On Time Experts was everything we hoped for & more. After seeing Randys commercials, we decided he seemed like a genuine guy & made the decision to use his company...& were glad we did. The initial call was with Shannon, who explained the process in a friendly, efficient way. We were then assigned Michael, the service rep that came to us that same day. A special thank you to him for his outstanding service! I wish every company was like this one. Anyone thinking about starting a company should use Randys format because it works!!

We used on time experts to solve a leak in our AC unit which was leaking onto the floor and surrounding rooms. When I initially called, I was told there was a diagnostic fee but this would be waived if I agreed to use the suggested services from the technician. The first technician provided us with a diagnosis & service suggestions to help solve the issue. We decided to go with one service but not another and we were still charged the diagnostic fee. When I inquired based off what I was told on the phone, the technician said that was up to their discretion & since I didn’t agree to all recommended repairs, I would be charged the fee. That was fine since they solved the issue. However, a month later our floors are flooded again and this time after speaking with a manager, they did waive the diagnostic fee but we were now told the issue was not solved and it was an issue with a different pipe so we would have to receive services to that and charged an additional $250 on top of what we paid initially (around $450). I also asked 2 different employees about the “on time” appointment guarantee (per their website) as the technician was unable to arrive during the scheduled time frame. I was told that this time was just a “place holder” and not guaranteed by one employee & that this guarantee is an old policy by another employee. This guarantee is still listed on their website. I am giving 2 stars because the manager did waive the diagnostic fee the second time (especially since the first time the diagnosis was incorrect) & the second technician was incredibly helpful and tried his best to help us understand the issues going on. I wouldn’t recommend using a company who does not stand behind guarantees such as “on time services” and “making sure issues are solved” which might be true if you’re willing to spend money every time the issue isn’t solved.

Rick and Chris did an excellent job. Our Gas was turned off a week due to a very small leak which was barely noticeable to the gas company’s compression gauge. So we didn’t have any hot water. I had engaged another plumbing company which couldn’t address the problem until mid week but I was willing to give them the work, except they broke the appointment, and gave excuses and the prices appeared to increase with the excuses. My wife and I were tired of waiting and taking cold showers. I went online and found On Time Experts I called them and explained the problem and they said they could come out the same day. They found the leak in about an hour. These guys are very professional and I felt like they were not going to nickel and dime me for a lot of extra stuff. I am going to use this company again and I plan to share with family and friends just how pleased we are.09/25/21 - I have nothing but good things to say about On-Time plumbing. They go the extra mile with experience and professionalism. I have used this company several times at our homestead and recently I used them at a rental property we own. I highly recommend this company for doing a good job and always putting the customer first.

My heroes were Collin and Rick. Collin was very honest, told me my choices without trying to upsell me. Work was really tough. Digging under house, trying to break up a solid block and replacing 50 year old pipes. Definitely will depend on Collin for any possible future problems. Great job.

Amazing service. All of the way from the initial visit to diagnose what was wrong with my old AC unit (old unit stopped working on 8/20), but through selecting replacement units (Thank you Matthew). A downed system in the middle of summer is terrible. Install of first new unit started on 8/23! Second unit installed on 8/24. Roberto was great with answering any questions I had as well as showing me what all the new equipment was.Everything that they did was amazing. Highly recommend using them if you need AC work done!

Technician was on time, very professional, and polite. He was an outstanding young man. Answered any question that my husband ask. All On Time Experts employees that have come to our home from salesman to installers to inspectors have been great. I called the On Time Experts at night and they offered to come out the next day. I said sure and asked if they still had the guarantee about Same Day Service or its Free and they said if we do not come tomorrow you fall under the free service guarantee. They never showed up or called the next day. When I called they said they were real busy and had no idea when or if they will come that day. They asked to move me to the next day and said I now fall under Same Day Service or its Free since they failed to come out. I said no problem you can come tomorrow.So the 3rd day comes and goes and they never show up. When I talked to them they told me I no longer fall under the Same Day Service or its Free because it sounded like I did not need a repair, and instead needed to replace a part and said that falls under install. They then also said Our tech wont have time to pick up the part you need and also the tech wont install the part if you buy it, but we can still come out tomorrow if you like.Had they came tomorrow (which would have been Day 4) they would not have been able to do anything since they said they wont bring the part I need and also wont let me buy the part. I told them forget it and went with another company.

This was my first time using this business. Everyone I spoke with from making the appointment to the end of the appointment was very professional. My home was not cooling properly. Technicians in the past would just look to see if the filter needed changing and then charge my system up and leave. Tucker very thoroughly looked at my system, provided me with videos and pictures of what he saw what was in need of replacing. He really took his time to explain the issues and how my air conditioner was not performing properly. Even as hot as it was in my house and attic, he took the time to show me the issues when I asked. I was very impressed by the service I received. Im big on great customer service and this company has trained their staff well. Thank you!

Great company. They came out on a Sunday evening (holiday weekend) when I couldn’t get anybody else to show. Same service charge as others (no premium for holiday/weekend). They may not always be the cheapest and sometimes they do run a little late (it’s summer in Texas so they’re kinda busy 😉) but they have never let me down. They’ll work with you on service times and have even shown up when other companies have gone home for the day. So far all the techs have been super nice and extremely respectful and I would, and have, recommended them to several people.

I was told Zi would get 24 month’s of free monthly service. But I did not. I was charged in August. I called and they were to check and calm me back. No call back .

AC worked on too many times over the years. Finally issues taken care of and could not be happier. Jose, technician, was absolutely best at explaining what was going on than any other tech over the past 10 years. Knowing system inside and out, I have never had so much faith and knew I was in great hands. With every question I had, he could not have done a better job explaining it to me. I had On Time Experts out for an HVAC checkup. Marques, the technician arrived well within his time window, and was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He walked me through everything he was doing, and brought up the only issue he found which was a dusty blower. It is an easy remedy. He then inspected the outside unit, and cleaned it thoroughly. This company failed to notify me about my moldy AC system and after paying 1200 dollars in April for my “safety inspection” and a compressor install. my system broke 4 months later. a new tech came back and stated we had mold growing which appeared well over a year without addressing. We had a different company assess and they agreed. On-time refused to clean the system and repair the wiring that the mold ate through which resulted in my blower motor going out. Highly discourage using this company. Horrible and pricy. He was going to cut me a deal because of my troubles and install a new blower motor for 800 bucks. He Stated that was over half off. I’m calling BS because I found my blower motor on amazon for 350 bucks. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!Pictures are what they claimed was completely clean 4 months ago...Edited after original post - after dealing with on-time experts they did turn around and refund me for one of the products I purchased which was rather nice of them. Long story short I did move to another company and they were awesome. Ewing heating and air was able to install 2 larger units and rerun duct work for $8800 dollars. They were amazing and I do recommend them and they are veteran friendly! Please give a like to this post if it helps you.

Jose was incredibly friendly and helpful. He explained the potential problems and how he checked each one. He verified that everything was working properly prior to leaving, and answered any and all questions I had.

Disappointing customer service. We called early Monday morning to schedule a/c service and were informed that a technician may arrive in the afternoon, but not guaranteed, otherwise it would be next day. After calling late afternoon for status, we were informed that the earliest a technician could now arrive is a full seven days later. Not so “on time” in my opinion. I’ll try elsewhere.

The tech was very nice, but the parts were way overpriced. Bought them online for a third of the price. Plus the tech couldve at least cleaned the contacts of the switch and removed the lizard that shorted it out to at least get the system running for my family to be cool. I came home from work and had to do it.

Blake came out today to our house where we have two units. The units were not cooling and it’s been about 3 months now. Blake found both units to be empty on Freon and showed it to me. Blake was such a gentleman with my wife and I. He tired to put Freon in because we asked him, even though we know we need to put new systems in this house. He wasn’t successful adding the Freon because the leaks were just too big. He didn’t charge us a penny for his time. He recommended we put our money towards window units because we are in the middle of refinancing our house and can’t pull our credit. Wish the outcome was better but Blake was so honest and a special kind of person to be that honest and move us in the right direction. His service was very helpful.

Our technician, Travon, was exceedingly helpful. I really appreciated the time that he took to show me and talk to me about the problems with our air conditioner. Then on top of that he repaired it as quickly as he possibly could. He was absolutely a delight to have in my home.

We called them around 6p because our ac stopped cooling. Someone almost immediately responded once I signed up online and we had an appointment two hours out. These people are called the on time experts. I set up an appointment early in the am. Was told they would be here by between 2 and 3. 320 rolls around and no phone calls nothing. It 93 degrees outside. I call to ask an eta and I am informed that they cant make it. And would set up a appointment 11 days from now. But dont worry its going to be free. 11 days ???!!! Thats how you make it right? Thats how you force me to go with another company so you dont have to do free service. Every thing these guys gar-on-tee even there name is a lie.

Barry completed spring maintenance on my outside units and identified a few problems. He thoroughly cleaned them and recommended action by prioritizing needs. When I called to schedule the work on one unit, the other started making noise. Barry retested the unit originally scheduled for repair and honestly reported that the second issue was no longer present. He saved me about $600 dollars in repair bills. He ordered the parts for the other noisy unit and I came out even, paying what I expected to in the first place. I really appreciate his honesty!

I’m pretty upset with the time management of there scheduling department our ac compressor Motor went out and my house is almost 80 degrees inside and my wife is 3 months pregnant. I called at 10 am and scheduled a eval with them I was told 3 times my tech would be there between 2-3 and the dispatcher would be calling me shortly after my call with scheduling. It’s been 5 hours and I haven’t received a call from either the tech nor the dispatcher. It’s kind of frustrating when I was referred to this company because of there time management and great service. But honestly if your late and don’t have the respect for my time cause my pregnant wife is sweating in our house cause it’s that hot and that obviously a time sensitive matter how can I trust that there service is gonna be worth a dang. There name is the “on time experts” not happy.

Good honest service! They hold true to their promise of same day service. If for some reason they can’t make it, maybe they had an emergency somewhere else, your rescheduled the next day and it’s free! Nice! I hear nothing but good things about the owner too!!!

The service was great.The technician was professional and informative. My only issue is a miscommunication concerning Covid protocol. I asked the dispatcher if the techs wore masks and was assured they would.Two techs showed up mask less. They found one in the truck so one did the outside maintenance while the other worked inside with the mask.That was okay as long as my wishes were met. To avoid any unexpected situations, better communication would help.

Very disappointing. We been using them for past 8 years. All they want to do is upcharge. We had leak they wanted 600 to put gas in and 1500 to find the leak. Call another firm neighbor uses. We did have a leak they found it in hour. Put 3 pounds of 410 gas charged me 325.
