After trying to depend on my roadside assistance with my insurance since we were out of state and did not have anyone to call to help at 11 pm at night and them letting me down drastically we called 360 towing and they arrived in less than 20 minutes. They were friendly and very fast. I would highly recommend.

The two gentlemen that helped me where very nice and patient with me. My first time using towing and they made my experience go by so smooth.

Took 3 hours for the tow to arrive while it was 95°F outside. I will never reach out for their services again.

If I could give no stars, I would. We have been in business for over 20 years. We work with many different towing companies and we have never had a tow truck driver treat us so rudely. He did not ask us where the vehicle needs to be left. The driver proceeds to unhook the vehicle right out front in our customer parking lot and when we noticed we went out to ask him to take it to our back lot, The driver tells us I dont have time, just put it in neutral and do it yourself. Isnt this what hes getting paid to do? I asked his name, contacted the company and while I was on the phone he left. He left a vehicle that does not shift into neutral. We could not move the vehicle which is why it was towed to us in the first place, so we could repair it. He was made to come back and tried himself to move it in neutral but could not. He had to hook it up to his truck again and bring it in our back lot. He wasted a lot of time in doing this when it all could have been prevented by doing his job correctly the first time around.

Please do not use them They are thieves. They will never give you the correct price. As soon as your car is loaded on the truck they will trick you into paying more money. They told me $89 to tow for a 5 mile distance. At the end i was charged $239. Do not use 360 towing service.They are fraudsters

BEWARE!! They tried to charge me for a $59 guarantee fee, plus an additional $65 - $95 depending on the tow truck diver?!?! Total scam!!! Im a woman but not a stupid woman. Nice try, though! I got my car towed for an even $80 with no cc needed upfront!!

This company was contracted out by AAA, which is who I called when I was stuck on the freeway last Friday. I was having a great day until I had an ugly flat approximately 5 minutes away from my job. Tore pretty much off the rim. Not to mention it was raining so now I was even more disgusted. Luckily there was a gas station nearby I pulled into and parked. I googled some towing places and came across 360 towing. They were amazing from the customer service to Joe the driver. Im happy again to know I had help. He was very professional and polite. I appreciated his help very much and I didnt have to wait long either. Joe is amazingly professional and I highly recommend this company if your ever in need.

Positive experience with the tow truck driver he was nice and professional. The price however is not what I feel reasonable. $55 just to make a call, $95 for a towing charge and $25 for labor. I was told on the phone that the towing charged was $65 - $95 but did not expect to be charged a maximum of $95. Person on the phone needs to just add up the total and be up front instead of just making it sound cheaper than other towing companies. Total bill was $202 for my car to be towed 9 miles to my house.

Expensive. $89 for the tow, $75 to hookup my vehicle and a mysterious $25 charge for extra labor to move my car 2.1 miles. The driver was supposed to call to explain the extra labor, but never did. A $189 bill is outrageous.

Charge to much per mile. Plus $100 off top for them coming.

Showed up in 20 minutes! Amazing service would recommend to anyone who has a car lockout! If you ever need any service of that sort definitely recommend them!

These guys were AWESOME! The fuel pump in my truck went out while my wife was driving and I tried calling around for a tow. I called 2 companies who told me they couldnt tow my truck were I needed it! I called 360 and Sam came and pick me up with no problem. He came within minutes which was really great because it was hot and we were in a dangerous part of the hwy. I appreciate them for caring enough to help us!

As I was late to work, he made sure he dropped me and my car at my work on time. I highly recommend this Gentleman, if you call this company ask for Elijah ..he is the best out there. Got Ripped off! They say $55 for a service call and $3 a mile..... sound legit. But..... $75 once they get there to load your vehicle (no thats not included in the service call). They wont bring a flat bed, but will up charge you again to use old school tow truck straps and lights. Even though they picked the service vehicle to send. Then expect 2-3 more misc. charges for connections, labor, drop off. If you dispute and charges, instead of dis using they will say pay the charges, or pay the charges + impound fee. They also refuse to take your vehicle off the tow truck until you pay. Sound like they do this a lot.

I would never recommend them.. they quoted me a tow for $140 when they got my car there they wouldnt unload for less than $340.. saying they would impound it if I didnt pay... Nathan quoted me a price of $129.00 and he would require a card to secure it. I gave him my card number and waited for the driver to call. About 10 minutes later the driver calls and tells me he 45 minutes away. That is not now. the driver got there and loaded my car. He damaged the front spoiler with his cable. When we got to my destination the price was now $224.00 that had to be paid before he would unload it. I called Nathan back about the higher price now and his attitude was that he knows what hes doing is shady and he admitted that a lot of other people have complained and he doesnt care. When my car was unloaded I went to start it and the battery was dead. the driver had left the ignition on the whole time. Do not use this company. I will be reporting them to the state licensing department. The driver also said that Nathan is actually in Israel and not even in the US, another reason not to use them. They claim to be local.

Sam was extremely helpful in helping me physically move my stalled car in 100 degree heat to position it for tow truck loading. I must add that his skill in negotiating narrow spaces with his truck is superb. That saved me one more car pushing in a crowded parking lot.

Driver was kind and came quickly. He was accurate and did not add any extra fees...He did not try to cheat us like another company did. I will definitely use them again.thank you.

I just got a jump from 360 towing at 8pm when every other towing company told me an hour wait and over $180 just to come out 360 Towing made me feel confident and secure. Sam was great I will be using their service again!

Told me it was $59 + Towing charges. But i ended up paying $200 for unnecessary additional charges to tow my camry to a mechanic 4.2 miles away. Above all of this, I had to help them push the car out of the garage and help them tow my own car.

HORRIBLE!!!!! services. The dispatcher Javier told me at 8 am the driver would be right over within an hour.The only reason I went with 360 towing I was told by Javier -dispatcher- the driver would have arrived at the towing spot at 9am versus 10 am with the other tow company. Well the dispatcher kept call back extending the time and giving random excuses. Thereafter dispatcher would not answer my call when inquiry about the tardiness.When calling again I spoke with the tow truck driver Sam. He told me he recently received notification of my services.What is the kicker I was charged $55 dollar service charge at 11:13 one hour prior to the tow driver arrival.. The driver did not show up until noon. Thereafter I was charged an additional $75 for the towing and $4 per mile to dropping my car off at 1224 pm.Really an additional $55 service charge. I will not ever recommend this company to anyone. The customer services and communication skills with their employee is AWFUL!!!!The only reason I gave this company 1 star because my comment would not post.

My tech was so amazing!

Told me one price and charged me $45 more than what they quoted me. Plus they tore up my yard pulling the car out. And said I had to eat the cost of them doing that. So make sure you get a precise total before you give them your cc information.

They were very misleading with the price. Ended up having to pay $165 to get my car towed 3 min from where my car was parked. I paid $89 for just the service call, plus 75 for the actual tow truck company that came out. Do NOT use this service!Its a scam!

I told them that I needed to be towed 25 miles, and after they reviewed the estimated pricing with me, I said so the total cost should be in the $120 to $140 range, right? and the response was Right and they proceeded to charge me $214 after I waited 45 minutes for the tow truck to get there.

This company is criminal but protected by state law to do things that are unfair and unjust. They work with a apartment complex that has no stated visitors parking lot signs and they drive around and tow cars just to basically steal money from the poeple who live in these apartments. By far one of the worst scams in Texas.

So I called this place and the guys seem very friendly and nice at first but he did not tell me about all the hidden fees that were going to be charged to my card and he also told me that it was going to take 15 to 20 minutes for the towing truck to get to me I called at 8:00pm and we were not even through towing until like 11:30 pm but the driver was very nice and very professional and he went above and beyond so I did like that about the company but about the hitting fees that were not actually explain to me or even told to me I just felt like that was just very false advertising I would never use this company again! I amSo dissatisfied with the lies the person on the phone did not explain any of the fees.. and I think I am going to report this to the better business bureau that’s how pissed I am!

Customer beware! 360 towing will tell you at dispatch center that there is an $89.00 fee to make the call plus $35-75 charge to make a local tow. My tow was 1 1/2 miles. The dispatch guy acted like it would be $35 (+$89 call fee) if it’s easy access and then after you see the tow truck driver and have already been charged 89 to have the guy come out, you find out the standard base rate for a car is $75. They apologize for “the misunderstanding” and then they head down the road to screw the next customer. Be warned... standard tow for a car is $75 + $89, no matter what the dispatch guy says.
