Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I got there before 12 a.m and they refused to release my car to m because the employee simply did not want to do her job. Lady working window had the worst attitude and zero professionalism. We had to call the police for them to help me complete the transaction and get my car released to me. This company needs to be completely shut down and not be allowed to do business anywhere ever again. Any company that allows them to tow from there lot needs to be fined.

This tow company needs to be put out of business and I am going to do everything in my power to see to it that they are. Towed my vehicle (with a Disabled Veteran tag and a U-haul trailer attached, less than 20 minutes after I parked. The driver claimed that the end of the trailer was over the fire lane line, which I know it was not. Charged me $299.00 for the vehicle and $299.00 for the trailer. This is one of the biggest money scams ever and I plan to sue their behinds until they close. I see why one of their drivers almost got the (bat) beatdown for attempting to tow a vehicle of a tenant moving in. Oh if youre considering moving into the Legacy of Cedar Hill, dont do it. It has become the worst place in Cedar Hill to live.

Ready to pay for the car. Took my employees car while working on the clock and the employee is being refused and not allowed to get his car back. If this is a business that runs 24 hours what gives them any right to refuse to do business and relinquish the employees car? Are you above the law? Are you the law? Get it together. Stealing cars isn’t legal. I respect how you make your money, don’t waste people’s time though. If you take a car, isn’t your goal to get your cash? Better customer service never hurt anyone.

What a nightmare. In a two hour limit spot, came back within 1 hour to actually see the tow truck with my car, flagged him down, and he demanded I had to pay for him to drop my car (100 yards from where I was parked initially). Seriously, someone needs to handle this company. Straight garbage

Very frustrated with the operations of this place! While in the process of moving, car was towed from in front stairwell! Tow guy closed my door, latched seatbelt and completely disregarded the moving boxes, clothes and TV inside vehicle!!! Very frustrating to have to pay to release the car when we were only moving! Is it because it wasnt a u haul truck we werent moving! #angry #frustratedcustomer

Thieves! They come around almost everyday trying to find cars to tow. I have witnessed them looking at my new jeep each time so they know that I am legally parked in my carport. I have the correct sticker and parking pass. In fact, I witnessed them getting out the tow truck this past Monday and again looking at my vehicle. Well guess what? They towed my vehicle before 4:00 a.m. today. I soon learned that they dont open until 8:00 a.m. so now I had to be late for work. Of course the lone worker was late getting there and didnt arrive until 8:45 a.m. Apparently, I forgot to hang my parking pass even though I could have sworn that I did. Long story short, I had to pay $319 to get my jeep back. There were no complete rates listed that explain this exorbitant cost. However, the best part is that I contacted my management office and they are now suspending their contract with this company and are going to find a more reputable towing service. Karma!

I must say I am satisfied with the service that Cars Recovery offers. They can change and adapt quickly to new contract guidelines and policies. They have proven that they are interested in good business by making accommodations as best as possible when possible. Taylor is our representative and has always been very helpful and offered great customer service.

They are thieves!!! Aside from over charging they broke in my car and stole my USED REUSABLE FACEMASK!! I was parked outside my sisters house when I got towed and forgot to locked my door. I had just used my mask and left it on the passenger seat. When I got my car back it was gone! I know for a fact it was them because I know all the neighbors around there! I was Robbed by them took money out of my wallet, my bluetooth headphones

Went to visit my family for 20 minutes and walk out and car was tow by them also guy handed my ID and Insurance paper to the wrong person. Not just that but he told me it will be $198 and than change his mind and said sorry it will be $298 and l got the car not even 40 minutes after it got towed, they are extremely disrespectful, someone need to shut this place down! They’re quick to tow. But not so quick at giving you your car back. If I could give them less than one star I would.

Called for a tow, they never showed, called to see what happened, was told by three different people, they would take care of it and send a tow truck, the complex manager even called twice and they still were a no-show. 24 hours later I called again and of course, we were placed on hold and they never returned to the line, after 20 minutes I hung up and we are still waiting on their tow service. Very unprofessional in my opinion. They finally came that afternoon of the 2nd day and removed the vehicle, and wouldnt luck have it, I had to call them for a second car. The driver was very courteous, called before he arrived and removed the car quickly. He was very professional.

Terrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. Credit card machine conveniently not working and required cash only after 3 hours of waiting. Inconsistent billing and rates. I would require photo documentation of illegal parking before paying any fees! Overall C.A.R.S auto storage are dishonest crooks who will take advantage of you anyway possible!!

This company is a complete scam artist how do you tow my car at 1230am but you are close at 12am so when I call I have to wait another day just to get my car. I still dont understand how it cost me 300 bucks, the police pound dont charge that much.

My 2013 GMC Terrain was towed on 10/05/2018 just drover here to Texas the same day horn on my vehicle was working fine before it was towed but the horn was not working when I picked it up from C.A.R.S. ask what was disconnected on the horn was told they did not disonnet anything. Diagnotice say that the alarm system was disabled C.A.R.S. will not tell me how they disarmed my alarm system.

The inital ph call was very unprofessional, but they did get the job done in a timely manner, while waiting on the tow truck, they kept us informed on the eta of arrival. The dvr was very polite, Cars require the cust. to use cash app or cash for payment. I informed the dispatcher that i didnt have the app nor do i have cash, he towed my car & allowed me to go get cash frm the atm! Thanks Cars... job well done

Towed my car soon as my brother stepped out and walked my kids to the door. We called and they were very disrespectful. Told me he wasn’t giving me my car until the next day. Paid 300.00 I ask for my change and he stated he don’t have change, forged my signature, when I text him about it, he called and harassed me. I have documentation! I’m so happy people like this are DUMB!! Worst Tow place ever! Come to the window on their time, They tried to take another one of my cars because they thought it was inoperable because I have three cars, the office manager made them turn it around after she told them to not touch it . Worst customer service! Called in for a tow and was unprofessional and hung up the phone before I finished speaking to the gentleman. I called back and no answer. Called again for ETA and he didn’t have a response so I cancelled the tow. Don’t call here for help.

This towing truck company tried to tow my car and they left my bumper with a dent and scratches even though I have my parking permit from the way apartments complex.this towing truck company is very unprofessional.

They destroyed the inside of my car, also they take forever to get a copy from your insurance. I arrived at 6pm and when they gave me my car back it was 9:30 pm. The lady in the office sent the adress to a wrong number and when she finally sent it to me she sent the wrong adress.

Call this company if you need a tow to NEVER SHOW UP OR ANSWER THE PHONE

The car they sold me broke down within a week and a half he had to come and tow it and he charged me for towing and fixing it and he told me if I dont pay he would sell it to someone else ... and this is after I did a trade-in and a $1,200 deposit
