not charge us a service charge and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend SERVPRO and will call them again if we have issues.

The gentlemen from ServPro were so polite and helpful. They bent over backwards to help in any way they could. They knew that insurance wasn’t paying for my issue, so they offered to tell my contractor how to do some of the remediation (that ServPro would otherwise have done) to help costs. I was so impressed (and so was my contractor) with how much guidance and help they were willing to give. They were exceedingly pleasant and polite the entire time.Thank you!Edited to add: unfortunately I have to update my review. 3 months after the time of the service, I receive an email from ServPro asking for $900 more. I find this unconscionable. They told me they would be paid directly by the insurance company. I called multiple times over a period of a month to make sure they received payment. I wanted to make sure they didn’t need any more money from me. The last time I called they said they haven’t received payment yet, but they talked to their headquarters. HQ said they would be paid directly by insurance. I asked again, are you sure you don’t need any more funds from me? They said they do not need any more money from me. Ok. Done deal. But not quite, because 2 months later (3 months after the time of service) I receive an email asking for almost $900. They seems like a terrible business practice and leaves me not trusting them at all. The service itself was good, the people delightful, but coming back 3 months later to ask for more money is terrible.

Im a real estate developer in Dallas. Theres no one else Ill ever use again other than Shane and his team. Really great staff - communicate very well, are very timely, and do what they say theyre going to do.

There is never a good time to have a leak, but during the holidays is especially bad! Between Christmas and New Year’s, I started showing signs of a leak in my living room. It started with water outside, moved into dampness under a window and then water seeping up from the flooring. I called ServPro SW Dallas, not only did they have same day availability, but they showed up on time and started work right away. They provided a clear plan to manage the existing water, had great recommendations for a plumber and a contractor to fix the damage. Shane and Kevin were very professional, made me feel at ease in a very stressful situation and showed up on time, every time! I feel like they went above and beyond. When it comes to working with contractors, these guys are one of the best!

This water damage restoration company in Dallas helped out my aunt and I wish to thank them. There was a huge flood over by the corner of Alaska and Georgia Avenue which destroyed my aunts property. Not only was there water damage but mold had set in.My aunt, who is deaf, had me look up some water damage restoration companies in Dallas. nobody answered the call except for this servpro in Dallas.From the operator on the phone to the technicians that arrived to start the damage cleanup...everyone was professional. My aunt Beverly was also worried about dealing with her property insurance, but this servpro in Dallas also helped her out.
