Worst experience ever with a tow truck company! Do NOT use these people!I had a car accident in Dallas and my rear tire had been wrecked so my car was undrivable. I called and was told that they would be there to tow my car in an hour (my car was blocking a lane of dallas traffic). Some how during a shift change they apparently did not dispatch the tow truck. I called after an hour to see where they were, at that time they told me it would be 20 minutes to get a truck out. By that time the police were there and waiting with me since my car was still blocking traffic and undrivable. After 40 minutes I called again. This time I was told it would be between 15-20 minutes for the truck to be there. Shortly after I received a call from the tow truck driver to let me know that he had just been dispatched and would be there in 20 minutes. He showed up in roughly 20 minutes. Loaded the car quickly and asked where I was sending it.When I got home I get an angry call from the tow truck driver that I didnt pay for the tow! No one had asked for payment and I didnt ask anyone to take the payment...Afterward an office dispatch calls me to take payment. When I asked what happened and that I had a horrible experience they waived $15 of the $125 to go 5 miles. (The dispatch office is listed as .3 miles from where I was located)Do NOT even bother with this company!

Very shady service. Currently is 1 hour and 50 minutes late with two trucks “dispatched” and no one here. Then they tell me that the trucks were actually tied up. Then why did you tell me they were dispatched? Oh and can I get a refund? No. No you can’t. All they can offer is a reschedule so that this can probably happen again. Go straight to the source for tow truck service and don’t use this blood sucking leach consolidation company.

Absolutely terrible. Took them over an hour and a half to get my information in their system correctly then took another hour to dispatch a driver. Spent more than too much to have my truck towed 2 miles and I had to wait 3 and a half hours just for the tow on the side of the highway in a construction zone at that

I have never been involved in a more unprofessional business transaction in my life. I called for a tow at 10 AM on a saturday. It was not until multiple calls that at 4pm. I received a text message from the vendor, that a driver was 40 mins away. As the location where my car was now closed. I cancelled the tow. And was told I would be receiving a full refund. I was unable to obtain a clear picture of how and why the ball was dropped. As computer system only allow internal emails. That was now a week and a half ago. I have now called the 214 number twice during business hours. But no one in the billing department has been available. I was told they will call me back but have yet to receive a call. I cannot wait on hold because there policy is only wait for 15 seconds. They are only getting one star because zero is not possible. If you call a tow company that use this third party service. TRY SOMEONE ELSE.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star if possible called to be pulled out of a ditch paid just for them to say they cant come out. This was back in August its now October still no refund and when I call they just take my information and dont call me back shady 👎
