Highly recommend. Raymond went above and beyond, arrived after midnight after working all day, to fix my hot AC with guests in the house for a funeral the next day. He was nice and courteous and never let on how tired he must have been. And fixed the AC.

Rich was amazing, he made sure everything was installed perfect and explained all of my questions.

I cannot say enough good things about Climate Tech! Around 5pm yesterday my AC quit working and I gave them a call, the lady on the phone was so polite and helpful. The first tech showed up quickly and diagnosed the problem, unfortunately it was a bad condenser and the whole exterior unit needed to be replaced. He told me they could have a team out to fix it right away and got me a quote.I had a second tech from a different company come out as a second opinion and he confirmed everything Climate Tech had told me almost to the exact word; the difference is that he told me they would charge about the same but wouldn’t be able to replace the the unit for a week. I called Climate Tech back, by this time it had to be close to 8 or 9pm, and again the office staff was super friendly and helpful, telling me that a team was on its way to my house to begin the replacement of my old unit.A supervisor showed up with the new unit in the back of what looked like his personal pick-up truck, and a couple of techs showed up a few minutes later to begin working. The techs explained everything thoroughly and were very knowledgeable. These guys were awesome; they got the old unit out and the new unit installed and were very quiet and respectful of all of my neighbors, seeing as it was after midnight by the time everything was complete.Over the course of the day I had 4 different Climate Tech employees at my house and one that I spoke to only via phone. Each of them provided exemplary customer service and went above and beyond! Having to make a costly home repair like this is never fun but these guys sure helped ease the pain with a customer service experience that is second to none in today’s world. I cannot thank Climate Tech enough for everything. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC repairs.

Great customer service- reasonable prices- tech was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I feel good knowing that I have good HVAC company that I can depend on for maintenance and in case of urgent service work. I did some research before I decided on Climate Tech. I actually called several times with questions and never was treated more professionally than with Julie. I would recommend this company to my my neighbors and friends.

Out of several companies that we called out for service, they were the only ones that came out the same day, even in the rain. All others told us they couldnt come out until at least 3 days later. Chris came out, was really nice and explained what he was doing. We quickly got a quote and Chris came back out the next day to replace the part that needed replacement. They provide great service (Angela and Chris) and are affordable.

I have tried several bad HVAC guys. We have been using Climate Tech for five years now and they have replaced both our upstairs and downstairs unit. The first time we had them out, they realized that one of our units had a few months worth of warranty and saved us some money. They also were the only company to do the math on our house and realize we didnt have enough duct work for our unit. They give great service at good prices. There are some really bad actors in this field and Raymond and his crew have earned my trust.

I have used Climate Tech twice. One for annual inspection and one for changing the whole system. The guys came to help were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Their service quality was total out of my expectation--in a perfect way. Usually I dont give reviews very often but I think I need to show my support for this wonderful local company.

These are great people and the service is beyond great! The price quoted to me for a new system was very reasonable. They are extremely timely too; and in this Texas heat, that is important.

Very capable company. They were able to make a service call the same afternoon my A/C went out (which was a 100 degree day). I opted to have the entire A/C and furnace system replaced since the A/C system was ~14 years old and starting to give me periodic trouble. The furnace was 25 years old and needed to be upgraded. I was quoted a competitive price for a new Trane A/C & Furnace system and they had it installed and running the next day. There were no surprises at the end of the installation and all work was completed in a professional manner. I plan to use Climate Tech again in the future.

First and last time I will be calling these folks. Had an appointment between 2 and 4. Called to find out where tech was at 430. They proceeded to tell me the tech was at the Job before mine. Said they would call the tech and abruptly hung up on me. I call back again at 445 and they tell me that he has to install a part and then he would be on his way from Garland. During rush hour it would take an hour to get from Garland to north Plano, but when I told them 6:00pm would not work for me (I must have been on speaker phone) some other person chimed in and said it wouldnt take him that long. Maybe they have those new flying cars ?Anyways, I called back to talk to a manager and was hung up on. There are too many other companies in the area to have to put up with poor customer service. To make matters worse (for them) this could have been an easy sale. I just needed a price on a 2.5 ton Trane unit. I already know mine is bad!!! Find someone else.

I really love using these guys, the are very efficient with same day service. I called at 9:30pm expecting to leave a voicemail and I got a live person, beyond that they sent a technician the same night. There were not even any overtime charges which was shocking. The little things matter. Thanks guys!

This is one of the best HVAC or heating and air conditioning companys I have ever used . Called in the middle of the day and got same day service in about 1 1/2 hours time. Great service and great workers. A must use company for any HVAC work . Will use every time I have a A/C issues . Thanks again !!!

These guys are the best!! They kept at my HVAC issue until they had all the little issues fixed and the price was beyond reasonable. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

My truck was left in the parking lot over night. The next day when my friend went to pick it up it was gone. The owner said that someone committed a crime in it so he had it locked up. Then they said it was impounded because it was left on their property, which is not their property but a strip mall . It wasnt even in front of their business. Anyway, I never was able to pry out of them who they had to tow it. I never was notified by a towing company of the pending sale of it and since it hasnt turned up the police can do nothing. An employee told me what happened to it after I offered him a reward. It was sold to a dope dealer for a little methamphetamine and stripped down for the drivetrain, as I was told. What happened after that I do not know. Drive by and have a look for yourself some night in the back of their two or three buildings. You will see the leadership working on a project ALL NIGHT LONG! I guess a LS 3 drivetrain can really keep you up at night! Ive never worked for them, never done business with them. All I know is what Ive learned since this started and Ive Been DIGGING! IT AINT PRETTY!!!
