Phew, what a day. After waiting over 4 hours for another local tow truck company that, after finally arriving, said to me, They didnt tell me it was a motorcycle and drove off, I called JX Towing and they arrived in 25 minutes. Very polite and didnt have to arrange for a ride home for myself. JX Towing made a horrible day a bit more bearable. Glad to know there are honest tow truck drivers out there.

He delivered the car their so fast that the mechanic had me READY to ride in an hour‼️

Very polite overall. They were very prompt in texting me back and keeping me updated with my vehicle. I called from out of town and asked for them to go pick up a vehicle I bought online ...very affordable storage fees. Upon arrival to pick my vehicle up they were not in any rush to get me out of their property and allowed me to hook it on my trailer at my own pace. Will definitely be giving them more of my business. 100%

Car thiefs unlicensed! Report them to the TDLR also Sure Storage.... that is where the cars are being taken your regular storage facility. I suggest that they get the Mercedes back to the place that they got it from because we will continue to call news teams and everything else until that car comes back to where you took it from and you know where it was at the Villa and all in one piece not like the U-Haul that you took before

This is our second time using there service, we are satisfied they arrived before the time frame they gave us.

I rarely give bad reviews and hesitated to give this one. Honestly would probably bump it to 3 stars if they just answered the phone. He said it would be 35min. At about 45 minutes I began calling, probably called 10 times with no response. Tried texting the number, no response. Nearly 2 hrs later (still sitting on the side of the road trying to entertain a small child) we are being picked up by another service. He still hasnt called back or responded. I guess he will figure out that we are gone when he gets here.
