I had a blow out on my steer tires yesterday and was on the side for hours in a dangerous spot. I called Arnold and he came within 1 hour and got the job done without hesitation. Can’t say enough about how great Dallas Towing and Recovery was! We were close to their business, they told us they would be there in 15 minutes, and they were there in 5 minutes. That was after waiting for another client for over 2 hours.... Juan Carlos was professional and very nice to do business with and talk to. Will definitely call them again if there’s another need.

I had to get towed yesterday and Their driver slammed my drive shaft when he put it down and completely dented my deck plate. I professionally asked the owner to reimburse me for damages since it could have been avoided. He told me that he wasnt going to pay me anything and to just bend it with a hammer. Then told me to call someone else since I called for a tow and even agreed to discount the cost to replace it from tow. Very rude and unprofessional owner. Be advised

I am so happy and proud to say that not only was Dallas Towing and Recovery professional, prompt and courteous!!!! They went above the call of duty by getting my husband, a truck driver, to a hotel to safely rest through the night while his truck was in the shop. My company truck and trailer got stuck in the mud when I went to drop off the trailer for a soccer tournament. Juan Carlos came out and helped us get both out of the mud and parked the trailer and helped unhooked it. He was so friendly and helpful. BSW rehab will be using this company again.

Saturday morning broke down in Dallas, TX. Getting someone to answer a phone call is challenging and to get good service it hopefull. Especially with so many crooks trying to abuse you at your time of need. It was refreshing to actually get service to be professional, on time and with decent normal towing prices. They were good to our driver, quick and if we are ever in need again for towing services in Dallas, TX area, they will be our first call from now on.

They towed my vehicle despite the fact I registered my vehicle with my apartments, and had been parked not driving my vehicle for 3+ months because we recently purchased a new truck. Perla the receptionist who answered was not helpful at all, did not know anything besides what time my car was towed and couldn’t provide any more information with a poor attitude. I asked for her last name she declined, I asked for the owner of the company and whomever emails address she would not provide. My vehicle was wrongfully towed and I have things I need to do just like everybody else.
